About: Hi! I’m Courtney. I’ve always been the person who ends up spending more time with the pets than the people. I love getting to know every dog’s or cat’s personality, whether they’re playful, goofy, shy, or happiest snuggled up on the couch. Honestly, hanging out with animals is one of my favorite ways to spend a day. Friends and family have trusted me with their pets for years, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether that means walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just keeping them company while you’re away, I’m happy to meet them where they’re most comfortable. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pet! I currently work, but I have a flexible schedule and can often adjust my hours to fit your pet’s needs. Whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that keeps your pet comfortable and cared for. My biggest priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible, keep a close eye on them, and make sure they always have what they need. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, and while I haven’t had the opportunity to give injectable medications yet, I’m more than willing to learn if you’re able to show me your pet’s routine. Every animal is different, and I enjoy getting to know what helps each one feel the most comfortable so they can feel at home even while you’re away.

I am currently a college student at the University of St Thomas but I am home for the summer in Rosemount so I have plenty of availability to watch your pets! I value spending quality time with your pet when I stop in. I know how lonely my pets get when my family is away so I make sure to spend plenty of additional time playing and snuggling. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up around a veterinary clinic and have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 7 years, giving me hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Through both clinic work and pet sitting, I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, handling anxious or nervous animals, and working with puppies who may need extra supervision, potty breaks, patience, or routine reinforcement. I recently graduated from Bradley University and currently have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting throughout the week and weekends. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits and can work around your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and bedtime routines. I’m especially comfortable with pets who need more frequent check-ins, senior pets who may need extra attention, and puppies who benefit from structured routines and regular potty breaks throughout the day. I also love keeping owners updated and am happy to send regular messages and photos so you know how your pet is doing. Creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for pets is very important to me. Because of my 7 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic, I’m comfortable reading animal behavior, administering medications, handling nervous pets, and responding calmly in stressful situations if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I pay close attention to feeding instructions, medications, walk schedules, potty routines, and any special care requests so pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment.
About: I have grown up with dogs in the household while I currently do not have any dogs due to my two cats and living in a rental that doesn’t allow any more than two pets. I love dog sitting for my friends and family when they go out of town! I have worked with small to large dogs, dogs with special medication need's, dogs with behavioral issues/needs and puppies. I currently work from home Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 7 PM depending on my work schedule it changes weekly but I’m more then flexible it fit in walks or drop in visits. My weekends normally consist of just relaxing at home so I thought why not look into helping people with their beloved pets in the evening and on Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately, with my two cats living in a townhome rental, I won’t be doing services in my home, however, if I dog sit in your home I will make sure that your pet gets all the correct meals needed, on time medication‘s if needed, and plenty of play times and cuddles with walks throughout the day or as requested!
“Yascha has been doing regular walks with our dogs for a few weeks now. Dogs are super excited when he arrives. Yascha has been very responsive and has been accommodating to all requests (harness type, protective dog clothing in inclimate weather, wiping dogs feet etc). Would definitely recommend Yascha!”

About: I have experience owning and caring for Miniature Schnauzers and Miniature Dachshunds. These dogs have taught me so much about patience, companionship, routines, and the unique personalities and needs of different breeds. I truly love dogs and enjoy giving them the attention, affection, exercise, and care they deserve. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved when their families are away. I would treat every dog in my care like one of my own. As a self-employed person who works from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide plenty of time, attention, and companionship to the animals in my care. Working from home means I can be available throughout the day for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and check-ins. I’m able to work around each pet’s individual routine and needs, while still keeping up with my own work responsibilities. I love having the opportunity to give pets the care, attention, and love they deserve while their families are away. I would care for a client’s pet as if it were my own. I would also keep the home clean and safe, provide regular updates to the owner, and make sure their pet feels comfortable, loved, and secure while they’re away.

About: Since 2020, I've been providing dependable dog walking and in-home pet care for families in the Inver Grove Heights, West St. Paul, and South St. Paul areas. As a proud British Lab owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets the way you would. In addition to dog walks, I provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. Whether it's feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, administering simple care routines, playtime, litter box or cage maintenance, or simply spending quality time with your pet, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. My Yard: 5 ft privacy fence entirely enclosing the yard and deck. My Pet: 65lb spayed female British lab who is passive and needs a meet & Greet before we accept Boarding Crating? I follow your routine so if you want them crated, I will do that (some parents teach dogs to be crated at night). I would only ever use it other than your specific direction if I were to leave the house to store, etc. Dog won't be alone long - I am home during days. My family: 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid in house. Scope us out! Come visit with your pup for a meet & greet! Boarding: Occasionally I do accept dogs to board in our home. The dog needs to meet & Greet our dog first (she is calm, passive spayed). I only accept dogs to boardthat are up to date on vaccinations. We have kids and stuff (socks, toys) lays out...if your dog will ingest socks or "eat" things laying out, this isn't a good Boarding match. I believe every pet has a unique personality and deserves individualized care, patience, and affection. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your pets are safe, loved, and receiving the attention they deserve. I am flexible during weekdays, mostly for check ins, potty breaks and feeding. In evening and weekends I am open for walks, check ins and feedings. I follow your Pet's routine as you detail it! Walks I require a leash. I send you updates and photos from walks or check ins. My House & Yard: Occasionally, we accept dogs for boarding. That is only if we do a Meet & Greet first, and determine our dog (9 yr old, calm and passive British lab, spayed) is a match. We would only boarding a dog in our home that is up to date on vaccinations

