“Our Greyhound had a wonderful week spending the day with Cat whilst we were out exploring. Normally he's a bit anxious on a holiday but he settled very quickly, was eating and excited to be dropped off in the mornings. Cat was quick to respond to messages and able to be flexible around drop off and pick up time. We would 100% book him in with Cat again, and have no hesitation recommending them.”

“Colette was fabulous, I visited beforehand so she could meet Skye, she has a perfect set up, she sent me some messages throughout the day which was reassuring and I collected a happy doggy at the end of the day. Thank you Colette, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and will definitely book again”

About: I've had dogs all of my life, currently with a 12 year old German Shepherd, Dexter who is still a puppy at heart and very friendly with other dogs. Every day, Dexter is walked at least twice per day for a good couple of miles and has a garden to stay in, 1 fenced and 1 unfenced. I have a fenced garden and a dog to keep your dog company, I will accommodate any requests you have, Dexter is allowed on furniture and beds so that is not an issue, but any special requests can be accommodated!

About: I grew up in a home full of pets and I have many happy memories of our boxer dogs, cats, tortoises, guineapigs. In my twenties when I had my first house I’ve owned cats and know only too well how precious their time is with us. Whilst I don’t have a dog of my own I regularly look after my two daughters schnauzer and crossbred pug shitzu. I love long walks with lots of sniffs. I retired early at 57 and work 12 hrs a week in a nursing home looking after residents with complex medical needs. I’m really flexible on hours and have a car which I’m happy to use to transport In my own home I have a secure fenced off garden with decking for catching any warm sunshine and planting for lots of sniffs. I own a tortoise but I always make sure he’s safely away in his heated house before the dogs go in the garden.

“They took wonderful care of our puppy, ensuring he was happy and entertained while in their care. Their communication was excellent; we received some adorable photos that put us completely at ease. It was clear our dog loved spending time with them.”

“Rhubarb had a great time with Emma. Great communication and helped out with my working schedule. Would definitely recommend!”

“We knew that our sproodle would struggle to settle initially, but Doug was great in providing updates and photos and eventually he settled and had a great time with Doug's family. We would thoroughly recommend Doug and look forward to booking another stay soon”

About: Hi, I’m Lewis 👋 I’m a big animal lover and I’m looking to help you and your pup out in any way that I can. I recently lost my beloved cavalier after 16 brilliant years. So I’m looking to get back to looking after some furry friends! I work as a primary teacher so will only set my availability for school holidays and select weekends. This ensures that your pup has 100% of my care and attention all of the time that they spend with me. I love hosting doggies of various breeds. I enjoy the company of young and elderly dogs too🐶 First Aid certified ✅ DBS checked ✅ I'm offering: 1. day care: I will only agree to host a max of 2 doggies at a time but I’m more than happy to accept only 1 if that works best for you and your dog 😊. During day care, furry friends can expect lots of walks and play along with lots of treats! 2. Boarding: I will only accept 1 dog at a time so I can spend quality time with them and create a nice bond. During school holiday day care/boarding doggies should also expect really nice and long walks by the nearby parks but also day trips (always with the owner’s permission) * Always happy to meet & greet before a booking too My availability is subject to the school term times and certain weekends where I know that I can give your doggy all of my time and attention. I have a spacious home with a good sized back garden (currently unfenced) and will always adhere to any and all requests that you might have.

About: Hello! My name is Amy! I have always had family dogs and have my own baby (a beagle called Walnut 🐶) who stays with me every other week. I live on the seafront and love long walks on the beach with Walnut and my boyfriend Ben! I am also my friends/familys first choice cat sitter whenever they go on holidays sometimes taking caring of their cats for up to 2 weeks either staying at theirs or just nipping in a couple of times a day to check on them! 🐈⬛ My job is currently completely remote Mon-Fri so I am on hand to do lunchtime walks and midday check ins. Dogs are of course allowed on my sofa for cuddles and I am always out walking on my lunch break!

About: Having had dogs in my family from an early age I found it easy to start a few years ago with a dog walking, and dog sitting, service mainly for friends and relatives. I continued through lockdown and whilst working from home enjoyed having a few friends for our family pet Chester. Our 9 year old labradoodle is gentle and well behaved and has be neutered. He used to spend his days with our beautiful Labrador Oscar baking in the back garden and enjoying long walks on the beach and areas nearby. After Oscar sadly left us at the ripe old age of 13 Chester was a little lonely and seemed to perk up each time we had doggy guests. I am hoping we can continue our dog sitting and look to welcome more dogs into our home and/or overnight. I am currently working from home so your pet will rarely be home alone and in a home full of dog lovers we aim to fit in with your pets needs We have a number of fields close and the beaches nearby Our dog’s love the outdoors and whilst we have an enclosed back yard we prefer our own and boarders to enjoy the yard but not to poop in it .. walking up to 3 times a day from a quick grass visit to a full on fetch and excercise in the field behind me out home or a short drive to the beach We love pets and your pet is individual to us with feedback from yourself we aim to make your pet feel welcome, secure and happy

“Bonnie stayed with Kate and her family for a day and everybody was excellent with her. Bonnie can be a little nervous around new dogs, and Kate and her husband were excellent in letting Bonnie meet their retriever and another labrador staying before the day, then during the day gave Bonnie time to settle in and slowly start to spend time with the other dogs. Got updates during the day and I think Bonnie had a great time with lots of cuddles!”

“Tracy has pet sat for us a few of times now. She has walked our old dog but also provided daily assistance for our 'special needs' cat, dishing up her prescription foods and medication, cleaning the litter tray and provided company. She pet sat like this for a week when we went away and popped in 3 times a day for walks, wees, company and food. Handy She isn't too far away in Whitley Bay and has proved herself trustworthy and reliable. Our dog has been really happy to see her so I think her walkies must be enjoyable! Thank you for being there for us, highly recommended.”
