“May-Kate was great with our cats! We came home from vacation to two very happy cats! This was our first time leaving them with a cat sitter, and we were nervous about leaving them, but they loved playing with her and enjoyed her visits. She was super quick to respond to any texts I sent and always sent photos of the cats and notes about her visits right after she was finished. Her photos and notes about how they were doing gave us peace of mind and let us know our cats were well taken care of while we were away. We'll definitely book her again when we go out of town!”

About: I have been sitting for years and currently have two dogs of my own. Our older dog had ear cancer so I am familiar with how to care for sick dogs and how to give medicine and the treatments of such nature. I currently work during the work week so I am free most nights during the week do stop ins and then have much more open availability on the weekends! I am very attentive to the needs set out by the parents and make sure I am following instructions! I love taking the pets and walks as it’s good for both me and them! Through years of teaching and working with students of all ages, I’ve developed strong skills in patience, attentiveness, and understanding individual needs—qualities that naturally carry over into the way I care for animals. I also have years of experience caring for cats—both my family’s and now my own sweet cat, Tom. I understand feline behavior, how to earn their trust, and how to create a calm, safe environment where they feel comfortable while you’re away. As a stay-at-home mom to my 2-month-old baby, I’m home often and have a flexible, attentive schedule. I truly value creating a calm, safe, and loving environment—for both pets and people.
