“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve spent many years around cats of all personalities, from shy and independent to playful and affectionate. I’m happy to let a cat warm up to me at their own pace. I’ve personally cared for a cat who required daily medication on a strict schedule, so I understand the importance of keeping their routine consistent. I’m comfortable giving injections and mixing medication with food. For medications that require more hands-on administration, I’m happy to discuss the details beforehand to make sure I’m a good fit. While caring for your cat, I’ll make sure they have everything they need, keep their routine as normal as possible, and give them as much attention (or space!) as they want.

About: Been around all types of animals growing up, dogs, cats, and even horses. Currently have multiple animals of my own and frequently look after friends and family pets. I currently work remotely, so can adjust time to help take care of your pets but my typical hours are 8-4:30. I can assist before work hours and after or even on breaks throughout the day. I have not always been remote so understand wanting someone to trust to check in on your pets while you are out of the house. I also have small children so understand finding the balance of having pets and children, sometimes needing that extra help to keep everyone happy. I would treat each pet as if they are my own, every pet is different with what makes them happy. So I am happy to follow all reasonable requests.
About: We have had pets in my family my entire life.. Started off with a cat, then two. My older sister begged for a dog and we finally got one. Now my parents have two dogs, and one cat. We've had birds, fish, guinea pigs, frogs, and a bearded dragon... I recently moved out of my parents house and am craving the love from pets. I used to help my aunt care for her cats when she got older. I would pet sit for friends and neighbors growing up and Rover is allowing me to get back into that. I take myself for walks because I'm not good at sitting still and they would be much more enjoyable with a pal! I am working remotely and part time. I am a social worker so I meet with clients via tele-health. I do have a set schedule, but it allows for flexibility and I am not currently accepting new clients so this won't change much. I am renting a house so cannot accept pets into it- as the home owners trusting me with their indoor and outdoor cats. I have always been very careful in other people's homes- trying not to leave a trace- unless it is a note about how things went!

I am retired from the US Army and have a great deal of time to spend with your baby or babies. I would love to care for and spoil your babies All animals with be 100% watched at all times. About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old! I love having pets in my home and making them a part of my family. My dog loves every dog she has ever met and loves to have a playmate! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.
About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Been boarding and running daycare full time for 10+ years. I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. About: Grew up working on a farm. I'm currently a board member of a local non-profit cat rescue. Have worked with animals a majority of my life. I work seasonally from December till April otherwise have open availability for any types of needs. Can cater to just about any request that is given. I have a large yard that is not fenced in but a chain with plenty of room for running. I currently own two dogs myself which can either co mingle with your puppy or I have space available for them to be separate as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life primarily for friends and family. I’ve taken care of german shepards, labradors, pit bulls, and many more. I’ve even more recently fostered a kitten for a few months as she waited to be adopted. About: As a lifelong dog lover, I know just how special the bond between a person and their dog can be. About a year ago, I unexpectedly lost my own boy to a sudden heart condition. It broke my heart, and for a while, I couldn’t imagine opening my home to another dog of my own. I do, however, miss having dogs in my life—their personalities, their companionship, and all the joy they bring. That’s what led me to Rover! I’d love the opportunity to give your pup some extra love, attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re away. Your dog will be treated like family, with plenty of patience, affection, and care. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone else, and I’d be honored to be that person for you. 🐾❤️ I’m a bartender with a schedule that gives me plenty of flexibility during the weekdays. My days off are often spent getting outside for walks, runs, and enjoying some fresh air, so having a pup to join me would be the perfect addition to my routine! Because I work at a seasonal location, my availability will become even more flexible as the season winds down. I’m looking forward to using that extra time to spend with dogs, whether that means a long walk, some playtime, or simply giving your pup some company and attention while you’re away. I’m active, dependable, and genuinely love being around dogs, so I’d be happy to make your pup part of my everyday routine! 🐾 I have a large two story home with plenty of space for roaming and playing, as well as a fenced in back yard. We do not have any pets at the moment so it’s very easy to accommodate yours.

“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”

“John was great from the start! I inquired about using him as a last minute weekend sitter. I was in full panic mode because our usual sitter was unavailable due to emergency. John arranged a meet and greet several hours later where he and our dog took to each other instantly. His house is clean and accommodating for a pup, or more! His fenced in backyard is great and the neighborhood he is in is quiet and safe. The very next morning is when we needed him for, so our dog was dropped off bright and early. I got a couple updates a day via messages and every message included at least 3-4 photos and videos. From the start you could tell he was attentive based on the questions he was asking me. We’ve never used Rover before and Luna has never stayed with anyone other than a few family members so it was a first for all of us. We would 10/10 use John again and we hope this review helps others feel at ease with his services!! :)”
“Samantha and her partner Zachary took fabulous care of our two dogs for three days. They are both high energy young dogs, one 7 months and one 13 months old and we were worried that they were going to be a problem. They love each other, romping like crazy with each other indoors and out and Samantha and Zach had no problem dealing with them. When we went to pick them up, it was obvious that both dogs really liked their caregivers. What more can one hope for in someone taking care of their dogs?
