About: Since becoming fully remote for my full time job in 2020, I have taken on the roll of “trusted pet-sitter” for over 30 families and almost 50 furry friends. Back home in Maryland, I connected with these families just through word-of-mouth and referrals from happy families. Now that I live here in Maine, I would like to continue my expertise and passion for animals, and connect with some loveable furry friends. I am an attentive, detail-oriented pet-sitter, who also knows the importance of respecting another person’s living space and maintaining routines for pets. After years of taking care of every size, shape and age of dog, no request from the owner is too wacky. About: I love all dogs but am especially fond of the giant breeds.🔅WILLING TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF RADIUS SHOWN🔅 I am mid 30s and I've always connected with dogs. I recently lost my dog after 13 years of spoiling her. She was our perfect dog, a bullmastiff boxer and a princess, so I know all about finicky dogs. I trained her as a puppy and we always got complimented on how well behaved she was. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pup and worry about them, I used to leave long lists of instructions for our girl and love it when I got text updates of her, so I will do the same for you. When we spoil them it speaks to the depth of our love for them, and that's something special to not entrust with just anyone. So if you have a "diva" or a "prince" I'm your gal. 😁 I miss being around a dog but I am not able to commit to my own right now, so I'd love to give your dog lots of cuddles and spoil them for you while you are away. I do not offer care in my own home or care for dogs dealing with incontinence because things are too fresh still. I do not offer care for dogs with aggression issues either. I feel it's important to make sure both the dog and I are comfortable, and therefore require a meet and greet to make sure it's a good fit. I work from home so I will be able to care for them and cuddle lots throughout the day. I will need to leave briefly in the evenings, but for the most part will be there with them. If your dog is trained to be off leash, I am comfortable with that as long as we do a meet and greet and you show me their responsiveness when called back. I am also fine with taking them out on a leash or letting them into a fenced yard, whatever is their norm. If hired for dog walking I'd prefer to do a meet and greet and go on a walk with you and the dog so you can show me their route and preferences to ensure we are both comfortable

About: I’ve had pet dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. I’ve always loved taking care of them, and being someone that they can rely on. Caring for animals is a big part of my life and something I hope to be forever passionate about! I am working full-time for the summer. I am a college student who will be going back to part time in the fall to finish my last year. I’m mostly free in the evenings and on odd days during the week since I work a rotating schedule. The fall will look different as I’ll be working part-time while also going to school! I’ve been handling large dogs since I was a young teenager, so I’m very comfortable with all types of breeds. I’d consider myself very gentle when it comes to animal care.

About: I’ve never not had a pet in my house hold, owning cats, dogs, and even lizards and hamsters over the years. Growing up I also pet sat for birds, snakes, dogs, cats, and fish. My own personal dog is a senior lad at the age of 14 years and have a kitten at home. Ive worked with puppies, adult dogs, and senior pups, kitten and full grown cats. I love to spend time playing and petting them (if thats what they want) and will do my best to love them a fraction of what you do to keep them happy while you’re away! I work in Portland until 4pm every week day and get back to the area around 5. I would be free to care for your pets from around 5:30pm-6:20am. I can feed, walk, brush, pet, and/or play with any of the animals you may have tailoring to whatever best suits their needs, I am an animal lover and want to best support the critters in any way I can in your absence.

About: I have years of experience with a variety of special needs pets. I work from home so there is plenty of time for playtime, exercise and lots of snuggles. Your home or mine. Short stay or long. I’ll give your furry friend the VIPet treatment they deserve! My work from home schedule is pretty flexible and I’m available for drop off/pick up most anytime between 9am and 7pm, seven days a week I live in a spacious house with a big yard in a very dog friendly neighborhood. It’s a popular area for walking, and a short stroll to nearby hiking trails.

About: I’m attending a Vet Tech program and going on to Veterinary school. I have volunteered at ARLGP for over a year. I’m very passionate about animals health! I also obtained my Fear free training so I can better understand animal behavior and work with them. I own three cats and a dog! Maine coons need to be brushed frequently because of their long hair and cleaning litter boxes, dog walks and more! Animals are apart of a family, they have needs and wants as well. They can communicate to you through their body movements and actions. I make sure they are heard and get the care that will help them be healthy and happy!

About: I have experience with animals from Great Danes to Fancy rats. I have training experience as well with things such as potty training, walking etiquette, and a few show tricks. I have college classes in the afternoons but my mornings and nights are wide open on weekdays. As for weekends its just dependent on the day so I'll need advanced notice. I have a small yard, and within a quarter mile from the nearest park. I can give potty breaks ever hour if need be, and I'm great at matching an animals energy level.
