“Frankie had a great few days with Fern while we were on holiday! Fern was very attentive and responsive, and it was lovely to see all the photos of their walks etc throughout the week. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dogsitter, and will book again. Thank you!!”

“We are so grateful to Claire and Ross for looking after Ava so well and like one of their own. She had a great holiday with them and Syd! We had a great holiday knowing she was being so well cared for, we enjoyed the regular updates, photos and videos of her enjoying her time with them - thank you both so much!”

“I’m incredibly happy with the care Zeus received while staying with Will. He was brilliant and even helped keep on top of Zeus’s training, which is so important (and very much needed!) with a lively Boxer puppy. On pick-up, Zeus was happy, well-adjusted, and clearly well cared for. I’m especially grateful that Will was available for this booking, as his experience with the Boxer breed and training his own service dog, Orion, gave me real peace of mind. The regular updates, complete with photos and videos, were so reassuring. I’d happily send Zeus again in the future and would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring sitter.”

About: I first became a "dog Mum" 15 years ago to our Westie, Elland, who sadly we lost recently. I sadly was that annoying "Dog Mum" who had pictures of her on my desk and booked holiday for her birthday each year. I took voluntary redundancy nearly 6 years ago so have been fortunate to spend quality time at home with her and take her out and about on our own or with her other doggy friends. Unfortunately she lost her hearing about 3 years ago so learnt quickly how to communicate with her with some basic sign language. She also developed dry eye disease so I had to administer drops 5 times each day. Two of these were determined by time so I had to ensure I was available to give her these on time. The last 5 months of her life, her arthritis worsened so I bought a buggy to help her whilst out for daily walks/sniffs. I have also looked after family dogs whilst they have been on holiday and have accomodated raw feeding for one of family dogs. I live with my husband in a bungalow. He still works but is here in the evenings and at weekends. I work during examination periods at a local college but can accomodate pet sitting around this as dates are known well in advance. My contract with the college is ona casual basis so dog sitting will be my priority. We have used a local dog sitter who stayed in our home when we went on holiday. I therefore understand the importance of providing important information to the pet sitter when leaving the pet. When I first stopped working I volunteered for a local hospice helping support a family who used their services, by walking their dog on a weekly basis to give them some respite and also encourage the dog to socilise. I did this for 12 months. I also volunteered at Wood Green Animal Charity during Covid restrictions. Although I was there to help in the fundraising office, we often had dogs who weren't settling in kennels, come and sit with us in the office for the day. Some were quite withdrawn so I learnt how to slowly gain their trust. I am retired so home all day. My husband works full time but is home in the evenings and at weekends. I do some casual exam invigilating but I know dates for this in advance so will not take on any work if pet sitting is booked. I am happy to be led by the owners on when and what activity their dog (s) are used to so am pretty flexible. I have acess to my own car so can take the dog to any appointments if required. I have a fully fenced in garden (6ft) I live in a village with lots of access to quiet walks in the countryside if required, as well as walks within the village itself. I am happy to book out local secure dog fields if agreed with the owner but this will involve driving to nearby fields. As previously mentioned we live in a bungalow so no stairs. We are based in a quiet cul-de-sac so if your dog is reactive to traffic, should not be a problm here. I have space for a medium size crate if required.
“Lauren was amazing with our puppy, Summer. She's 4 months old and this is her first time boarding so I was quite worried initially. Turns out that she loves Lauren and her home so much that she almost didn't want to leave. Thank you Lauren for taking such good care of her!”

“Wade and Michelle took amazing care of our very nervous and quite high maintenance dog, Cookie. They very kindly met Cookie in advance, and during the stay sent regular updates and photos of them on walks and snuggling on the sofa. They are a lovely family and we will be using them again.”

“We needed Cooper looking after for my works Christmas do. Having only recently got Cooper it was our first time leaving him. Marcus and Cheryl made us feel instantly relaxed and welcomed Cooper straight into their home on the meet and greet. They put our minds at rest and were extremely flexible for us, making sure we had a good night and Cooper was looked after. We got regular photos and couldn't have asked for more. Really impressed and also very much appreciate it. Very highly recommend and only have good things to say!!”

“Ralf was great with our frenchie Bruce for a week long stay. He kept us updated on our little guy and we got photo/video updates through the week. Our doggo came back very tired and happy! We will definitely be coming back for future sitting needs. Thank you so much Ralf!”
“Terry was fantastic - took great care to make sure Ted had a good week with him, including asking questions beforehand about Ted’s likes & dislikes, and taking him on lots of great walks. Ted bonded really well with Terry, and it was good to know he was being so well cared for while I was away.”

