About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

About: Hi! I’ve been caring for animals my whole life—starting on my family’s farm in southwest Minnesota with dogs, horses, sheep, and plenty of barn cats. I’ve worked in animal shelters and vet clinics, caring for all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to reptiles and birds. I’m Low Stress Handling certified and have hands-on experience with walking, grooming, giving medications, and more. At home, I have two sweet senior Springer Spaniels and help care for family pets and farm animals. I love being outside—whether it’s hiking, walking dogs, or just soaking up the fresh air. Most of all, I love making sure animals feel safe, happy, and loved—just like family. I am a free-lance graphic designer and baker, otherwise I have been a stay-at-home mom. I cannot walk my own dogs, due to their mobility restrictions and age, so why not walk yours! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have taken care of many different animals. I have taken care of many breeds of dogs, cats, bunnies, lizards and more. I trained my own dog, Zula from puppy obedience to becoming a certified therapy dog and have always just had a huge passion for animals. I also have a horse that I retrained from a racehorse to a show jumper that I show competitively, and just really enjoy being around animals. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! As a college student (who is currently working a bit more than part-time) I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pet plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. About: I have worked and cared for animals from horses to poultry since I was a wee lad. I have a great love and respect for all creation. I have been called a Dog, Horse, Chicken, Cat, and even Sheep whisperer (My daughter has the same gift as well). Growing up our family never purchased an animal from a store, they were always rescues in one way or another. Without knowing that was true, this choice still shaped the way I have approached relationships with animals. And I believe animals know this about me (and others) and has impact on how they interact with me. I have worked at The MN Zoo, Farms, and local Horse Ranches and have absolutely loved learning about the creatures in my care. About: I grew up around all types and sizes of dogs and once I was 20 I got my first dog. We are now a household with 2 pups and 2 guinea pigs. As a pet sitter I consider myself devoted and attentive to the needs of your pets. I believe in a positive dog training approach and lead my interactions with kind authority. I've been entrusted to watch animals and children since I was 15 years old. I've been raised with pets that have special needs such as medication requirements and am comfortable providing for them as well. I am currently working from home and have a very flexible work schedule. I live near the WSU campus and can reach the local neighborhoods readily. Typically I am away from home during the holidays but can schedule some time around that. In general I will be available for walks and check ins at various times throughout the day. In Pullman we are lucky to have the availability of some trails and walking paths that are great areas to take dogs. I also believe in tailoring the walk to the pet. For example some dogs are nervous around busy streets, therefore we can modify and walk on back roads or in parks that may provide a better environment during their walk. I also have a valid drivers license and have had experience driving with dogs for 6+ hours in the car.

I have basic training in puppy care which I use positive reinforcement techniques to help puppies learn good behavior and socialization, making their experience fun and stress-free. For senior dogs, I provide gentle, patient care tailored to their health needs and comfort, including administering medications and adjusting activities to their pace. Every pup are treated like they’re my own—with love, patience, and a playful spirit. Therefore, my personalized approach ensures every dog feels safe, happy, and well-supported while you’re away. Currently, I’m fully available to provide attentive pet care throughout the weekdays and on weekends. While I’m actively searching for a job, my schedule remains flexible. I will inform you immediately if any changes occur—until then, I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! *As a reminder, please make sure your pup is okay being around my small 12lb pup* All dogs will safely be in my secure, fenced yard where my 3 year old Min Pin mix loves to play with new friends. About: I’ve lived with animals my entire life and have had responsibilities as primary caregiver for both dogs and cats for the last 7 years. I have cared for a wide variety of animals from extremely active dogs to elderly cats, and have experience administering both pill and injection medication. I love animals so much and am very fortunate to have gotten to know as many as I have and I hope to meet many more! I am currently between jobs in anticipation of a long-distance move, so I have a lot of flexibility in terms of my schedule. I can likely work around whatever timing best fits your pets needs. I can’t have additional animals in my own home currently but in another pet owner’s home, I am very respectful of boundaries (both theirs and the animal’s) and like to stick to a routine, with a good balance of outdoor (if possible) and indoor play time and making sure all of their needs are met.
