“As a repeat customer of Sandra's, I would not trust anyone else more. She is always kind and loving towards my Frenchie. She took great care of him during a heatwave that he tends to struggle with. Communication is always superb with Sandra. I highly recommend her!”

“I am very happy to have found Kristina and Nick, they are both lovely and I knew I would feel comfortable leaving Phoebe with them - which is a big thing for me - I am very fussy about who I trust to look after my fur baby 🐾 Good communication and regular updates. “Lovely family who love and understand dogs! Mango and truffles really enjoyed their time with Harry. There were regular updates, photos, and lots of walks. They’ve also dog proofed the furniture so you can rest assured plenty dog cuddles will be had! We are very happy with Harry and his family’s care for our boys.”

“Lilah thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Francisco Jr O. It is very clear that Kiko loves all the animals that he looks after and treats them as one of his own - even dressing them up to match the family at Christmas. Communication was excellent with regular photo updates. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using Kiko’s services again.”
“May was absolutely wonderful! Our shiba stayed with her for 10 days. She took great care of our pup. May sent lots of updates including a daily schedule, photos, and videos. May is also a dog trainer and helped to reduce how much our dog pulls on the leash. I’ll definitely book her again when I need a dogsitter.”

“Thank you Teresa for looking after Bess so well again and having her stay for her first night with you. ❤️ it was so great to have the photos come through and to know she was in safe hands. Thank you.”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!! From our initial meeting, it was obvious Ludo loved her, which immediately put me at ease. She has so much experience with animals, both professionally and personally, and it really shows. I received regular updates throughout the weekend, so I never had to worry. I actually felt a bit guilty picking him up because he was clearly having such a great time!😂 I will certainly be booking with her again and would highly recommend Wendy ☺️”

“Jane is great! She saved my trip and very kindly agreed to look after my two dogs last minute after someone else canceled. Jane's place is perfect for short and long term dog sitting - there is a dedicated place for them in the house and plenty of space in the garden to run around. Her retriever is gorgeous and super friendly. Jane sent me messages every morning and video updates during the day. When we came to pick them up, they didn't want to leave!😊”

“Lijo and his family were great. They watched Lola and Nalu for us ad Lond administered Nalu’s medicine and eye drops as she scratched her eye unexpectedly two days before boarding. They kept us up to date with photos and videos during the pups’ stay. We are grateful for their care of our doggies! Thank you again!”

“Sam had another brilliant stay with Golnar. We could tell from the updates that he was happy and settled, and very well looked after by Golnar and her husband. Lots of play and attention and Sam's next stay is already booked in. Thank you!”

“Amazing experience, we felt Ella was in safe and loving hands. Before Ella went to stay, Suey sent over a form to get to know Ella. During the stay we had several updates every day of what she was up to. She looked like she had a great time! This enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing Ella was with such caring and dog focussed people.”

“Wade and Michelle took amazing care of our very nervous and quite high maintenance dog, Cookie. They very kindly met Cookie in advance, and during the stay sent regular updates and photos of them on walks and snuggling on the sofa. They are a lovely family and we will be using them again.”

“Dora has looked after Nala a few times and Nala has been very happy in her company. Nala isn’t the easiest dog and Dora cares for her as if she was her own. Would highly recommend Dora!”

About: I've grown up with dogs and been around dogs for almost all of my life. Until recently owned a 12 year old cocker spaniel called Tigger. I'm a keen Cani Cross Runner and Tigger was a great running dog, he absolute loved it, so I'm trying to help more dogs be active. A healthy active dog is a dog that will have a longer healthy life and a lot of dogs don't get the exercise they need. I'd love to help change that. 😊 I'm available almost all the time when I'm not travelling and happy to work around your schedule with enough notice. Let's have a chat about your needs. If you would like me to try running with your dog the following apllies: I would need to take your dog out for a walk or two first to learn about their habits and needs. Then if they've not tried Cani Cross before we would need to take it slowly as there's a lot to learn for both me and your dog about how we run together. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about this as well, so do let me know and if you'd like to come along as well that's even better!

“Shadwa kindly came ahead of the booking to meet my 3 kittens and alleviate my concerns that they may not be happy; they loved her and her husband! Shadwa kept me updated with videos and messages during her time with the kittens. I came home to 3 happy kittens. Highly recommend!”

“Kashif was fabulous! Our cat Alfie, was very well looked after and seemed very at ease when we returned from our trip. We felt very safe trusting Alfie and our home with Kashif. Will definitely be booking again!”

