About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up around a veterinary clinic and have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 7 years, giving me hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Through both clinic work and pet sitting, I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, handling anxious or nervous animals, and working with puppies who may need extra supervision, potty breaks, patience, or routine reinforcement. I recently graduated from Bradley University and currently have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting throughout the week and weekends. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits and can work around your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and bedtime routines. I also love keeping owners updated and am happy to send regular messages and photos so you know how your pet is doing. Creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for pets is very important to me. Because of my 7 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic, I’m comfortable reading animal behavior, administering medications, handling nervous pets, and responding calmly in stressful situations if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I pay close attention to feeding instructions, medications, walk schedules, potty routines, and any special care requests so pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment.
