About: Hi my name is Colleen! I have been around and loved animals my whole life. I offer full-time care and live on Vandenberg SFB. For the past three years, I managed a veterinary practice. Because of this background, I am incredibly familiar with the diverse medical and behavioral needs of dogs, cats, and horses alike! I am a massive dog and cat lover. At home, I have a German Shepherd and a Goldendoodle who get daily walks and endless love. Because I work from home full-time, any animal in my care will receive constant attention and supervision. I am also a very active person, so you can count on your pets getting plenty of playtime and exercise. My home is completely child-free, and visiting pets are absolutely allowed on the furniture to make them feel right at home. Additionally, I live on the military base, making it easy and convenient for me to accommodate both on-base and off-base families. Whether your pet needs high-energy play or have specialized medical needs, they will be safe, active, and loved here! Animal care is a central part of my life! I work a flexible remote schedule that allows me to be fully available for full-time care. My weekends are available and open, meaning I can dedicate plenty of quality time, structured play, and consistent attention to boarding or housesitting your pets, no matter the day of the week 🐾❤️ With a professional background in veterinary medicine and animal handling, safety is always my top priority ❤️ My home features a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely play. I’m highly experienced in reading animal behavior, maintaining clean and secure environments, administering medications if needed, and keeping a watchful eye to ensure your pet is happy and relaxed.

About: When I moved from Texas to California back in 2013, I have owned, cared for, fostered and rescued pets for the past 7 years. I strive to own my own affordable doggy daycare/boarding/training facility within the great community of Lompoc so all community members can afford and feel at ease if they needed someone to watch and care for their furbabies. I have a current goal of being Vet Tech certified and attending the AHC Vet Tech program. I have past experience working at board/train facilities, vet clinics, and working with rescues. I treat all animals/pets as if they were my own, because that is I have open availability and a flexible schedule since I am becoming self-employed to have more focus on school and business planning for the future. I have a fenced and secured yard with ample of space to zoomie all around and play in. My house is also in a safe, quiet neighborhood where there isn't high traffic or a lot of outside noises to worry about. I always provide water throughout day and have it readily available. When it is cold, animals stay inside with me because I believe if I am cold then the animals are too. As for caring in clients' homes, it all depends on the home and the specific care that is needed. I will be sure that working in clients' homes that animals are always secured from getting loose when entering and leaving the premises. On walks, I make sure all leads, leashes, etc. are secured and fastened properly before heading outside on walks. I also will follow any strict feeding schedules and diets, since I already have experience with my pets.

About: I’m a dependable and caring animal lover who treats every pet like family. I have a passion for making pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I have plenty of experience for animals of all ages and special needs. I am a full-time working professional but have full availability on weekends Saturdays and Sundays, for all day/night care. Also, I am available for pet walking and check ins after 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. I treat my client's pets as if they are my own with love and patience. Being an active adult, I work great with all energetic pets that require extra attention.

About: I’ve grown up with pets all my life… small dogs, large dogs, cats, etc. I love to prioritize their lives overall, and make them feel loved. Taking care of animals has always brought me immense joy. I’ve had the privilege to train puppies as well, with some commands and day to day tools/tricks. I am able to stop by as often as possible/needed. As my job can get all over the place, my schedule flips. Every other week i work weekends, and that same week off Wed-Thurs. The opposite week off mon/tues/weekend. I can provide anything your pet needs and more. Feeding, cleaning, playing, walking, medicine, etc. Making sure they feel comfortable with someone new, in their home.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for family and friends since I was 12. I have also volunteered at the animal shelter for 2 years, learning how to deal with all types of animals. Throughout this experience I have learned how to handle the different personalities of pets. I am currently not working so I will have plenty of time to play with and take care of your animals! I am flexible to any time you need. I am prepared to crate a dog if needed. I am also ready to put on a harness or any type of transportation technology if needed.

About: I grew up with lots of dogs, big and small. I have taken care of elderly dogs of my own and dogsat some with my mother over the years. I also have experience with specific food/medicine instructions! I’m taking a couple of community college classes and looking to be productive in the meantime! My time is taken for a few hours midday-evening time early in the week, however I’m very flexible now during summer! Im unable to house pets at my own home, but I am still able to spend lots of time with furry friends either in your home or on walks!

About: I’ve been caring for animals ever since getting my first cat at the age of 4. Her name was muffin and she was all grey. I have never been without a pet since then. I have had one or more cats at all times in my life and currently also have a large dog, I am comfortable with feeding, playing, basic needs and giving medicine if necessary for cats and dogs. I take pride in my experiences and love of animals. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have several hours of free time during the day. As both kids go to school. Three times a week I clean at a gymnasium for 3 hours but other than that, I am mostly available all hours until 4pm when child activities began. I have blocks of time between 4pm-9pm on weekdays, navigating around children's sports and weekends are typically completely open. While visiting your home, I would respect all entrances and environments and aim to treat your home and pets the exact same way you would treat your space and pets. Listening carefully to your wishes and expectations to make sure your needs and your pets are met.

I live in an apartment, but we have a fenced dog area where pets can safely get outside time and enjoy some play. I also take dogs on daily walks to help them stay active and happy. Since my main job is within the school system, I’m usually off at 2pm and I get holidays off, as well as having the spring, thanksgiving, and summer breaks. Although I do not care for others pets in my own home, I’m very comfortable saying that not just your pet, but your home, will be greatly taken care of throughout the time I’m there.

About: I've had pets in the home for as long as I can remember. Dog breeds from Dachshunds to Great Danes to Pit Bulls. I love them all. I have had a dog with extreme allergies so I am familiar with medication administration. I very open on schedule for the most part. I do not have a full time job like most.