“Gill has been looking after my cat Ocean for a while now. She's very reliable, kind and caring, sending me pictures of Ocean while I'm away so I don't worry. I would highly recommend Gill.”

“Celeste looked after my cat for the weekend, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She took the time to learn about Smokey's individual needs and was incredibly caring and reassuring throughout. She kindly sent me regular updates and lots of photos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I could tell she had completely won Smokey over—he's normally very shy (and a bit moody!), but he was happily cuddling up to Celeste all weekend. As an added bonus, she even watered my tomato plants for me. I wouldn't hesitate to book Celeste again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Smokey!”

“Fantastic experience. Reliable and responsible. Put at ease the moment we booked and could relax on holiday knowing Gemma was taking care of the cat so well. We shall be booking again and again”

“Marriette looked after my two cats when I was away for one month holiday. She kept telling me how they got on with photos very frequently. I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying about them. She was a great carer ”

“Marie is very loving and caring, and we knew from the first moment that we left our furry baby in the best hands. She is highly adaptive, flexible, proactive, and thoughtful when it comes to caring for pets. Our Stella has never been more relaxed when we returned from our holiday, thanks to Marie's visits. We are sure that if she is available, we would love to have her services again! We are beyond grateful for everything she has done to keep our little Stella happy and cared for.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we were lucky enough to come across Fern and Dougie, her GoldenDoodle. Honey, our Cockerpoo, had a great time, and it was super seeing the pictures of their adventures. We have no hesitation in recommending Fern, and hope to book Honey in for boarding later in the year.”

About: We have both grown up with dogs that we have trained, lived and recently lost. We can work from home or have a dog-friendly office if owners are comfortable with that My partner works as a nurse so is home some days during the week. I can WFH whenever needed and also have a dog-friendly office. While we do have the odd weekly hobby, we are mostly only out for an hour or 2 and typically one of us is in the house at any time. We have a fully fenced garden and live in a lovely countryside village which is perfect to take dogs for a walk. We do have a small cat who we are gradually introducing to dogs, so we do ask that your dog is cat friendly. Right now we have no stair gate so the dog will have full roam of the house.

“Chubby always seems excited to go to Damarys, she keeps me updated and seems very knowledgable and aware of dog behaviour which is great! He’s always knackered when he comes back to us too so he must have lots of fun!”

“Our one year old cocker Frank recently spent a a couple of days with Claire & Ross. Frank tends to suffer from separation anxiety, however he very happily goes to Claire & Ross. We find Claire & Ross to be terrific hosts! Claire is soft & calm & Ross is jolly & commanding and very chilled, a great combination for looking after a lively anxious young dog. Ross took Frank on long walks along with his own dog & Frank had the run of the house which helped to make him feel and at home, so much better than kennels. I would definitely recommend Claire & Ross, in my opinion you won’t find better dog sitters!”

“At short notice, I was able to book Ping Yan to look after our dog three times over half term for a full day. She was very professional, friendly and caring and I felt 100% confidence in her. She kept contact throughout the day sending videos and information about how our dog was doing, which was great. On the first day, we were stuck in London and got back much later than we had initially anticipated. Ping Yan was very understanding and kept telling us not to worry as we waited on delayed trains to get back to Cambridge. She made us feel very reassured which really helped. I can’t imagine that anyone would be anything but overjoyed at the way Ping looks after dogs so you have nothing to worry about with her. She was also very punctual whenever I texted her to say that we’d be downstairs in a few minutes to meet her.”

“Sandra had Ria for a long day while I was working in London and was absolutely fantastic - professional, well organised, super communication. Ria loved her stay so much she didn't want to leave when I collected her. I felt at all times that Ria was in safe hands and being well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to use Sandra's services again or recommend her to anyone else.”

About: Hi my name is Steve and I have years of experience looking after friends' dogs and cats. I grew up with a labrador and (together with my wife and daughter) have been the proud owner of Sam, our (now almost) 7 year old cockapoo. I work from home and enjoy going for daily walks with Sam around the village and nearby Country Park, so your pet will have plenty of company and exercise during their stay. Your dog will also have full access to our enclosed rear garden, with plenty of space to play, and free access to the downstairs of the house. Before committing to any new bookings, I would like to meet your dog to ensure that your dog is happy to settle with our dog. Please contact me for any questions. “I recently sent my lovely Samoyed to Harper and Zhong for daycare. From the time BaoBao arrived at their home, they frequently updated me with photos and videos. They were very very kind and patient with BaoBao. BaoBao had diarrhea that day, and after I asked for their advice, they still offered to take care of my dog for a day. They patiently cleaned her hair every time she had loose bowels and kept updating me on my dog. BaoBao looked so happy when I picked her up, they had a very nice day together! A huge thank to them and will definitely send my dog to them for daycare again soon!☺️☺️”

