“I appreciate having been able to book Alice to watch my furbaby Wednesday while I was away for the weekend. I was nervous as I know my cat can be skiddish and tends to hiss and swat at people she doesn’t know. Alice was willing to meet Wednesday prior to the actual booking. She is sweet, caring and patient and kind. I appreciate her style of communication with us throughout the process and the feedback and suggestions on how to handle certain situations. I truly am grateful for her knowledge with cats (or all pets) and I hope to implement some of her tips in my day to day interactions w my cat. Alice is great and I hope to book her again! About: Hi! I am a lifelong animal lover with decades of experience caring for pets- my own, as well as those of friends and family. To me, pets are family- and I understand just how much they mean to the people who love them. That's why I believe it's so important to have someone you trust, that will care for your pets with the same love & attention that you would. I'm here to be that person . I work from home so this gives me the flexibility to provide consistent care- whether it is walks, feedings, or check-ins. I'm able to adapt to their needs. I do have a fenced in yard; but I like to create a calm, safe space for my animals and I have a routine to ensure consistency. And not to mention, that they get lots of love and attention!

I currently work full time but that I am able to stop by before and after work. I do not work weekends so I am able to stop by then as well. I will walk, feed and play with your furry friend. If your pet needs medications administered, I’d be happy to do that for you as well.

We recently brought into our home a wonderful shelter dog who needed a lot of love and attention, and was initially suffering from severe separation anxiety whenever someone would leave the room. It has also been more than 15 years since we've had a dog and needless to say we were rusty. From day 1 of the meet and greet with Christine, our dog Dot immediately felt comfortable around her, our kids listened intently to her suggestions, explanations and stories of her own going through similar experiences. She's provided consistent advice and support (outside the formal drop-in/walking sessions we pay for). She has her own dogs and fosters dogs as well... and it's clear she does not do this for the money, but purely for her love of dogs. She posts updates during every visit, sends pics, cleans up if there's been an accident, and provides ideas/suggestions when she can. I highly recommend her!”

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life! In New Mexico we had 5 dogs and 2 cats they were my responsibility to keep fed, happy, healthy! I have years of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and am comfortable around even the biggest and the friendliest dogs. Can’t wait to meet yours! I am currently working from home but have pretty flexible time constraints. Which means I have plenty of time to play with furry buddies! I often will take walks to nearby local parks or trails, and I am early riser so there is allot of flexibility in my schedule. We have a large backyard that with a fenced up play pen and have had several dogs in the house so plenty of left over toys and stuff to chew on. I have sat dogs with crates but unfortunately do not have one on the property.

My first dog, Spooner, was with me since infancy. I helped train and raise my second dog, Merlin, from a puppy. I have a cozy, safe home for you dogs to stay at overnight or for an extended periods of time. I'm also happy to provide drop-in visits or to stay in your home.
