About: I've never not really been around pets of some description. From my early years, I grew up with dogs, cats (very often more than 1), goats, birds of all descriptions and fish. Over the years my wife and I have had Labradors, Collie's, Springer Spaniel and been surrounded by family dogs and cats. I have taken early retirement and have now found time and space in my life to be involved again with pets after the sad loss some years ago of our beloved Springer, Jake. The garden is secure and a good size with lots to explore. I live on a very quiet close, which is ideal for the pet that requires a more sedated lifestyle or is a little nervous.