“Kaela and Toshie were amazing hosts to Jessie and she's had an absolute blast staying with them over the last few weeks. Kaela was very understanding and attentive to Jess's sensitive tum and occasional nervousness around other new dogs. The latter didn't last long however and we were spoilt with loads of pics of Jess having a fantastic time with her troupe of new best buddies and she's now a very confident doggle. She also had every comfort of home staying with Kaela and Toshie and was always sad to be leaving in the evenings. We've had so much peace of mind leaving Jess with Kaela and Toshie and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“Bean had a great time, lots of playing and attention which she loved. Golnar took very good care of her, making sure she had space from other dogs when out and about until Bean was comfortable with the other dog. Very happy to have found Golnar.”

About: I go for a 1-1.5hr walk every day and thought it would be nice to have a walking companion that also allows the dogs to get out and enjoy the fresh air. I have grown up around dogs. When I was a baby, our family had a springer spaniel that was with us for 13 years. After that, we adopted a Weimaraner (Murphy) who was a loving part of our family for a long time. Murphy was a dog with some behavioural issues which gave me an education in dealing with dogs of different temperaments - and sizes! I now live on my own and while work doesn’t enable me to properly look after my own dog, I saw this app as an opportunity to still be able to be around them. I have also looked after friends dogs in the past with breeds ranging from Malinois and German Shepherds to Rottweilers and English Bulldogs. Currently self-employed before moving back home to Bermuda at the end of this year. My average day involves waking up, going to the gym, cooking lunch, doing some work at my computer for a couple hours, before going for a 1-1.5hr walk/jog every day. I would be more than capable of looking after a dog between 12 and 5 every day, including taking your dog along for the walk/jog. I currently live in a house-share and while I wouldn’t be able to look after your pet overnight in my own home. I would be capable of looking after them in your home. I believe in leaving things how I find them and would be happy to also assist with minor tasks around the house. For example, unloading a dishwasher, hanging clothes to dry, dusting or vacuuming. I like to stay active and would enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, or any activity with any pet, as long as they were up for it!
About: I have been an animal lover my entire life and I am hoping to work with animals as a full time job in the future. I recently completed my level 3 Animal Management qualification at college and am going to be starting university in September to study Veterinary Physiotherapy, so that I can achieve my dream of helping animals. I have previous work experience at the RSPCA looking after a range of dog breeds, including larger breeds like Huskies and Cane Corsos as well as small breeds like Chihuahuas and Terriers. During this experience, I have helped to walk dogs, clean out kennels, feed and play with dogs. I have also gained experience working with cats, rabbits, birds and other small animals at the RSPCA. I currently have a dog, who is a springer spaniel x poodle called Doodle, and a cat, called Pancake. I spend much of my free time taking Doodle on walks and playing and cuddling with her and Pancake whenever they want to. I have also on many occasions looked after pets of friends and family, including labradors, spaniels, jack russells, beagles, cats and rabbits. I am currently available most of the time during the summer apart from a few days where I am away. I will be starting university in September so I won't be available then. The safety of your pets will always be my number one priority and I will ensure that I keep an eye on them so that they are safe and happy. I will listen to, follow and respect any rules or boundaries that you have when looking after your pets to keep both you and your pets happy and comfortable.

“It was lovely to have a friendly face turn up to walk Teddy, and he really enjoyed his walks with Eli. Teds came back happy, and snoozed all afternoon. Her communication was fast, and she was flexible with her time when a last minute appointment came up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eli and will happily book her again!! Thank you xxx”

About: I have always had dogs in the family growing up. When I was a toddler and small child, my family had Mutley, a rescue spaniel, who was also known as Houdini! Following his passing, we had a small terrier, Alfie, who lived until he was 18! Then, at the turn of 2020, I rescued two Greek street dogs, Buddy and Bea, with my sister - they’re now 5 years old. Buddy and Bea often spend time with my parents who have vowed they don’t want another dog.. but love Buds & Bea! We had Alfie from a puppy and I was involved with his training with my father. Buddy and Bea were about 6 months old when they made their way to the UK. With my sister, I trained them at home in the garden - this was both toilet training and tricks! I work full time but predominantly from home, going into the office once or twice a week depending on what I have on. This means I have lots of time at home with the dogs and can take them out morning, lunch and noon. Generally, I play netball on a Saturday and Sunday but this only requires me to be out of the house for a few hours. So, those who have an animal staying with us, they must be ok being left alone for a couple of hours at a time. I have a totally enclosed and fenced garden with no escape route! This was essential as Bea often likes to find a way out! Whilst looking after your fur baby, I’d have Buddy and Bea stay with my parents so that your pet has my sole attention and focus. We have space to bring a crate if that’s preferred and we can discuss any sleeping arrangements which work for your little one.

