Brett S.

“Brett walked our dog twice in one day with very last-minute notice. He sent videos and updates at each visit, which were very sweet! He even noticed that she had chewed something up and cleaned up the mess. He was on time at each walk and gave Remi a nice long walk each time! Definitely planning on hiring him in the future.”

Winna C.

“Winna is an extremely reliable, responsive and caring daily walker for our lovable but rather stubborn 8 yr old dachshund mix. She feeds her and has patiently coaxed her to longer walks. Huge thanks to Winna for all your efforts!”

Portia F.

“I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have met Portia. She is SO skilled with challenging dogs, as evidenced by her work with my pup. Winston is known at his vet as “that dog (somewhat affectionately😆). He is a reactive, anxious rescue who takes a very long time to warm up to people; I knew it might be a struggle to find a regular walker for him. Portia has been incredibly patient, kind, and diligent in working with Winston. I’m thrilled that she’s earned his trust, because now I can stay at work all day without having to worry about running back during my lunch break to walk him. I’ve told many of my pet-parent friends about Portia, since she’s so incredible with Winston- I imagine she’s the same with other animals! I give Portia my very highest rating; Winston and I are incredibly lucky to have her in our lives!”

Emma D.
“I highly recommend Emma for looking after our pets. Emma is great with pets; she is conscientious and genuinely loves animals. Emma quickly gets a rapport with our animals, and figures out what motivates our pets. Emma uses this knowledge to quickly get pets to cooperate, and our dogs and cats love it when Emma comes over and flock to her as soon as she arrives. Emma's combination of empathy for our pets and her reliability and responsibility make it easy to recommend Emma to all our friends for pet care.”

Sara N.
About: I have grown up around dogs all my life. My Golden Retriever, Kodi, was my childhood best friend and helped find my love for animals. Throughout high school and college, I helped watch my friends pups. in 2020, I was able to get a puppy of my own. It has been the best having my sweet Sebastian by my side. Sebastian, a medium goldendoodle is full of energy and loves playing fetch and playing with other pups. He loves the park by my house and loves going on walks. He plays well with dogs of all sizes and ages. If a pup wants to play, he will play, if they want to curl up and sleep, he will respect their space. In his perfect world, he would have a 4 legged companion with him at all times! I work from home full time and have plenty of time for long walks, mid day hikes, play time and extra love your your pet! I am available both weekdays and weekends and can adjust my schedule accordingly. I have a fenced in backyard and live in a cute and safe neighborhood. We are home all day long so your pup will never be left alone.

Alexandra S.
About: I'm a firm believer that there are no bad dogs. I have experience with young, old, and ailing pups alike and have been with my partner in crime for the past 12 years. Happy to host cats and other household critters. Let me know if the plants need watering. I work overnights at RGH during the weekdays and spend most of my time home with my own dog Bronson. Sleeping in the morning and early afternoon dogs get walks before and after work and after I wake up in the afternoon. Pet sitting in client's homes will be entirely dependent on your needs. I'm flexible and happy to include plant and other pet care (fish, gerbils, ferrets, birds, reptiles) providing that care is minimal and may be completed in the same trip. At my home, your pup can be crated, roomed, or free to roam in my home depending on temperament and owner preference. Walks are roughly 7am, 3pm, and 10pm (or as needed) and will include a trip to Cobbs Hill park once a day, weather permitting.

Jerald R.
“Jerald is a wonderful person who has one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. He is amazing with animals and people; from all walks of life. You won’t find anyone more capable or caring than he is! He will treat your fur baby just as if they were his own, and show them the love and care they deserve.”

Caroline P.
“Caroline is an exceptional pet caregiver, simply because... She loves animals! As a current pet owner, and pet foster parent, Caroline has extensive experience caring for a wide variety of unique animal needs. She loves nothing more than bonding with and caring for the animals entrusted to her. She is responsible, dependable, and most of all loving. I have no doubt Caroline would make an excellent Rover pet caregiver.”

Jacqueline C.

“Jacqueline is an excellent dog walker. She is always available, extremely kind to my dog, and does an excellent job of communicating. The reports that she gives me on my dog always make my day: photos, a description of the walk, and more. She is everything that a dog walker should be and I feel fortunate to have linked up with her.”

Hailee H.

“Hailee is fantastic! She gave great personalized care to my baby pup and is clearlt very knowledgeable about all things dog health and social care. She gave me food recommendations and helped with training etc. She was very sweet with my puppy and I highly highly recommend her!”

Rachel P.

About: Sara and Rachel have been caring for pets for more than twenty years. As former owners of a sweet doberman we loved to 13, we understand the special needs of elderly dogs. We have experience in giving dogs medicine. We are happy to watch dogs of all ages, cats, and other animal friends, but feel uniquely suited to help care for your gray hound while you are away. All vacations require a meet and greet before we accept a reservation. We only accept one reservation at a time in order to give your pet our best attention. Due to a fostering fail 😂 that resulted in a recent cat adoption, we no longer board dogs in our home. Please reach out to us with any questions or special requests. Sara and Rachel love to spend time outdoors so we are delighted to take active paws out for a long play session. As a couple we are able to tag team to provide better coverage, more breaks, and more cuddle time with your pet while you are away. This also provides greater safety at no extra charge to you when there are multiple dogs in the home that will require walks. Two leashes please! Safety is our highest priority! We live on a busy road with a cat who loves to take walks so we have developed really careful habits surrounding opening and closing doors to prevent escapes.

Kat K.
