We also have cats that like to try to sneak out of the house, and she’s great about keeping an eye on them to make sure they stay in while she takes Griffin out for his walks. About: TLDR: I am animal-obsessed and will take good care of your babies! I am located in Central Lawrenceville and work from home. I am a cat-mom to Galax (9) and Zuzu (5) and have cared for many cats and dogs through Rover over the past two years. I also have experience watching friends dogs and cats over the past 9 years, and worked at a doggy day care for a short time where I helped care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and abilities. Now, I work from home which gives my cats and I time to bond and play. I am also able to notice any slight change in behavior, which is crucial to being a cat owner as most cats hide sickness very well. I look forward to giving your babies attention and caring for them while you're away and fully understand that it can be nerve-wracking to leave them. Ultimately, it's my goal to understand your pets boundaries and provide the best care possible given their needs. As long as I have enough prep time and clear instructions, I can commit to visiting your animal up to two times a day or as needed. I am particular with who cares for my cats when I am out of town, and expect the people who I will Rover for to be the same way. I always walk the caretakers through detailed instructions of how the cats should be cared for and emphasize that they need much more than just someone to feed them. I also understand that every animal is different and it’s important to respect their boundaries.

In addition to pet care while house-sitting, I will gladly water your plants, bring in and sort mail, and ensure your home stays clean and cared for while you’re away. Your pets will be treated like my own as I watch them, and your home will be cared for like it is my own. I currently work FT in health care, which only requires 3 days of work a week! While my work days vary week to week, I am a home body the other 4 days of the week so your pets will feel loved and cared for while your gone! Since I just bought my house, I am currently not offering boarding in my own home; however, I would be glad to stay over at your place (when available) and care for your pets! If you don’t have a yard, no problem! I will gladly take them for walks around the neighborhood and make sure their needs are met. If your pet needs a drop-in visit for love during the day, we can spend time playing, cuddling, eating some treats (if applicable), and take a bathroom break or two!

About: I have a dog of my own, a Shih Tzu that I have personally cared for a decade. So walking is no problem at all, I’m used to it. There is also my cat Momo that I have since 2023. I also have worked at a doggy daycare place so I have worked with multiple dogs at once and fed them on time. Also took them for walks and will clean their paws afterwards. I even keep them entertained by giving lots of cuddles and toys to keep their minds active. This really helps when they are just stuck in a room bored waiting for their owners. This sets me apart from others because not only do I have personal experience, I experienced it on a professional level that I know how to handle things efficiently. Every day I start with feeding my dog and cat then some playtime mid day with the cat because the dog is quite old now. Then I end the day with a second meal for them and cleaning up the litter box and the pee matt for the senior dog I have to do the most care with my dog since he has dry eyes so it is a daily repetitive task of giving him his eye medication.

About: I've cared for various kinds of pets over my whole life and at one point was able to become an AKC trained dog trainer! I've since changed jobs to a patient sitter at a nearby hospital and miss the new animals being in my life. I'd love to get a chance to meet your pets and help care for them! I work 3 inconsistent days from either 630am-pm or 630pm-am throughout the week but can make changes as needed to work up to 3 days a week for a client outside of that! I feel that all pets have a wide range of personalities and needs but the important thing is to work with them to achieve their physical and emotional needs! I have 2 cats with vastly different attitudes and I make sure to tailor my care for them in specific ways like being a safety person for my cat while she's eating or training my partners cat to ask for attention and treats more politely. When it comes to dogs I have a training in positive reinforcement and dog behaviors and will try to engage with breed specific enrichment on top of whatever schedule the pet parents have for their dog.

About: Before I walk your dog or hang with your cat, there are three things you should know about me. I love being outside, being with animals, and making and performing music. It's incredibly rewarding to me to care for animals. I believe me and your dog or cat share the same curiosity for adventure and I can't wait to get to know them. There's also a good chance that I end up singing some of my music to them. I grew up with pets and have experience in dog and cat sitting for neighbors and friends. When it comes to your pets, my first priority is their safety. I am extremely timely, and adaptable to all sorts of dogs and cats. Consider letting me care for, explore with, and sing to your animals! Currently working part-time, so a lot of availability, especially if you give lots of advance notice! I can be flexible with timing for walks and drop-ins. I don't have space for dogs or cats in my current home, as I'm living with my wife in someone else's area that does not allow pets. About: I had a dog myself when I was younger and often looked after neighbors and cousins dogs while they were out of town. I’m doing this because I like the company of an animal and will treat it well while it’s in my care I work full time and are away from my home approximately 8:15am to 7:30pm. I could be available for and later evening walk but my weekends generally to not have plans so I will be available for a lot more care during that time. I live in an apartment but there is open grass space in the complex and throughout the neighborhood. I would enjoy a long walk or visiting a nearby dog park with any pet.