About: Are you looking for someone caring and reliable to take care/look after of your furry friend while you are on holidays, at work or simply you need an extra hand or walk in the evening and don't have the time? My name is Aurora, and I live in South Cambridge CB22 since July 2024 before I was in Essex between Braintree and Colchester where I was pet sitter in a few homes and still am when they go on holidays. 30+ living with dogs and cats and other animals. I have always loved pets, since I am a kid I've had different sort of dog breeds at home (cross breeds, labradors, mastiff, pitbull terrier...) small rodents like, jerbos, guinea pigs, rabbits... I've had birds, turtles and cats. 12+ since I became a pet sitter between Spain and the Uk I used to take care of other people and families pets when they used to go away, and I was living back in Spain. Now here in the UK, I keep doing the same as in taking care of people's pets while they are away or need help as daily, taking them out for a walk, coming and feed them, pet them, playtime, keep them company with lot of cuddles and love. I will always update you with photos & videos of your furry friend, photography is another passion I have so they will get 1000 of them! I do work in the mornings but I do work from home 3 days a week and sometimes 4 so in the case of staying over I can combine both jobs and over the weekend if needed. I'm flexible with the days I work from home. If you need me to check on your pet during the mornings/afternoons when I am home I can do 1pm-2pm, and then fully availability after 4pm. And when I am the the office once or twice a week I can do dog walking, or come to visit if you are away from 5:30-6pm For availability please do message me with the days, times and care you need :) If you would like more information about this services and rates please do send me a message or let meet and greet! I do take care for pets at their owners house, currently i don't own a place and lot allowed to bring pets home, so I do go to the owners place to take them out or staying over if they need me to :) I know some dogs are good off the leash, but I prefer to stablish first bond and good relationship with them before letting them off the their leash, this is for safety as dogs sometimes behave differently with other people until they stablish a relationship with the pet sitter and before this they can be unpredictable.
“Brendan was great with Arnie, took him for a lovely long walk and shared some lovely pictures and videos. He managed to let him off lead as well and really wore him out! Brendan was also able to help out really last minute and super flexible 😊”

“Kristine walked our Deedee everyday for a week whilst I was working, everyday she was on time and done a brilliant job of looking after Deedee whilst she was with her. 10/10 would recommend”

