About: As your potential house and dog sitter, I want you to know that I've grown up with dogs my entire life, always having canine companions by my side. This lifelong experience means I instinctively understand dog behaviour and their unique needs. You can rest assured your beloved dog will be in caring, experienced hands, receiving the same love and attention I've always given my own furry friends. I like to start my mornings with a morning walk, usually at least one hour in duration and I like to finish the day with an afternoon/evening walk. The evening walk is usually shorter, 20 to 30 min in length, but of course I’m happy to extend if your pet needs this extra exercise. I am a very trustworthy person and will always treat your pet and home as if they were my own - if not better. I ensure your pet keeps to their routine so they remain happy, secure and loved.

About: Hi we are James and Hannah. We just adore animals, we’ve looked after a huge range in various homes around the country but we haven’t sat a reptile yet but I’m sure that will be ticked off soon! I (Jamie) have had 4 Border Collies, from pups to old age, once you know a Collie that gives you highly transferable skills to look after other breeds, plus Collies do develop your own 6th sense when it comes to dogs. Cats we know well and we know they are the boss! We are highly experienced and reviews from another pet platform will support this, more than happy to discuss this further if applicable. Pets are just so rewarding to look after whilst developing that bond and trust for in us is special. On to the practical stuff, price can be negotiable dependant on any factors that you want to discuss. Thank for reading Jamie and Hannah We are flexible to be in your home full time during the sit. It’s important for us that the pet has the availability of human interaction during the day. By only looking after animals in their own surroundings it’s comforting for them to have the security of their home. We will always follow the house owners instructions for their loved ones to the letter. We have sat at over 20 homes now and reviews on other sites will testify that the owner’s always come back to a happy herd!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and horses for families for 6 years now. I have house sat for up to 3 weeks at a time for families to look after pets. I currently work full time - but from home half of the week so have lots of time to play with your pups! I walk every lunch break and evening, varying lengths depending on the great British weather! I have a fenced garden and an old lady spaniel to keep your pup company. I can crate your dog if needed! I live in a quiet area with lots of walks on the doorstep.

About: Always had pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and rodents, from being a child. I have dog & cat sat for family and lots of friends many times over. Have also owned a dog and a cat myself in the past. My family has a Pet Supplies business of over 25 years and I have a great deal of experience in all aspects of what pets need. Have training experience if required and love animals of all kinds. I'm currently not working, I do have to go out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings but only for 3 hours on the specified days but the rest of the time I am at home and available to your pets. Please note, I do occasionally have my children overnight so if children are a problem for your pets please let me know and I will be able to tell you whether or not they will be there on the days you are wanting my services. I have a nice dog friendly, fenced garden fully enclosed and plenty of space in the house and several dog walking trails right next to my house.

About: Hi! We are Georgia & Tom, lifelong animal lovers with a soft spot for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. We’ve both grown up with both dogs and cats, and we understand how much love, patience, and attention each pet deserves. From labradors to the terriers and sausage dogs, between us we have experience with different dog breeds and cats as well. Our parents’ dashunds are particularly anxious and wary of other people and dogs, so we know how to deal with this personality. We are both very active people so bigger dogs don’t put us off, especially if they like a run or long walks. Friends and family have trusted us for years to look after their pets, and we treat every dog like they’re our own. Whether your pup needs long walks, belly rubs, or a quiet companion while you’re away, we’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. We are comfortable with any breed or temperament and am more than happy to follow your dog’s specific routine or care instructions. For a little bit of background on us; we both work in the wealth management sector and have done for the last six years, out of university and college, both working towards chartered status with exams. We both enjoy tennis, football, experiencing new cultures travelling and hiking. Let’s chat! I’d love to meet your furry friend and help give you peace of mind while you're away. 🐶 Georgia & Tom 🐾 We currently work full time but have working from home/ anywhere flexibility so can house sit and work from there. We can adjust our schedule usually, providing plenty of notice is given. We always take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines, and any special needs or quirks they may have. Whether it's keeping doors and gates securely closed, monitoring playtime closely, or following specific feeding and walking schedules, we make sure every detail is taken care of. We also keep a close eye on their behavior and body language to make sure they’re feeling happy and at ease. And of course, I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you can see how your pup is doing while you're away. Your dog’s wellbeing means everything to us — and we’ll always go the extra mile to make sure they’re safe, relaxed, and well cared for.

“Jane has been absolutely amazing whilst we have been away. Lots of daily updates and pictures, both dogs looked relaxed and happy. Definitely will be getting her to dog sit them again”

About: Pooch obsessed- dedicated in providing fun and safe care to your fury companions. Play dates, potty breaks, sleepovers and little get away holidays for them. I am a full time palliative care nurse- my shifts change weekly. Full time shifts consist of 3 days a week so I have plenty of time for your pets. I own a three bedded house with a fenced garden surrounded by a rural area only 20 mins from the Lake District. Your pet can be free roam around the home or caged whichever is normal for their home life.

“Helen was fantastic, we would highly recommend her as a house/pet sitter and we will be using her again. Our dog Shelby had a lovely time whilst we were away for 2 weeks, and the house was immaculate when we returned! We received regular updates from Helen, she was friendly, professional and very attentive when caring for Shelby. Thank you Helen! X”

About: I have two very cute cocker spaniels called Fern and Bessie who are 3 and 4. They both love other doggies! I work from home most days of the week so am around to look after your dog most days. We walk three times a day. A short one in the morning, half an hour at lunch and then an hour after work usually in the woods or up a mountain! We live in the centre of Windermere so have access to so many beautiful dog walks I work from home most days of the week (2 days in the office sporadically). I joke that I have a second full time job as a dog mum! I have a small garden for the dogs to do their wees and poos but we mostly take them out for lots of fun walks

“Heidi, was great, communication pre-sitting was ideal. Arrived on time, my dog fern loved her and she was clearly very confident with her. Provided updates and pics over the weekend, and obviously gave fern a load of time and attention, and followed instructions provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to book her again in the future.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Claire was asked to look after two Border Collies, one elderly and one ‘quite lively’. She kept them company in our house for 3 nights and gave several updates and photos each day. It was obvious from her feedback and the condition of our Collies that Claire had done a very caring and professional job. We have never left any of our Collies, both past and present, in kennels or alone until now, but should we have to in future, we will rest easy and confident that they will be safe and well. Claire is a professional with tons of affection and it shows. Well done Claire and many thanks for your reassuring help.”

“5+ stars for Mark who looked after my puppy & our house for 4 nights. With regular updates pictures + videos on the adventures they were on in the fella Sacha got to to socialise with loads of dogs and experience different walks she’s never seen before. Our house was left cleaner than when he arrived! I’m looking forward to using Mark again I think Sacha will too! Thank you very much :)”
