Kelsey was great looking after our furbaby during a heatwave. She sent regular photos and asked us if there was anything else we needed to tackle the heat. We’ll be booking her again :)

I couldn't be happier with the care my three cats received from Marsela! From the moment we met, it was clear that Marsela genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. She kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. All three of my cats were happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after when I returned. Marsela took the time to understand each of their individual personalities and routines, and it really showed. My home was left spotless, and I felt confident throughout my holiday that my cats were in the best possible hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marsela to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional cat sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my furry family, Marsela!

About: I have had pets since a very young age and have been in charge of walking, feeding, administering medicine and cleaning up after them. I recently also house sit for my friend with her cat and ensured they were well taken care of the entire time. I work in a school so am able to do walks after work at around 4pm. I am able to do stop ins before and after work if necessary and on my lunch break if not too far. I work Monday to Friday from 8:50 until 15:30 but am available all day on half terms. I am able to provide walks, feedings, brushing fur if needed and also taking out for toilets. I will play with the animal as well to ensure enrichment.

About: Hello! I’m the proud dog-mummy of a beautiful beagle (and 2 humans!). I’m a reliable and caring animal lover offering dog walking and pet sitting services. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes, and energy levels, and I’m happy to tailor walks and care routines to suit your pet’s individual needs — whether that means long active walks, slower paced strolls, playtime, feeding routines, medication support, or simply providing companionship and reassurance. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive. I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. Services I offer include: • Dog walking • Drop-in visits • Pet sitting • Feeding and fresh water • Playtime and companionship • Regular updates and photos I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for. I work from home so am available at short notice and for regular visits. Can’t wait to hear from you! I work from home Monday - Thursday and can happily fit in walks or pop ins during the day. I would also be happy to keep your pets company for longer periods during the day (so long as I can use your wifi and you are happy for me to bring my laptop!). I can be available evenings and Friday-Sunday on request but would need some more notice to fit this in. I have experience training and walking my incredibly lively beagle. I am confident with any care instructions, feeding and toileting habits (no judgement here!). I would treat your home and your pet as if they were my own!

About: I offer reliable local dog walking and drop-in visits, keeping your pets happy, active, and well cared for while you are away or at work. I have owned and loved dogs for years and have personally fostered rescue dogs, including assisting with specialized hydrotherapy and physiotherapy care for a foster dog's rehabilitation. In addition to caring for household pets, I have practical hands-on experience in animal husbandry through my volunteer farm work, which has a strong focus on animal welfare and hands-on education. This rich background gives me great confidence, patience, and a calm, clear understanding of animal behavior, special medical or physical needs, and routine. Whether it’s an energetic walk or a quiet drop-in visit to check food, water, and play, I treat every dog with the highest level of care and attention. As a single mum, my pet care schedule is designed to fit perfectly around school hours. I am primarily available for dog walking and drop-in visits during the daytime on weekdays. This setup allows me to give your dog my full, undivided attention while you are busy at work. I am flexible, reliable, and will always do my best to accommodate your dog's regular feeding, walking, and toilet routines. Because I offer walking and drop-in visits, your dog stays completely comfortable and secure in their own familiar environment. When visiting your home, I am highly respectful of your property and security routines. On walks, your dog's safety is my absolute priority. My background in farm animal welfare, fostering, and canine rehabilitation (including physiotherapy) means I am highly vigilant, patient, and completely confident handling dogs with special medical or behavioral needs.

About: Hi! I’m Gina, a friendly and reliable animal lover based in Bedfordshire with a Level 3 qualification in Animal Science and hands-on experience working with a variety of animals. Through both my studies and work experience placements, I’ve gained experience caring for animals with different personalities, routines and needs. I’m confident handling dogs of different breeds and sizes and understand the importance of patience, safety and proper care. I’m also happy to provide house sitting during the week if your pet is comfortable being left during these hours or already has daytime arrangements in place. I make sure pets are comfortable and stick closely to their normal routine, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime or company. I adapt to each pet’s personality and needs and always aim to keep them feeling safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos.