I live right here in Rosemount, providing a safe, attentive, and incredibly fun environment for your pup while you are away. Whether they love to sprint across the yard, go on long neighborhood walks, or just curl up on the couch for belly rubs, your dog will get the exact personalized care they need to feel right at home. I am extremely detailed when it comes to following your exact feeding schedules, bathroom routines, and crate preferences. I also have hands-on experience handling [ puppies under 1 year / senior dogs / administering oral medications ], so you can travel with absolute peace of mind. I know how tough it can be to leave your pet, which is why I prioritize clear communication. You can expect frequent photo and video updates throughout their stay so you can see exactly how much fun they are having! I would love to meet you and your pup—reach out today to schedule a Meet & Greet! 🐾 How Pet Care Fits Into My Routine 🐾 Because I manage my schedule carefully, your pets will receive consistent, predictable, and highly attentive care right on time. My weekly routine is designed to seamlessly accommodate the unique needs of both dogs and cats without rushing: • Morning Blocks (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): I start my day by welcoming any Doggy Daycare guests and running my first round of morning cat drop-in visits. Pups get immediate outdoor bathroom breaks, fresh water, and breakfast according to your exact instructions. For kitties, I handle morning feedings, refresh water bowls, and scoop litters so they start their day fresh. • Mid-Day Breaks (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM): This is my peak window for active dog walking and mid-day drop-in visits. If your dog is staying with me for daycare or boarding, this is our dedicated backyard playtime block. If I am visiting your pet at your home, I arrive during these hours to break up their day with a solid 30-minute neighborhood walk, potty break, and lots of affection. • Evening Blocks (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM): This is wrap-up time! Daycare pups are picked up by their owners, and I conduct my second round of evening cat check-ins for dinner feedings. Boarding guests get their evening meals, followed by a wind-down routine of couch cuddles and a final yard let-out before bedtime. To keep your routine stress-free while you are away, I send a comprehensive daily update between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM featuring 3 to 4 high-quality photos and videos. This ensures you know exactly how much fun your pet is having without having to check your phone constantly! 🔒 Safety & Care Standards First Whether your pet is staying at my home or I am visiting yours, their safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a completely secure environment with strict supervision, separate feeding stations, and dedicated spaces for rest. If your pup is a runner, rest assured that doors and gates remain locked at all times. In your home, I treat your property with the utmost respect. I follow all security, key, and alarm protocols perfectly, ensuring your home is locked up tight after every visit. For cat drop-ins, litter boxes are scooped daily, and food areas are kept tidy. For dogs, walks are tracked securely via the app so you can see exactly where we traveled!
About: Hello! I've had and cared for dogs and cats since I was a kid. I am a sucker for any 4 legged friend. I will treat your pet as if it were my own. I'm currently off work for the summer until school starts again so I have a pretty open schedule. Let's connect and see what works! Thanks! I love taking dogs for a long walk or jog to burn off that energy. If you don't have a yard I can bring them out to the dog park or my yard for some fetch or tug of war!
About: I've had dogs my entire life and love every dog that I come to meet. I've been taking care and walking dogs ever since I was little. I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but I’m available most evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pet care fits well into my routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals outside of work. For boarding or house sitting, I can provide care before and after work during the week and more flexible attention on weekends. I care for pets by following their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding on schedule, fresh water, regular walks or potty breaks, playtime, and lots of positive attention. I make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding diet, medications, or behavior needs.
About: I’ve been caring for my current dog for 5 years, previously I had a pup that I cared for 2 years. Over the years, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk their pups, keep them fed on schedule. Those early experiences taught me how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog’s unique personality. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me, and that long‑standing trust from the people around me is something I’m really proud of. I am also a huge fan of training pets, though im not certified to do so as yet. This is currently my full time job at the moment as I transition in the workforce. That means more time for your pet, more time for play and fun or just naps. My space is clean, pet‑friendly, and thoughtfully arranged to keep every pet safe and comfortable. I’ve created a home environment where pets can feel relaxed, stimulated, and genuinely cared for. My neighborhood has beautiful, safe trails just a short walk away, so dogs get plenty of outdoor time, fresh air, and enriching adventures suited to their energy level. Inside, I’ve set up a designated nap room — a quiet, cozy space where pets can unwind, recharge, or enjoy some peaceful alone time whenever they need it.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
