About: Hi, I am a reliable and friendly dog lover who would absolutely love to give your dog some extra company, attention and fuss. I have a dog of my own, Hattie, who is a 10 year old golden cocker spaniel, so I am very used to having a dog around and understanding that they all have their own personalities, needs and routines. I also regularly spend time looking after my aunties dog Darcy - an 8 year old springer spaniel - including looking after her on my own, so I am comfortable and confident caring for dogs independently and making sure they're happy, safe and well looked after. I have always loved being around dogs and love going for walks, playing with them and giving them lots of attention. Whether your dog needs a walk, some company during the day or someone to look after them while you are away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I'd want someone to give Hattie. I am responsible, caring and reliable and I will always make sure you feel comfortable knowing your dog is in good hands. I'd love the opportunity to meet some new furry friends and become someone that both you and your dog can rely on! I am currently doing a research masters at the University of Liverpool so will have time midweek to walk and check in on your pet as well as weekends. I can do daytime or evenings, whatever is best for you. I am unable to have pets stay in my own home so I offer care in the pet owners home. I think this can be really beneficial for the dog as they can stay in a familiar and comfortable environment while you are away. I am more than happy to follow their usual routine, including walks, feeding, playtime and plenty of attention and cuddles. I'll take the time to get to know each dog and their individual needs, and I'll ensure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable throughout my visit. I will make sure that their walks are suited to their age, personality and energy levels, and I am of course happy to follow any specific instructions you have. I am also happy to keep you updated with messages and photos while you are away, so you can have peace of mind knowing your dog is being well looked after.

About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Now that I’m retired, I have more time to give pets attention, company and care. I love walking my own dogs in the woods, throwing toys for my cat to chase, and I regularly help my kids with their pets when they're away. I regularly look after both cats and dogs and understand that every animal has their own personality, routines and needs. I also have experience of caring for pets who need a little extra attention. I’ve administered medication and have cared for my son’s cat, who has thyroid problems, so I understand the importance of following routines carefully and making sure medication is given as instructed. Having lived with pets for so many years, I know how important it is to leave them with someone you can trust. I’ll treat your pets like I would if they were my own and I'll make sure they are safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to fit pet visits around my day. I’m generally available during the week and can arrange visits around the routine that works best for you and your cat. I’m happy to pop in for feeding, fresh water, litter trays and some company, as well as giving medication if needed. I’ll always make sure I understand your cat’s usual routine before you go so I can keep things as normal as possible for them. I know it can be a big thing trusting someone to look after your cat and have access to your home, so I take that responsibility seriously. When I’m visiting your home, I’ll make sure doors and windows are secure, follow your instructions carefully and keep to your cat’s usual routine as much as possible. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter tray and plenty of attention if they want it. I have experience with cats who need medication, and I’m happy to follow clear instructions and give medication as part of their normal routine. I’ll also keep you updated while you’re away, including letting you know how your cat is doing and flagging anything unusual. Most importantly, I’ll treat your home and your cat with the same care and respect I’d want someone to show my own.

About: Me and my family have had dogs all my life, as well as other pets. I love dogs, and I'd like to think they naturally gravitate to me too. I work from home, but can spare time during certain weekdays to help get some pooches some fresh air! I work from home at least 3 times a week with flexible hours. Let me know when your dog needs walking and I should be able to fit it into my schedule as long as it's before 4pm Not applicable as I am offering dog walking service only. May be available to care for pets at my home some time in the future.

About: I have always looked after dogs and cats of my neighbours and friends who repeatedly come back to ask me to walk and dog sit! I love caring for animals and make sure they are always happy and comforted. I am a student studying music at LIPA so I have plenty of time especially at weekends to look after your animals! About: I had my own beautiful boy Bailey from 6 weeks old till the ripe old age of 15, when we sadly lost him last year. So I have experience with puppies, right through to dogs in their senior years. I've looked after my sister's Sprocker Maggie for the past 9 years and I've just stared boarding a short haired German pointer. I have a great affection for all dogs. I live in Woolton village, which has plenty of parks and green space for lots of exercise and fresh air. I understand how anxious it can be leaving your dogs with strangers, so I would provide lots of updates and pictures throuought the stay. At the moment I work as a supply teacher, which means I don't work every day, so could be available last minute. I am avaiable every evening and each weekend. I like to be out and about in all weathers, so your dog would get plenty of exercise. I have a small outside space, which is ample for frequent toileting if required. I have a small, clean and comfortable home; where your dog wil have free reign.