I never rush visits, and I pay close attention to routines, body language, and comfort levels. I have experience with puppies, seniors, nervous rescues, cats who prefer minimal interaction, and high-energy breeds who need stimulation and structure. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every home and every pet with the same care I give my own. My goal is simple: for you to feel fully at ease, and for your pet to feel safe, understood, and cared for. Animals shape the rhythm of my days. I work from home and keep a very grounded, predictable routine, so it’s easy for me to fit in regular walks, drop-ins, enrichment sessions, and feeding times. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in, it’s woven into how I live. When I care for your pets, I always prioritise safety, comfort, and low-stress routines so they feel secure while you’re away. Animals thrive in familiar environments, so all care takes place in your home, following their normal daily rhythm. What I do during each visit • Follow your exact feeding schedule and dietary instructions • Refresh water so it’s always clean • Clean litter trays, food areas, or small-pet spaces • Provide playtime, enrichment, cuddles, or quiet companionship, whatever your pet prefers • Respect boundaries for shy or anxious animals • Basic home checks (lights, curtains, post, bins, doors and windows locked) • Administer medication if needed • Keep everything clean, tidy, and exactly how I found it Your pet’s routine continues smoothly, helping to reduce stress and keep them happy. Communication & Peace of Mind After each visit, you receive: • Photos or videos • A written update • Notes on food, water, litter, behaviour and mood You’ll always know how your pet is doing. My Approach I care for animals with: • gentleness • patience • observation • calm handling • respect for each pet’s personality With many years of caring for my own animals (including cats, dogs and small pets) I understand how to create a safe, reassuring environment where pets feel loved and supported while you’re away.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs, cats, and many other pets – from parrots and small rodents to fish and turtles. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. For the past three years, I’ve been spending every day with my wonderful dog, Willow. She’s friendly with everyone – both people and animals – and we love our long daily walks and time outdoors. Our family also includes a 1 year old toddler who adores animals too. We’d love to share the warmth of our home and our daily adventures with another furry friend while their owner can’t be with them. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or quiet time in our garden, your pet will be cared for as part of our loving family. ❤️ I’m currently on maternity leave, which gives me plenty of time, energy, and enthusiasm to spend with your pets. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, making sure your furry friend gets consistent attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I live in Northstowe, surrounded by nature and plenty of walks options with very little traffic – perfect for calm, stress-free walks. My home has a large fenced garden and a spacious open-plan interior. I also have security cameras for extra peace of mind.
About: I have had dogs all my life. I have taken care of dogs with disabilities and behavior issues. And I am currently studying zoology because I am a huge animal lover. I am currently a full-time student and I have the summer off. So I will be available for pet care all day if I am needed. I have my own dog who is 7 years old. I treat every animal as if they were my own. I have water, and treats with me when out for walks.
About: I have been caring for pets for 20+ years, including my own dog and looking after neighbours' and friends' dogs. I have experience with various breeds such as Chow Chows, Labradors, Jack Russell Terriers, Border Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Dachshunds, English Bulldogs, Shih Tzu mixes, and Romanian rescues. I have trained my own puppy and am comfortable administering medication. I can handle multiple pets and have dealt with challenging behaviours, including helping my reactive rescue dog overcome her fears. While I don't have specific experience with special needs pets, my adaptability as a teacher allows me to provide excellent care. I can provide references from previous pet owners I have cared for. I have recently returned to work as a full-time teacher at a school in Girton. Therefore, I will not be at home during the day. However, I am still offering sitting services in the evenings and on weekends. Additionally, if you are comfortable with it, I am happy to have your pet stay at my house during the day. During the school holidays I will be able to stay at yours or have your pet at mine, where I will be at home during the day. During term time, you live somewhere with easy access to Girton, I am happy to house sit then too. I work full time, leaving for work at 7am but I do have a bit of time in the mornings. I also finish at 4pm so I also have time after work during the week. My weekends are quite free so I’d be more than happy to help out then, too! Additionally, I am more than happy to look after your furry friends during the school holidays. I ensure that the home is pet-proofed and secure, minimising any potential hazards. I follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and medication, maintaining their routine as closely as possible. I provide plenty of love, attention, and playtime to keep the pets happy and engaged. Additionally, I maintain open communication with the pet owner, providing regular updates and photos to give them peace of mind. We have a wonderful large garden which is secure as well as plenty of fantastic walking routes from our front door!
“Betty had another great walk with William. When he arrived she was very excited and went running up to see him, which was very reassuring. He kept me updated throughout the walk and sent some photos. Another great service.”

Jane's place is perfect for short and long term dog sitting - there is a dedicated place for them in the house and plenty of space in the garden to run around. About: I have cared for two dogs for 18 years of my life - a Jack Russel named Ralph and a Collie cross Lab named Martha. When I was 16, obtained a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management at Shuttleworth College. Here, I acquired husbandry skills for a wide range of animals such as reptiles and exotics to goats and wallabies. I graduated from the University of Lincoln this year with a first class with honours degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I cared for and trained several dogs through the university. I further worked full time at a Doggy Day Care for 4 months - walking all breeds and sizes!! Currently, I am studying MSc Clinical Animal Behaviour at Lincoln, with hopes of becoming an accredited clinical animal behaviourist. I am currently completing this Masters by attending lectures every Monday and Tuesday. I am looking to work between Wednesdays and Fridays as this best fits my study schedule. Within an owner’s home, I will follow all instructions provided, keeping their pets in a safe environment at all times and only using positive reinforcement techniques.
“I recently entrusted Damarys with the care of my dog, Kiri, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From the moment Damarys took on the responsibility, she went above and beyond to ensure Kiri felt right at home. Communication was amazing throughout the entire stay, as Damarys kept me updated with regular messages and adorable pictures/videos of Kiri. It was incredibly reassuring to know that my dog was not only in good hands but was also enjoying her own little holiday. Damarys took the time to understand Kiri's needs and preferences, ensuring she received personalised care and attention. She treated Kiri as if she were her own, making her feel loved and cherished throughout her stay. Thanks to Damarys's dedication and care, I returned to a happy and contented pet. I cannot recommend Damarys highly enough to anyone in need of a pet sitter who not only meets but exceeds expectations. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, look no further than Damarys.”
