About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 5 years old, when I got my very first dachshunds—Peanut and Sweetie. By the time I was 9, I had adopted a shelter dachshund and raised two more dachshund puppies, bringing my total to five dogs at once. I personally trained all of them, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding dog behavior, especially with independent or energetic breeds like dachshunds. Throughout middle school and my teen years, I helped neighbors by dog sitting, walking, and doing drop-in visits, often just for playtime and companionship. About: All my life, I have had a special connection with animals. Even the pets that are "sassier" than others, I have been able to connect with to make them comfortable. Animals love me, and I love them! I attribute this to the fact that I have been a pet sitter in my neighborhood since middle school, and I have had several different kinds of pets growing up. Now that I am a college graduate, I am looking to expand my network. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages, as well as some more exotic pets. Please let me know if you have any questions for me! I work full-time at an OB/GYN clinic 4 days a week. My hours are from 7 am to 5:30 pm, so I am free most days after 5:30 pm. I have one day off a week, and I do not work there on weekends. My off day is usually Mondays but it can vary; I am almost always free on weekends. I get my schedule well in advance, so if you want to know when I am available a certain week, I will definitely be able to tell you! Every pet is different. My pets at home have specific routines that they like to stick to and are more comfortable with. In my experience, I usually ask the owner to write or message me what their pet needs and when they need it. This way, they don't feel that too much has changed from their day to day, even if their owner isn't there. For example, people usually let me know what time their pet eats, how many times they usually need to go to the bathroom, and generally what makes them happy. This way, I can give them what they need and make them comfortable when they are missing you!

About: Hi, I am a mature and experienced pet owner. I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and loved my own dogs (Rottweiler, Boxers, Jack Russell and Frenchton) while raising my children. I am unfortunately not able to have my own pets due to where I live. I have traveled for work, sporting events and vacations and know the stress of finding care for my pets where they will feel loved and be well taken care of. I want to offer peace of mind to others when they cannot take their furry family members with them when traveling. I am a self-employed photographer so I will be able to treat you pet like my own. I will be there in the morning, evening and throughout the day. I can bring my work supplies to you home to work so the only time I will be away for work is for a shoot. I know my appointments in advance and will be able to share the schedule with you to ensure it meets your needs. I am unable to care for pets in my home. When caring for your pet in your home I will follow the instructions you provide. I enjoy playing and hanging out with cats and dogs but also know not all cats and dogs are the same. Through conversation with you I will learn how best to interact with your pet to ensure there is a great experience for all. As a photographer I unfortunately do not have pictures of myself with my pets as I am always on the other side of the camera.

About: I’m a beginner on Rover, but I’ve been caring for dogs for about 6 years through friends and family, and it’s something I truly love doing. He loves people but there are a few dogs in my neighborhood who he has decided he'd rather avoid so I’m familiar with sticking to a routine and dealing with each dog's unique quirks! It is important to me that every pet feels safe and comfortable. While I’ve never owned a cat myself, I’ve taken care of a few and really enjoyed the experience. I’m always happy to learn their routines and make sure they feel just as cared for and relaxed while you’re away. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away by making sure your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently work full time as a Medical Assistant at a Private Family Practice. I’m applying to Physician Assistant School this spring and am working to get experience while I finish my applications. My hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. I work half day on Fridays, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. I don’t have time during my work day to stop in to let pets out or feed them and am best suited to do walks, feedings, and keep company in the early morning or evenings. My weekends are open and flexible as I am able to stay at the house all day or drop by several times throughout the day for whatever care is necessary. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities while staying in your home. I make it a point to follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific care instructions, so they feel secure and stress-free in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s behavior, boundaries, and personality to ensure they feel safe and respected. I’m very attentive and always keep a close eye on pets, whether we’re relaxing at home or out for a walk. I also make sure doors, gates, and any potential hazards are secure at all times. I respect your home just as much as your pet. I keep things clean, organized, and exactly how you left them. Communication is very important to me, so I’m happy to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins while you’re away so you always know how your pet is doing. About: I have had family pets since I was three that I have helped care for. As a child, I volunteered at the Saratoga animal shelter and spent time caring for the cats and dogs there. When I was fourteen, I worked at a pet resort, where I checked dogs and cats into the hotel and made sure they were safely cared for. When I was eighteen I got two cats, Noodles and Drake, who I absolutely adore. I am a 23 year old university student who is currently working on my phd. I’m excited to have the opportunity to care for animals during the summer and part time during my semester. I have experience caring for a wide range of breeds and ages.
