About: I’ve started walking dogs since I was walking in diapers. Throughout the years I’ve taken care of different sizes of dogs~ puppies to seniors. I’ve taken care of dogs that needed medical care and trained my dog and my grandma’s pup. I can say I know a bit of things when it comes dogs. I’m currently going to school in the afternoon and working at a part time, my mornings are almost always open and some of my nights. I’ll Still be willingly to work something out between those times. I like to take my dog out every 4 hrs even if he isn’t waiting at the door just to make sure he gets a nice breeze of the outside. I usually give him a cup of food every morning.

About: Veterinary assistant background, I am willing and able to do medication drop ins, feedings, and walks. I can do daytime sitting as well and my capacity for that may open up later. I have worked with disabled, and anxious dogs and cats and am fairly comfortable with most personality types. I have worked with professional trainers through my prior veterinary employment and am able to assist with basic training reinforcement. I am currently in a program so I have a lot of open availability, mostly daytime hours. I am available for dog walks, and drop ins, feedings/meds. I can do pet sitting for up to 6 hours at a time. I cannot do overnights becaus either have animals of my own, and I dont currently offer boarding due to my dog having a reactive nature. I have a lot of experience with animal handling and safety protocols. Leaving a pet in the care of a stranger can be nerve wracking. I treat every pet as I would my own. I will adapt to whatever care instructions are required when caring for each pet.

About: My primary reason for dog sitting is simply because I love spending time with animals. I just moved back to the area and am looking forward to continuing working with Rover and making some new 4-legged friends:) Dogs that I am sitting can spend their days lounging around with me, playing in the yard, going for walks, swimming in the pool, running around in the Orchard.and other fun outings when appropriate. I know that every dog is different and has different physical and emotional needs. I will make sure they're getting their individual doggie needs met as well as shower them with plenty of love and attention while you are away. I have extensive experience working with senior dogs and catering to their every need all the way through end of life services. I also have a lot of experience training puppies and preparing them with the basic skills to live a happy life. I have been around animals my whole life as well as raised an amazing 13 year Goldendoodle. Also, I spent 2 years working with Paws To Freedom assisting in Service Dog Training. In addition, my love for animals as lead me to volunteering at local shelters and fostering when needed. I have plenty of experience with a variety of animals and have taken cared for dozens of dogs while owners were away. Most importantly though, I have a genuine love and respect for animals emotional and physical wellbeing:) My schedule is very flexible and I am pretty much home full-time most days of the week. I can easily accommodate advanced scheduling and can sometimes accommodate last minute as well. This is however, very part-time for me so my schedule may fill up quickly at times. I can also arrange for pick up and drop off in Clackamas if that is easier. In my home pets are part of the family. They get treated with the love and respect just like any other member of the household.

About: I have taken care of 4 dogs at once. 3 big, 1 small. They required a lot of attention. I also had to give medication to 2 of the dogs. I enjoy spending time with dogs and fitting to their needs I have school during the weekdays from 8-9 am to 2 or 3. I am able to spent the night at peoples houses and change my schedules to fit the dogs needs. I am able to do anything that fits the owners needs. I make sure to watch the dogs often and give them attention they need.

About: Hi! I’m River. I was raised with dogs and cats (and birds and turtles and fish) as a child, and as an adult I have raised my own from puppyhood/kittenhood through their senior years. I am comfortable with puppy potty training, litter box training, cleaning messes, handling kitten/puppy energy, etc. I can do light grooming (brushing fur, cleaning with wipes, applying powders, etc) and give medications. (I can even do baths with the right set-up, and advanced notice.) I typically like to do a little light housekeeping anywhere I stay; I live by the motto of “leave it better than you found it.” I also have a wide range of experience and am comfortable caring for various other pets that might need tending while you’re out. In general I love all animals; when asked if I am “a dog person or a cat person,” I say, “yes.” I have done lots of pet-sitting for friends and family (including fostering for a year, to help a friend of a friend while she finished school) and I love meeting and getting to know new animal friends. I am finally joining Rover at the recommendation of many friends and family members who think caring for people’s pets is an excellent job for me. I’m new to Rover, but not new to pet care, and if you trust me with your pets’ care you will find they are in very good hands! I am happy to care for your pets in the way that works best for them: coming regularly to take them for walks, scoop litter boxes, and pick up puppy pads, etc., or staying with them in the comfort of their own home if they need more than drop-in attention. If in-home sitting is needed for extended periods, I may need to leave for a few hours at a time, but I can work around your pet’s needs for specific mealtimes, walk/potty times, etc. I love all pets as the individuals they are, and care for them as if they were my own. You can rely on me to follow detailed instructions, keep you updated, and make sure they are as happy and well-cared-for as can be while you are away.

About: I've been around pets since as long as I've remebered and have always loved caring for animals. About: I have my own car, I'm on time, I will take care of them like they were my owns. I've grew up with all sorts of animals. I've had dogs my whole life. I know how to control a dog fight it is happens. I'm a responsiable person. I don't leave the animals unattended for a long time. I let them out, give them water and food. They will get walked at least 4 times a day, makes sure they get some energy out and go to the bathroom. I love animals and I love helping people out. I feel like helping people out goes along ways. About: I grew up taking care of my huskey/german shepherd mix dog and red eared slider turtle. I now have an orange cat of my own! When my coworkers/family go out of town I’m trusted to pet sit for them. I’m currently completely available. I’m happy to take on a last minute call or a long term job if my schedule changes I will update you. I have a fenced yard and lots of toys for them to play with. I enjoy taking my dog for a walk as long as the pavement is not too hot.

About: I love dogs. My husband and I are empty nesters. We have a labradoodle and no cats. I work remotely at home and in the veterinary field. I currently work full time but have a home office and work from my home and have a flexible schedule. Your dog will have lots of attention. I have a large fenced in yard. About: I have taken care of animals for the last 12 years. I've done drop ins, overnights, and day sitting. I love meeting new furry friends. I have a lot of experience taking in sickly animals and finding homes for them. When your animals are in my care they will get love, affection, and top notch sitting! Not to mention all the Pets they could ask for! I also have a new tag along! My baby girl is 8 months old and will tag along with me with walks and visits(if allowed). We love to go for walks and get out into nature, so your pup will have tons of fun with us. I live on a 13 acre lot so there's lots of room for your fuzzy friends to play. Metzler Park and Campground is about a 5 minute drive away. I am currently a stay at home mom with a toddler. I have all the time to hang out with your pup! We will give unconditional attention and love to any animal that comes into our home. Since it is summer I would love to take your pup on a walk near the few parks we have in the area or let them roam my 13 acre lot with supervision. Being so close to Mt.hood national forest, Metzler Park and Campground and other trails you can trust that your pups going to get the exercise they love.
