About: Hey, I’m Elly! I absolutely adore dogs. I had a beautiful Yorkie for 16 years, who sadly passed a few years ago, and still have such a soft spot for all dogs! As a family, we have lots of experience in caring from puppies to senior dogs. We have two kind, gentle children aged 4 and 6, so it’s important that any dog is friendly and comfortable around young kids. I look forward to caring for your fur babies! 🐾❤️ I work from home full time, so having a dog for company during the day would be lovely. I go for long walks over the meadows on my lunch break, and we have a big garden that’s perfect for playing ball. We’re a very outdoorsy family who spend weekends out on walks and little hikes — a dog would fit right in. We have a large fenced garden for your dog to explore, and we have lots of local walks and parks for your fur baby. All sitting will be done at our home.

“Lukie had stayed with Danuta before and had had a great time. When we saw that she was available for the time of our holiday, we asked to book with her right away! Once again, we are deeply grateful for the amazing care she and her family gave Lukie and their companionship to him. Always prompt in her communication with us, and she also sent us several pictures on a daily basis so we could stay informed of Lukie’s amazing walks! When we picked Lukie up he was of course happy to see us but he was also very calm, which reassured us he had felt comfortable at Danuta’s home. Thanks so much for such great care!!! Hopefully we can make it work again :-)”

About: I have cared for two dogs for 18 years of my life - a Jack Russel named Ralph and a Collie cross Lab named Martha. When I was 16, obtained a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management at Shuttleworth College. Here, I acquired husbandry skills for a wide range of animals such as reptiles and exotics to goats and wallabies. I graduated from the University of Lincoln this year with a first class with honours degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I cared for and trained several dogs through the university. I further worked full time at a Doggy Day Care for 4 months - walking all breeds and sizes!! Currently, I am studying MSc Clinical Animal Behaviour at Lincoln, with hopes of becoming an accredited clinical animal behaviourist. I am currently completing this Masters by attending lectures every Monday and Tuesday. I am looking to work between Wednesdays and Fridays as this best fits my study schedule. Within an owner’s home, I will follow all instructions provided, keeping their pets in a safe environment at all times and only using positive reinforcement techniques.

From the very beginning, communication was constant and reassuring—they kept us updated daily with messages and photos, which made us feel completely at ease. Their love for animals is genuine and obvious. The children were incredibly excited and formed such a sweet bond with Milo—it was heartwarming to see. They treated him as part of their family, and it really showed. When we picked him up, he was visibly calm, happy, and very well cared for. Milo enjoyed regular walks in beautiful rural surroundings and was never left alone, which meant so much to us. It was clear he received plenty of attention, affection, and exercise throughout his stay. They even told us how much they miss him and welcomed him back anytime—which says everything. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly, highly recommended. 💛”

About: Iv owned two pugs , I currently have a Frenchie and Labrador 😁 im willing to look after any doggy who needs some love while their owners are away. I’m a relaxed, caring, and reliable dog lover who treats every dog like one of my own. While you’re away, your furry friend will receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and cuddles in a safe, happy home. I’m currently on maternity leave, so I’m home throughout the day and can provide lots of supervision and company. When my partner is home, we enjoy taking the dogs on long walks, countryside adventures, and fun outings. We also love taking them in the car for new experiences! Our home is very dog-friendly, with a large secure garden where dogs can run, play, and relax. I understand that accidents can happen, and I want every dog to feel comfortable and at home during their stay.

“Lydia was our pup’s first ever sitter and she couldn’t have been lovelier. She has a perfect house and garden to accommodate dogs - she even has a special drawer full of toys and treats! She was very communicative before our booking, offering to have us come to see her house beforehand and she sent us photos as well. She kept us well informed of how the stay was going and what they were up to. She took our dog on a very long walk and even gave him a bath afterwards. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Lydia. Our dog can’t wait to go back!”

“I have an anxious 12 year old Yorkie that takes a while to warm up to new people and places. She also gets seizures occasionally. Katherine welcomed her with open arms and took such good care of her, taking her on daily walks, letting her sleep on the beds and couches, making sure she had her medication and giving her space and cuddles when needed. She sent me regular updates about Hayley so I had peace of mind that she was settling in and enjoying her time with her temporary new family. When it was time to fetch her she looked sad to leave!