About: I have taken care of different animals my whole life as I grew up with lots of different pets. The large dog I grew up with was very nervous around people and this gave me great experience with this sort of behaviour. I have always had cats as they suit my now lifestyle much better than a dog. I work full-time with two days in London (weds/thurs) on these days I would not be available until the evenings if needed. I live in Potton and happy to travel to the local villages and towns. Will work with you to understand where your pets likes to be in your home and garden. I have done home drop-ins before for neighbours and always very respectful of peoples home and spaces.

About: I am fully licensed by Central Bedfordshire Council - CB/LANW/ 25/007638, insured, and canine first aid trained. As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve spent over 20 years caring for a wide range of breeds, from Rottweilers and Jack Russell's to Staffies, Cockapoos, and Spaniels. This experience has given me a strong understanding of different temperaments, needs, and behaviors, allowing me to tailor care to each individual dog. I provide quality stays over quantity and operate strictly as a solo home boarder, caring for one dog at a time unless they are from the same household. This ensures calm, consistent, one-to-one attention without the stress of a busy, multi-dog environment. I follow a structured onboarding process to ensure safety and suitability for both your dog and my family: Meet and greet at my home to assess compatibility. One-night trial stay to observe overnight behavior. Approval for longer bookings once suitability is confirmed. All dogs must have valid pet insurance and an up-to-date vaccination certificate before boarding. I also have an 8-year-old at home, so dogs must be comfortable and well behaved around children. You can rest assured your pet will be welcomed into a safe, loving, and well-managed home environment. Dogs in my care enjoy long country walks—often twice a day if suited to their energy levels—or shorter, gentle strolls for those who prefer a slower pace. With access to beautiful open spaces nearby, they’ll have the opportunity to explore, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors in a safe and enriching way. Throughout the day, your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, and interaction tailored to their individual needs. Whether it’s relaxing with company, engaging in play, or following specific routines, I ensure that each pet feels happy, settled, and truly at home. Their well-being is my top priority, and I’m committed to providing a caring, consistent, and enjoyable experience while they’re in my care. When caring for pets, I offer both in-home pet sitting and care within the pet owner's home, depending on your needs. If your pet stays at my home, rest assured that I have a secure, fenced-in garden for safe outdoor play, and we are surrounded by beautiful countryside—perfect for long, enjoyable walks. I currently have no pets of my own, so your dog will have my full attention and care without the presence of other animals. For in-home services, I ensure that your pet is comfortable and follows their regular routine while you're away, providing feeding, walks, and companionship in the comfort of their familiar environment. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and loved, whether they're staying with me or I’m looking after them in your home.

Our lovely cat Leo is very nervous and cautious around people but from the meet and greet with Alana we knew she would be able to handle him well and make him feel at ease as he was very calm and curious around her. We knew he was in good hands whilst we were away and we are so grateful that Alana looked after him so well. We came home to a very happy and well cared for cat :)

We are so grateful for Nicole. We hadn’t been away for a couple of years and didn’t expect Phoebe to respond the way she did, unfortunately she didn’t take it well and turned really defensive not allowing Nicole to get any close. We loved Nicole’s approach, she was very respectful of Phoebe’s boundaries and did what she could to make sure selle was fed. Luckily we were only away for a couple of days. Nicole was communicating with us throughout and sent us many updates on the situation. We could tell she really loves animals and wants their best. We definitely recommend her!

This was my first time using Cat In A Flat for a pet sitter, but Heidi made the process easy and was so kind to both me and my two cats! She visited at the exact times agreed and sent many photos and video updates, making sure we were kept updated on the cat’s food and litter needs. She also sent photos and videos of playtime to show the fun they were having. I cannot recommend Heidi enough to anyone looking for some reassurance and an excellent pet sitter whilst away from home! ☺️
