With my direction she was able to move a portable outside security camera into the house for me to check and make sure he was coming out of hiding when she wasn't there. “Our family had to go out of town for a funeral without a lot of notice. We had never left our kitties with a stranger before and we were pretty apprehensive about it. But from the first meet and greet through our return home, Kayla did so much to put our minds at ease. Here are some highlights: At the first meeting, it was obvious that Kayla loves animals. I wanted someone here for them whose heart was truly in this job, and her’s really was. She also not only answered all of our questions, she asked some that we weren’t even thinking about (lights, plants) and took detailed notes. While we were gone, Kayla kept our kitties fed, gave one of them his medication, which we expected, but she also took lots of pictures and sent updates about her time with them. And gosh, I loved these updates! They were detailed, and some made me laugh, these updates also kept me from worrying about my pets during a time when I had a lot going on. I would absolutely request Kayla again and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. We came home to happy and well cared for babies!”

About: I was raised in rural Georgia with an assortment of animals- cats, dogs, horses, chickens, goats, fish, cows, birds. My parents raised Bassett Hounds and Yorkies. I am experienced in puppies and elderly animals as well- even diaper changing!! I have ALWAYS had an animal in my care!! I worked for 30 years in the healthcare field, so caring for any injury or illness will be considered as well I am currently retired. I am looking for ways to stay busy. Although I care for 3 dogs now- I still find myself with extra time everyday! My preference would be to care for your pet(s) in your home, however I am willing to move them to my home if needed. I will have you provide a routine for me that will best suit your pets daily needs.

About: I am currently working as a dog bather and graduated from MVCTC Animal Care and Management. I have experience in small animals and basic training. I am currently working part time so I have lots of availability. I am available anytime on Mondays and Sundays and after 5 Tuesday- Saturday. Times and dates are flexible. I love to cuddle up with any pets if you or your pet would like. I can also easily crate pets and feed them on specific schedules as well as providing fresh water.

I do basic cleans for litter boxes and crates, and will ensure your pet is in a safe environment when I walk out of a drop-in visit. Your pets' needs will be taken care of, and I will do my best to get them to play and let out some energy!

About: I love all animals really. I've had them since I was little. And I prefer larger dogs if they were my own. But each their own. I recently stopped working in health care. Did that for the last 20 yrs so I'm going from caring for people to your furbabies for you when need. I do have a fenced in yard. 1 dog and 1 cat of my own. And a crate if needed for your dog or cat.
