Any special needs, consent to walk off lead (dogs will be walked on lead by default), the dogs personality, how they are around other dogs, if they are likely to chase other animals, if treats are allowed and owner/ pet requirements.
A typical day
I like to stimulate dogs mentally and physically, give them treats as rewards (only if they are allowed and appropriate) and enjoy spending time together.

Cat care experience
Cats have been my favourite animal since I received a kitten for my 6th birthday. I have an 8 year old cat (he owns me!) and have fostered for a couple of local rescues (as well as being involved in trapping, microchip scanning and lending equipment). I hold my own pet sitting/ dog walking insurance (with Protectivity) and am DBS checked.

Thank you Heidi for looking after Squishy. We came home to a very relaxed and happy cat. Heidi is always very informative by sending daily WhatsApp messages and pictures to let you know how she is doing which is so reassuring when you are on holiday. She tells you about eating, playtime, toileting and general health. The best cat sitter!
Heidi again did an absolutely perfect job looking after our cats. Our cats all know Heidi now and greet her when she arrives. It's always great to get Heidi's updates and the cats are all happy and content when we arrive home.
We cannot rate Heidi enough. We always come home to contented and happy cats who have been extremely well taken care of. We feel so happy and lucky to have found Heidi, a five star rating is really not high enough.
Heidi again looked after our four cats and as always was amazing. One of our cats has special food requirements, and Heidi is brilliant in ensuring she is fed in the best way for her. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heidi, she is reliable, trustworthy and so caring.