“Liz did a great job looking after Joy and provided us with plenty of updates with photos, which we enjoyed while being away from our pup :) She asked all the right questions and I would love for Liz to look after Joy again in the future when we need a pet sitter.”

“Larissa was great with our dog Mo. He was happy and well taken care of while we were away, and she sent regular updates during his stay. Would rebook again with Larissa in the future.”

“This is our second time booking with Ricci and he continues to be fantastic. Ricci watched our pups for several days while we were holiday and he did an excellent job. It was clear from the moment we returned that our dogs were happy, comfortable, and very well taken care of. He’s reliable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely great with animals, which gave us incredible peace of mind while we were away. We will absolutely book him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”
“Damary loved watching Zellah !! Firstly , she accepted my last minute booking request for Zellah when other plans fell through :/ she made Zellah feel at home and when I picked Zellah up she seemed very happy and comfortable around Damary ,so there's no doubt Zellah was treated like she was on her own little vacation . Overall I would definitely book her again .:) thank you for treating her like the little princess she is !!”

“Our labradoodle had a wonderful stay with Stella. He came home very happy and relaxed. I highly recommend Stella and we will definitely be having Polar Bear stay with her again!”

About: I have cared for two dogs for 18 years of my life - a Jack Russel named Ralph and a Collie cross Lab named Martha. When I was 16, obtained a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management at Shuttleworth College. Here, I acquired husbandry skills for a wide range of animals such as reptiles and exotics to goats and wallabies. I graduated from the University of Lincoln this year with a first class with honours degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I cared for and trained several dogs through the university. I further worked full time at a Doggy Day Care for 4 months - walking all breeds and sizes!! Currently, I am studying MSc Clinical Animal Behaviour at Lincoln, with hopes of becoming an accredited clinical animal behaviourist. I am currently completing this Masters by attending lectures every Monday and Tuesday. I am looking to work between Wednesdays and Fridays as this best fits my study schedule. Within an owner’s home, I will follow all instructions provided, keeping their pets in a safe environment at all times and only using positive reinforcement techniques.
“This was Digbys first stay with Stephen and it all went really well. Initially Digby was a bit anxious and unsettled but soon settled in and Stephen kept me well informed and updated. Digby really enjoyed the company of Stephen’s Cockerpoo Sam. I felt reassured throughout that Digby was in safe hands and I’m sure I’ll be booking him again soon.”

“So happy we found Jack! He made us feel at ease leaving our boy! He’s very calm and I believe that helped Jed to settle with him! Jack gave us regular updates with photos! He was very quick to respond to any message or worry I had! I’m certain Jed had a lovely time! I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for someone to look after their beloved pet!”

“Lukie had stayed with Danuta before and had had a great time. When we saw that she was available for the time of our holiday, we asked to book with her right away! Once again, we are deeply grateful for the amazing care she and her family gave Lukie and their companionship to him. Always prompt in her communication with us, and she also sent us several pictures on a daily basis so we could stay informed of Lukie’s amazing walks! When we picked Lukie up he was of course happy to see us but he was also very calm, which reassured us he had felt comfortable at Danuta’s home. Thanks so much for such great care!!! Hopefully we can make it work again :-)”

A huge thank you to Janet and Bruce for the wonderful care you gave our girls. Remy and Mali have obviously loved their time with you and who can blame them? The love and care you gave them was exceptional not to mention all those walks! We also all the updates! Thank you so much for- we will be back x
Jemma was amazing with my mums dog, Polly. She is a reactive romanian rescue and Jemma was the perfect boarder for her, patient, thoughtful and understanding. Would highly recommend her for any dog care and clearly she has a wealth of knowledge which she uses for each dog. Thank you Jemma x

We had a last minute emergency and had to look for someone who could look after Luna - we met Michael for a meet and greet recently for another holiday booked a little further away and got very good vibes from him and his handsome bassett hound Monty. Michael kindly accommodated to a very smooth drop off and pick up for us - we had to leave early and so had to drop Luna off at 8:30am, and picked her up 2 days later very close to 9pm - Michael made it feel so easy for us. During her stay, Michael was excellent at updating us on how she was doing and settling in, and was very prompt at replying us :) When we picked Luna up 2 days later, we could see how happy and contented she had been 😊 she was very obviously very well looked after! Thank you Michael and Monty, we definitely will be putting her here again in the future :)

Frankie had a great few days with Fern while we were on holiday! Fern was very attentive and responsive, and it was lovely to see all the photos of their walks etc throughout the week. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dogsitter, and will book again. Thank you!!

Lilah thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Francisco Jr O. It is very clear that Kiko loves all the animals that he looks after and treats them as one of his own - even dressing them up to match the family at Christmas. Communication was excellent with regular photo updates. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using Kiko’s services again.
