About: Hello 👋🏻, May 2025 Update - Currently only taking on shorter Rover bookings (up to two nights boarding) still happy to offer daycare/drop-ins and walks when I am available. Booking that are already confirmed are unaffected. I have grown up with cats and dogs and now have my own dog, River, who is 3 years old. River enjoys having doggy play dates and making new friends! Need someone to help care for your pet? Give your dog a holiday whilst you're away through the home boarding service. Your dog will stay in a safe, comfortable home - rather than a kennel. Boarding services cover up to 24 hours and need to be booked with a one hour drop off and collection window. Need someone to care for your pet whilst you’re busy in the day? Take the stress out of worrying about your dog by using the daycare service. Your dog will have a day of fun, walks, snuggles + play. Need someone to pop in and check on your pet? I am trustworthy and reliable and can make a visit for tailored feeding, play + interaction and toilet breaks. This service covers addresses within a 6mile radius of my home address. Need someone to help with walking your pet? I can help with both one-off or scheduled weekly walks and aim to return them home happy and tired. (Please only book the walking service if you need support with walking your dog, if I need to enter your home to feed your dog you will need to book the drop-in service as well). I am DBS checked for your peace of mind, and will send regular pupdates. I have a flexible working schedule which allows me to have great flexibility to care for your dog, I work from home during the week and with Children's Services around my Rover bookings. I provide home from home care so will have a maximum of three dogs at one time, this includes our dog River. I’m happy to pick up and drop off your dog, if required, this is up to a maximum distance of a 15 minute drive from Shrewsbury and this can be added through the pick up and drop off service. At home I have a fully fenced garden and your dog will have access to the whole home and garden. I am happy for dogs to be on furniture, however, I do not sleep with dogs in the bed at night and they will sleep downstairs. There’s plenty of space for you to bring a crate if your dog is crate trained. Please be assured that your pet will not be placed in the crate unnecessarily. Myself, my husband and our two children live here with River so your dog will be kept busy and well-loved whilst they stay with us.

About: Now experienced dog sitters, Louke and I have both grown up with dogs. At the moment as well as our own dog, Pacey (a rescue Border Collie x Retriever) we also have ‘shared custody’ of Louke’s parents’ Lab Retriever, Oli. We regularly look after our family dogs, which range from Frenchie to Shitzu to Labradoodle. We’ve experience with dogs of all sizes and had dogs from a pup so we’re capable with training too. We understand from having our own anxious boy how hard it can be finding trustworthy sitters who treat your dog like their own, but that is definitely what we will do. We’re happy to continue any training needs your dog may have and have experience with dogs of all ages. I’m very outdoorsy so love going on long walks - my favourite local spot is Nescliffe Hill, but also love an afternoon on the Long Mynd. Louke is at home full time and available to do additional dog walking services, and I work in a hybrid role working from home some days of the week, so we have a great schedule for caring for your four-legged friends. We only have a maximum of five dogs at a time, including our own dog Pacey. We have a walled garden for playing, and some nice spots locally to our home for walks, but will also be taking them out in the car (provided you are comfortable with this) for longer walks. As mentioned above, we have our dog Pacey living with us full time and Oli once or twice a fortnight, and they’re both very easy-going and friendly so plenty of opportunity for your dogs to socialise.

“Thank you so much for accommodating a last minute change of plans and walking Ernie today especially as it's freezing 🥶 Ernie looked like he had a lovely time and enjoyed his walk 😊”

I am more then happy to broaden my experience and care for other breeds and wonderful animals. I will also send you photos and videos and keep you updated on what your doggo is up to I live in a friendly neighbourhood in a cosy, and safe environment with a fenced off garden to run around in. Dogs have free reign of the whole house, Chilling on the sofa or cuddles in bed, water is regularly topped up and an abundant of treats are always on stand by

About: I had my first dog at the age of 10, I remember saving up my pocket money and picking him up, it was truly the best day of my life. Since then, not only did I walk, feed ,bathe and nurture my own beautiful boy, I had great joy being someone to rely upon for my neighbours, friends and family as they could see my love for dogs. Unfortunately in recent years I have moved to a property where pets aren’t allowed, and an opportunity like this would fill the doggy-sized hole in my life! feel free to contact me whenever! I’m currently working part time as I am a student back for summer break, making me extremely flexible and unlikely to ever decline an opportunity to love your pet. I have grown up around dogs such as Rottweilers, Doberman and German shepherds, so no dog is too big or too hard to handle. I am a young, active male so keeping control of any dog on a leash will not be a concern!

“Absolutely fantastic dog walker — friendly, reliable, and clearly cares about the dogs. Grateful for the extra-long walks she gave my dog; Haku always came back happy and well-exercised. Highly recommend!”

“Was great help with last minute request to walk Dopey. Arrived on time, and Dopey had a great time in the local park. Would recommend.”

About: I have been around dogs and cats all my life and am happiest when taking care of them. So much so I have pursued a career as a veterinary nurse! My skills as a nurse mean I am great at understanding your pets' behaviour and can fulfill any medication requirements they may have. I live away from my own pets so I miss spending quality time with animals and I can't wait to meet yours! As well as my experience at work and with my own pack, I have cared for my friend's pets several times. I love going on long walks so if you have an active dog, I would be delighted to take them on some adventures too. I will be doing flexible work over summer, meaning I will have plenty of time to keep your pup company! I may be moving around a little for work, but when in the area I can be flexible with my schedule so please doesn't hesitate to let me know what works for you! This also means I can take bookings in a wider radius. I know it can be strange for pets to be away from you so I am dedicated to keeping life as normal and relaxed for them as possible by following their normal routine in their own home. I hope to work with you to follow whatever exercise routine is best for your pup; whether they enjoy high energy exercise or prefer to just have a potter round the garden.
