“A lovely couple with a genuine interest and Compassion for dogs. My boy Rudi was well looked after for a whole week in their calm home. I will definitely use Yatharthini again :)”

“Couldn’t fault Alexandros, took Lulu on so last minute, she’s also in season and was wearing a nappy so she didn’t bleed all over the house and he took it off so she was more comfortable. Gave me constant updates throughout the day! Will book again”

“Thank you for taking a very good care of our little Cairo, we appreciate all the updates. She really looked very happy and well taken care of. Thank you”

“Romeo had a fantastic full day with Amanda and her family. It was so lovely to receive pictures and Amanda check in with me during the day whilst I was at work. He is absolutely shattered and I can tell he enjoyed his day playing with the family and Bree. Looking forward to him going again next week, thank you for looking after my boy so well.”

“Steve was fantastic with our puppy Hugo. We needed someone fairly close by and able to take a puppy, as he’s too young for kennels. Steve was really friendly and has an obvious love for animals. He kept us updated throughout the day and whatsapped some great videos. Thanks Steve, will use you again in the future!”

About: I have many years of experience volunteering at a shelter. I currently devote all my free time to animals. I love working with them but also their company. I am currently studying and I have a lot of free time to spend with animals. We both need it. I derive pleasure and relaxation from working with animals but also from spending time with them. I have a free room for the animals I care for so they can have "their" space and privacy but also access to the entire house and garden.
About: I have a dog friendly house and have home boarded dogs for over 20 years. I used to own a kennels and cattery but turned the kennels into home boarding bedrooms as I hated the prospect of my dogs being locked up. I am checked out by the local council inspector every year in order to hold my licence and I am fully insured for my pets staying with me. My normal routine is after a good night's sleep (sometimes) because as we all know our pets do not like being on their own, I have to admit some of my dogs have managed to climb upstairs and snuggle under the duvet. After breakfast we go for a walk over the heath which the dogs love and come back home for a doggy siesta. I have looked after dogs and home boarded them for a long time and they treat me as a second mum. We must not forget our dinner "Happy Chappies" which can be supplied by the owner, which we relish after a busy day and have a full tummy ready for bed. At bedtime, which is around the time we all go to bed, the dogs have biscuits and cuddles and sleep peacefully having happy dreams. I also operate a daycare service as I feel passionate that dogs do not stay "home alone" if possible. My hours are very flexible and fit around the owners work schedule. This has been very popular and my regular dogs start howling with excitement from a long way off and then bound in as though they are happy to be with me. Thank you for reading my profile and I do hope you get a chance to visit my home. "Please note that bookings ending after midday count as an extra day regardless of the starting time. These bookings have to be made from the day the boarding starts to day after the booking actually finishes." MINIMUM HOLIDAY STAY MORE THAN 3 DAYS Dog Home Boarding £18 per day/night per dog Doggy Daycare £14 per day per dog

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for most of my adult life, and I truly understand the special bond we share with our pets. I currently have a playful toy poodle named Bailey who brings so much joy to our home, and my 12 year old daughter is just as animal obsessed as I am. Caring for animals comes naturally to us it’s part of our daily life. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs, from bouncy puppies to older dogs who enjoy a slower pace. I provide consistent routines, plenty of love, and one-on-one attention to help every dog feel relaxed and safe. Because I work from home, I’m always present to care for them throughout the day, whether it’s for short stays or longer visits. I treat every dog in my care like they’re part of our family. I believe in creating a calm, welcoming, and loving environment that truly feels like a home from home. If your dog enjoys being around children, gentle playtime, and lots of cuddles, they’ll settle in beautifully here. As someone who works from home full-time, I’m able to give your dog plenty of care, attention, and company throughout the day. I live in a calm, dog-friendly home with a fenced garden, and I’m out daily for walks—perfect for dogs who need both stimulation and relaxation. My flexible schedule means I can usually work around your needs with a bit of notice. Whether it’s for daycare, overnight stays, weekends, or holidays, your dog will be welcomed into a loving family environment alongside my friendly toy poodle, Bailey, and my dog-loving 12-year-old daughter. If your dog is comfortable around children and enjoys a homely routine, I’d be delighted to have them join us. Expect cuddles, playtime, and a home-from-home experience where your pet will be treated as one of our own. Pet safety and well-being are my top priorities. I live in a peaceful village on a quiet road near the countryside, surrounded by beautiful, dog-friendly walking routes and open fields. Whether your dog enjoys calm strolls or energetic play, there’s plenty of space for them to explore and exercise safely. At home, we have a secure, fully fenced garden where dogs can relax and play. I work from home full-time, so your pet will never be left alone they’ll receive plenty of care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. Before any stay, I offer a complimentary Meet and Greet to get to know you and your dog. This allows me to understand their personality, routine, and any special requirements—whether that’s medication, dietary needs, or exercise preferences. It’s also a great chance to see how they get on with my 12 year old daughter and our friendly toy poodle, Bailey. You’ll receive photo updates during your dog’s stay so you can feel confident they’re safe, happy, and being treated just like one of the family.
