About: I love all dog breeds. Found my passion in fostering for a rescue. Would love to have this as my job full time. We love to walk our dogs I work full time evenings. I have 3 dogs and a cat. I adopted my last foster. Husky and cat is my son’s that I’m taking care of. We walk them daily we also have a dog park near by My dogs sleep with me when I’m home alone. They are allowed on furniture. I do have kennels and kennel when they are home alone. My pets are family and I will treat your pets as family too.

About: I have had a wide range of animals including rodents, reptiles, aquatics, and a dog. I have watched my friend’s dogs and cats, as well as rodents. Many of these animals have been seniors, so I have experience with medications and helping with their specific needs! If you have an animal outside of dogs and cats that you need a sitter for, please reach out! I am a full time veterinary technician student, but I have lots of free time! My classes range from 4-8 hours, but I am willing to stay with your beloved pets for the time I am not in school! I loved to go sit outside with my dog when he would go out, and that would be the same with your pets! Making sure that animals are safe is always my number one priority! I grew up around a veterinary clinic and have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 7 years, giving me hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. About: I’ve been dog sitting for neighbors for over 10 years and have also worked at a doggy daycare in Columbia Heights. I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I currently work part time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide reliable pet care. I’m very experienced with managing my schedule and making sure each dog’s needs come first. I make time for regular feeding, walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their care instructions and give their pets everything they need. During visits, I’ll feed them, let them outside or take them for a walk, and spend time playing with them to help get their energy out. About: I really love all animals, I have pet frogs, toads, lizzards, a cat, and Axelotl. I know how to take care of exotic pets. I used to be a dog bather, so I know how to work well with dogs, ive also helped raise a few puppies. Ive had cats my whole entire life so I'm super good with cats! Also just so you know, I am Transgender and Use he/him pronouns, my preferred name is Calcifer. With me owing so many pets I'm constantly taking care of my animals. But I currently only work a few days a week so I have a lot of free time currently! It will definitely depend on the clints home and behavior of their pets, but i try to always make sure the animals have all the care they need like , food, water, potty, outside, clean cages. I will make sure ur pets has the attention and care they need always!

I have a very open and flexible schedule, and absolutely love working with animals and will treat them with the utmost love and care. I’ve just moved to the area from Florida where I was working full time in pet care, so I’m looking to build back up my clientele and do what I love the most which is helping others take care of their pets! I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, house sitting, and overnight stays at your home. I have hands-on experience with dog walking and pet sitting, and I'm comfortable with dogs of different energy levels and temperaments. I've fostered dogs with behavioral issues and volunteered at dog shelters, so I'm no stranger to nervous, reactive, or high-needs dogs. Feeding times, medication schedules, walk routes, and any quirks your dog has are things I'll follow exactly as you lay them out, not "close enough." Mornings typically start with a walk, then check-ins or visits throughout the day depending on what each dog's routine calls for, feeding times, medication, playtime, whatever they're used to. Since I'm home most of the day, I have the flexibility to be consistent and responsive rather than working around a 9-to-5. For drop-ins and walks, I follow your instructions closely: feeding times, walk routes, medication, anything specific to your dog's needs or quirks. For house sitting and overnight stays, I treat your home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own, keeping doors locked, sticking to your dog's normal schedule, and making sure they have consistent company rather than long stretches alone. I check in regularly and send photo or video updates so you always know how things are going, and if anything unexpected comes up, I contact you right away rather than guessing. I'm also comfortable with dogs that have behavioral issues or anxiety, from my time fostering and volunteering at shelters, so I pay attention to body language and adjust rather than push a dog past what they're comfortable with.

Now in my 40s, I’ve adopted Luka, an Australian Cattle Dog, and have raised him since he was 8 weeks old. He’s almost four now, and caring for him has taught me so much about patience and communication. I truly love meeting and caring for animals. I’ll be attentive to your pet’s needs, send regular updates and photos, and provide them with the playful or restful companionship they need when you’re away. I currently work part-time at home and have the flexibility to set my own schedule most days, which allows me plenty of availability for pet visits and dog walks. I enjoy taking neighborhood walks with my pup and know how to safely approach other dogs while avoiding negative interactions. I stay vigilant, keeping an eye on what they sniff and might get into. Keeping fur babies safe is my top priority, so you can have peace of mind while they’re in my care.

About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.
