“Philippa and David looked after Eddie my anxious, sometimes reactive Labrador for 8 days in July. They were fantastic with him. They seemed to understand his needs and the unpredictability of his reactivity which can be challenging for me, let alone someone new. They kept me up to date with photos which were appreciated. I came home to a very happy Eddie who had been well looked after. They left the house spotless. I would definitely recommend David & Philippa and will certainly be using them again.”

“Sophie has been great looking after Laszlo for the day! Always staying in touch and meeting up before hand. Everything has been so smooth and easy to sort out! I hope we can book in again for sure. Highly recommend :)”

“Eli was fantastic. Summer took to her very quickly (which is very rare). Summer was having a hard time with the original schedule we had set up so Eli quickly adapted the timings and even stayed the night because my pup was having a hard time alone overnight. I will be using her in the future as long as she is available.”

“Alice looked after our pup so well, providing daily updates and photos. We returned to a very happy and relaxed little dog and all well in the house. Makes such a difference when you can totally relax on holiday knowing your pet is in the safest of hands -- and actually having the time of his life as well!”

“Hannah stayed with our dog and cat for a week and was great! Asked great questions during our meet and greet, clear communications, regular updates, and the house was left in excellent order when we returned. Pets were happy and seemed well cared-for ... we'd be glad to have Hannah back again!”

“Nellie was over the moon to see Emily the second the front door opened! So grateful for the level of communication and care that Emily provides, she has your dogs happiness and welfare as her priority at all times 😊”

“Natalie arrived on the arranged time and was very good at communicating once she had settled in and greeted the dogs. I received photos and updates during her stay Natalie was great with my gang, and they were very settled with her. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking, personally would happily use again. Thank you Natalie 😊”

“Marie is absolutely fab! She sat for my dog for 3 days and I felt comfortable leaving him (for the second time ever!) as she is so calm and friendly. She knew just how to respond to him and sent me lots of updates where he looked extremely happy and settled ☺️ also took the time to ask about his routine and needs. He was very well cared for while I was gone. I would 100% recommend to others and would absolutely book Marie again. Thanks Marie ☺️”

“Larissa spent the day with Rupert today and we couldn't have been more relaxed. Her frequent updates and care for him made it easy. Rupert looked really relaxed too! We will definitely use Larissa again when we need dog sitting again. Thanks, Larissa!! ❤️”

“Nathan is great, he watched my pup and house sat for 4 days. He took her for walks and sent me updates with pictures daily. My pup seemed very happy when I got home. I would definitely rebook with him again!”

“Gemma was fantastic with Maggie (my boisterous whip), as always. Maggie loves her and always sad to see her leave! She followed all instructions perfectly and left the house spotless. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.”

“Tanya looked after our three dogs for the weekend and was brilliant. We had lots of updates throughout and communication was excellent the whole time, we felt completely reassured leaving them with her 🥰”

“Charlie helped me out last minute when I was looking for sitters. He was great at meeting up with me first to meet Blue and also drop him off at a friend’s house when he left. Thanks for your help 🙏”

“Caitlin was great with Sox whilst we were away for the week. It was great knowing he was comfortable in his familiar surroundings and being so well looked after. She kept in regular communication with us throughout, giving us peace of mind to know everything was ok. Would highly recommend!”

“Caroline looked after our dog, cat and African Grey Parrot for the week, and she was the perfect houseguest and carer for our pets. She kept us updated throughout the week with regular messages, pictures and lovely updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We returned home to a lovely, clean and well looked after house, and our pets were happy and clearly very well cared for. We would 100% recommend Caroline and will definitely be using her again in the future. Thank you so much, Caroline!”

“Ellie was really lovely, and accommodating - doing a last minute sit for me when I was going to stay with a friend. I never met her as she had to complete her work day before coming, but she found her way in smoothly and everything went blissfully. She sent me regular updates every couple of hours - unusually frequent, and I really enjoyed seeing my two having a good time - a little tug at the heart strings and a feeling of love every time I got a new photo. I’ve asked my usual sitters to send more frequent updates now! I’d thoroughly recommend Ellie and would have her back in a heartbeat! Thank you Ellie, from Sandra, Yola and Flo ☺️🐾🐾”

About: I go for a 1-1.5hr walk every day and thought it would be nice to have a walking companion that also allows the dogs to get out and enjoy the fresh air. I have grown up around dogs. When I was a baby, our family had a springer spaniel that was with us for 13 years. After that, we adopted a Weimaraner (Murphy) who was a loving part of our family for a long time. Murphy was a dog with some behavioural issues which gave me an education in dealing with dogs of different temperaments - and sizes! I now live on my own and while work doesn’t enable me to properly look after my own dog, I saw this app as an opportunity to still be able to be around them. I have also looked after friends dogs in the past with breeds ranging from Malinois and German Shepherds to Rottweilers and English Bulldogs. Currently self-employed before moving back home to Bermuda at the end of this year. My average day involves waking up, going to the gym, cooking lunch, doing some work at my computer for a couple hours, before going for a 1-1.5hr walk/jog every day. I would be more than capable of looking after a dog between 12 and 5 every day, including taking your dog along for the walk/jog. I currently live in a house-share and while I wouldn’t be able to look after your pet overnight in my own home. I would be capable of looking after them in your home. I believe in leaving things how I find them and would be happy to also assist with minor tasks around the house. For example, unloading a dishwasher, hanging clothes to dry, dusting or vacuuming. I like to stay active and would enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, or any activity with any pet, as long as they were up for it!
“Kristine was great with our puppy. She was very punctual on arrival and very attentive to our puppy’s needs. She got lots of play throughout the night and Kristine sent us updates which was lovely. Would recommend”

Emily looked after our Cavapoo for a week in our house. She was absolutely brilliant and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter. She gave us regular photo and text updates, and took him for walks. She was happy to have him at her own house too, just so that he wasn't on his own too much in the day, which she didn't need to do, but was very much appreciated - we could see from the photos how happy and relaxed our dog was all week. Thanks Emily! 🥰

First time using Rover and an unusual scenario - we awere actually visiting the area for a friends PArty and needed a sitter in the hotel for a few hours as our Beagle has some separation anxiety. Fern was in the area and had excellent reviews - and she lived up to them. Fern was excellent, she arrived on time, well presented and friendly. Roxy had a great time being looked after. If we lived in the area i would certainly use her again.
