About: I have just returned from travelling Southeast Asia for 6 months!🌍 For my last month I got the opportunity to volunteer at a dog rescue in Thailand (Mae Phim Foundation) which was one of most rewarding experiences caring for 300+ rescue dogs along with following the daily feeding route feeding the street dogs 🥺 I’ve had 15+ years of experience caring for a variety of animals throughout my life. I have looked after many clients, neighbours and friends' dogs & puppies! I have experience with dogs (including a wide variety of breeds), cats, rodents, reptiles and many more. During my 3 month trip to Thailand at the start of 2024, I was also able to help out with a lovely local animal rescue, feeding many stray dogs. In addition, I have achieved a Level 2 Certificate in Animal Care 🐶 and also graduated with a 1st in Psychology. I also am DBS checked & have recently completed a basic first aid course ✅ I live in Shefford/Befford and am currently very flexible so I have lots of time to play with your pups! I will be available most weekdays, and weekends. I am mainly available for house sitting (within the owner's home), drop-in’s & dog walking 🐶 For care within a pet owner's home, I can regularly play with, feed and walk your pets, in addition to cleaning up any mess! I can house-sit for full days/overnight and can provide potty breaks all through the day. Within my own home, I live in a large and fully secured detached house with a large garden with plenty of room for your pet to run around.

About: I have taken care of pets for years, looking after my own chickens, ducks, rabbits and dogs and also walking others pets and feeding them. I have done lots of drop ins on different animals as well as house sits. Im working full time, Monday Tuesday in an office Wednesday Thursday and Friday at home. I will be available after work or before work to lend a hand. In your own home i will treat it with as much respect as my own home. Looking after your pets will be such a reward.

About: I previously had a wonderful senior dog, so I understand that not every dog wants (or can manage) long walks. As he got older, we adapted his routine to suit him, with shorter, gentler walks and plenty of time to sniff and explore at his own pace. He was also deaf in his later years, so I became very aware of how important it is to approach dogs calmly and thoughtfully to avoid startling them. That experience taught me to be patient. Whether your dog is young and full of energy or enjoying their senior years, I'll always take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy. I'll be available Friday to Sunday evenings, making me a great option for weekend walks, drop-in visits or evening care. I'll always make sure your pet gets the time, attention and care they deserve, and I'll keep you updated throughout. Your pet's safety and happiness will always come first. I have a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time. I'll always follow your pet's usual routine, whether that's feeding times, medication, favourite walking routes or any little quirks that make them unique. I understand that every pet is different, so I'll take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while they're in my care.

About: I am a zookeeper full time, but do pet sitting part time. I have a lot of animal knowledge that other sitters don’t have. I am also extremely patient which is important when working with animals I can do mornings and evenings, day visits may vary depending on the date as my work rota isn’t always the same so availability can vary I am experienced in caring for a variety of animals and have many skills/knowledge to help me look after pets, I am animal first aid trained and also can help with any animal training

About: I'm a remote worker with a flexible schedule, which means I can commit properly to house sits. There's no rushing back and forth, and no leaving pets alone for long stretches. Since I work from wherever I am, your home and animals get consistent company and attention throughout the day. I grew up around animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more, so caring for pets isn't new to me, it's second nature. On the dog side specifically, I've got hands on experience across the full size spectrum, from sausage dogs to Great Danes, so whether you've got a lap sized companion or a gentle giant, I know how to look after them properly, from exercise needs to feeding routines and everything in between. I have my own car, so I'm happy to travel to sits further afield, handle vet runs or emergencies if needed. I also offer cleaning as an additional service ahead of your arrival home. I'm happy to provide references on request. I'm an active person, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I like to start with a walk before my working day begins, then fit in another towards the end of the day, adjusting timing and length depending on each pet's exercise needs. Throughout the working day itself, since I'm remote, pets have company and I'm on hand for feeding, playtime, or anything else that comes up. Whether I'm in a pet owner's home or my own, my priority is keeping to the animal's normal routine as closely as possible. Changes in environment can be unsettling for pets, so I make a point of sticking to their usual feeding times, walk schedule, and any habits they're used to, rather than imposing my own. Before a sit, I like to go through everything with the owner: feeding amounts, any medication, behavioural quirks, vet details, and emergency contacts, so I'm fully prepared and know exactly what to do if something unexpected comes up. I treat the home with the same care and respect I'd want shown to my own, keeping it secure, tidy, and exactly as I found it. I'm happy to send regular updates and photos during a sit, so owners have peace of mind while they're away. And since I have my own car, I can get to a vet quickly if there's ever an emergency.

Live with a partner who is an avid lover of animals. Flexible and can take same day bookings for walking / dog sitting.
