She stayed in our home and when we arrived home the house was in better condition then we left it in. “My first experience using Alice Nordwall as a home and cat sitter was an excellent one. First of all, she came to the house twice beforehand, in order to meet me and my kitty, and to go over all of the house and pet rules. She was smart, responsive and kept notes on everything. While I was out of town, she lessened my anxiety by sending me photos with updates, which showed me that my cat was very relaxed and that they were getting along very well. When I came home, the litter box was clean and had fresh litter, all of the food bowls were washed and clean, and my sheets were washed and ready to be put back on my bed. I give Alice my highest recommendation!”

About: I have experience with various pets such as Great Pyrenees, Great Danes, Yorkies, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, long hair cats, short hair cats, Poodles, etc. I also have experience with reactive dogs as well as training dogs to sit, stay, lay down, heel, and reduce unwanted jumping. I have taken care of pets by grooming them, supervising play with other animals, feeding, cleaning up any messes, trimming nails, etc. I'm looking forward to take care of your fur babies :) I'm currently a university student, so please be courteous with my schedule. I am free most weekends, mornings, evenings, and nights. During May-August I will be available more for pet sitting. I pay attention to your pet's body language and do not overstep their boundaries. I am able to properly use a shock collar (if one is provided or requested) while still maintaining a good relationship with the pet and use positive reinforcement as well. Pictures of your pets can be sent while they are under my care at your request. I am able to keep pets under control during walks using positive reinforcement and handle encounters with other animals well during walks.

About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. With all the free time on my hands, and I would love to get the chance to spend it walking and playing with your fur babies! In the past, I have dog sat for other friends and family and I really enjoyed it and having the extra company is always a plus!

About: Hi! My name is Stephanie. I’ve always been an animal lover. From growing up with two dogs in my home, I learned to be responsible, dedicated, and loving. My positive and enthusiastic nature always makes both, the owner and their dog, feel comfortable. I always make sure I follow the owners strict guidelines. I also, bathe dogs and give medication if necessary. I walk, feed, and provide overnight sitting, even for sick or fragile dogs (after surgery or giving birth to puppies). I play games (fetch or hide and seek) to keep puppies entertained. I will keep owners updated about pets feeding, health and overall happiness. I even provide video calls if that makes the owner comfortable. I look forward to meeting you and your dog. I'm currently working from home, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekdays and weekends anytime. I always make sure the house is dog proof. I have a fenced backyard and toys for your fur baby to run around and have fun with.
