About: As a teacher, I am naturally patient, reliable and caring, and I bring those same qualities to looking after animals. I absolutely adore pets and treat every animal as if they were my own. I do not have children, so my own dog is very much my baby, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can completely trust with your pet. I have experience caring for both cats and dogs, including looking after neighbours’ pets while they are away on holiday, regularly caring for my parents’ and sister’s pets, and dog walking for elderly neighbours. I am confident with animals of different ages and temperaments and always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give to every pet. I know every animal has their own routine, personality and needs, and I am happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. Whether that is long walks, lots of play and attention, or a calm and gentle approach for older or more nervous pets, I will always provide the same level of care that I would expect for my own dog. I currently have 6 weeks off over the summer holidays. Due to not having children, I can be incredibly flexible with pet care. I take my own dog for 3 walks a day anyway and enjoy physical activity. I have one cavapoo boy dog who absolutely loves company. We have a lovely fenced garden that we will often play in, an endless supply of toys and even a small paddling pool for the summer hotter months.

About: I've had dogs for the past 8 years and have previously looked after family and friends dogs too as my day job (environmental economist) is 100% remote from home. This means I am always at home with my Golden doodle Briannah and would love to extend our hometo other dogs too either for day care or dog boarding. I enjoy an active life style and live in rural Dorrington within a short walk from an open field and countryside with plenty of opportunities for dogs to exercise on or off the lead. As explained in my bio I work from home so I am typically always in the house during a normal working day. I walk my dog twice a day morning and evening where we go to the nearby field and play fetch or go for a country walk in the surrounding public footpaths. However I can accommodate 3 walks a day if that is what your dog is used to. We have a decent sized fenced garden and I let my dog go out as much as she wants to and I would do the same for yours. If he or she likes company I can set up their dog bed in my study and they can be by my side at all times. As I explained the garden is a good size (around 90m2) and is fenced so there is no way out. I am happy to walk off lead at your recommendation particularly if they like to play fetch but would keep them on the lead otherwise. We have 3 children age ranges 0 to 9 and my older two love to see new dogs and will typically get me to ask if we may pet them whilst we are out and about. As we have a cat dogs who are used to them are preferred. Either way my cat will typically hide at first as she did when we got our dog but with time she learns to trust them.

“From the moment Ziggy ( a lively, sometimes barky 5 yr old but very nervous Jack Russel ) met Nicky,Adam & their children,he was made to feel like part of the family, considering he has never stayed with anyone before because of his anxiety it was so lovely for us to see, Ziggy was loving the attention of the children & playing in the garden, if we normally leave him for 5 minutes he gets stressed but when we left he didn’t even notice which is more than we could av ever hoped for, He loved his weekend so much that we took him back the following week & he was so excited to see them again.We really couldn’t av wished for a better place for Ziggy to stay & we could tell he loved his little holiday, the photos & videos Nicky & Adam sent showing Ziggy playing & just avin a great time really made us smile, We really can’t praise Nicky & Adam high enough, we will be using them again for sure, I think Ziggy is missing them already 🤣🐶, Absolutely the best service all round & we r so grateful that we found this lovely family”

About: I have looked after dogs my whole life and have dog sat for both family and friends. I love all dogs and provide the best care I can I work full time, whilst also having 1 day off during the week, being a tuesday, I also have weekends off and am available whenever during these days. I have a fenced back garden and also make sure to check all gates are closed before letting any dogs out into the garden both night and day.

People always comment on how well trained he is — good manners, listens well, and he reads other dogs well. Certainly helps that he is addicted to food. On walks, energy is his default setting; other dogs are his favourite thing in the world. I’m happy to do a meet and greet before you book, so we know the dogs get on (Hank always will).