About: I've been looking after animals since a young age, this includes my own cat who can be very timid and needs time and attention to gain your trust, as well as friends dogs who are constantly full of energy and need constant stimulation. This wide range of experience makes me equipt to look after animals with all sorts of needs I'm currently on my uni summer break so available pretty much any day to look after your pet. As I am not working or in school I am available for home stays any day of the week and am very flexible for feedings and daily visits I have a fenced in back garden with plenty of space. About: My family has had multiple dogs ever since I was born which I have helped to take care of and walked everyday for the last 7 years. I have taken care of neighbours dogs too, this has included bigger breed like Dobermans and German shepherds meaning I don’t frighten easily around any kind of dog During the summer I am available Monday-Sunday from 1pm to 7pm. I am awaiting my university schedule to confirm dates for the next year but will still be available mornings and late evenings I have a fenced back garden and have plenty of space to crate dogs if needed. I am only a short 15 minute walk from Sefton park for stimulating walks for your dogs.

About: I have grown up surrounded by dogs, I understand that different breeds need different things as well as different ages. I love dogs and I think that is the underlying feature, as long as the dogs are happy, I am happy! My work schedule is pretty flexible and o work short hours during the winter so will be able to provide the care and attention needed. I am also able to work a lot from home so I am able to give them a lot of attention! My flat is dog friendly and spacious with a large garden out the back so they will have the freedom to play and chill outside. I live near Sefton park so they would be getting some nice long walks

About: •I Have had a retired racing greyhound for 6 years- so understand dogs with high prey drive •I volunteer at a greyhound rescue centre- so have experienced a range of different temperaments in dogs •I study Zoology at University I enjoy cooking, getting outside and going to the gym as well as the occasional pub trip with friends. I’m not currently employed so looking after your pet won’t be a problem at all. I use a crate for my own dog at night in our household but understand not all people do the same so can easily adapt to what your “rules” are. I believe in positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviours and think punishment is not something to be justified in any circumstance. I have a fenced garden and know the importance of checking for closed gates as I personally don’t fancy chasing after the second fastest land mammal 🤣!

About: Hi🥰 I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember and been walking and sitting for friends and neighbours since I was probably 10! I really want more expierience to eventually have my own dog walking and sitting business, and looking to get Canine first aid training over the next few months. For the last 3 years, I’ve helped look after a friend’s mini daschund but she was sadly put to sleep in November 24 from IVDD. A few months before this, she’d had a surgery for her back and I helped take care of her during recovery. We helped wrap medication in ham to ensure she took this. I have also helped dogsit for a few days while a family friend was on holiday and stayed in their home during this time. I also helped sit for a friends elderly 14-year old Toy Poodle needing lots of rest and taking care of. From my experience, I’ve had some insight into dogs that need extra care due to genetic/health problems and open to educating myself further if needed! So all in all, I have a lot of love and attention to give and will likely love your pet like they’re my own!! If you want to ask anything further, please get in touch💘 I have lived in Liverpool for 8 years now and recently moved to Lark Lane with my partner, Ben! He is the same age as me and a big animal lover too! I wanted to note this in case your pet struggle with men/male-presenting people. Sefton park is a stones throw away so no garden is not too much of an issue for getting outside! As we’re new to the flat and area, we currently cannot have animals staying for more than 1 night. However, where it is welcomed, I’m more than happy to try arrange boarding at the pet’s home and happy to discuss this if you’re comfortable! My work is a call centre - I work from home Monday to Thursday and in the office in Wavertree on Friday. I’m on a 6 week rotation of 8 hour shifts between 8am - 8pm, so with notice can use holidays and try arrange breaks for walks if the pet is close by during the week. Our flat consists of 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area. It’s a medium sized flat so best fitting for small - medium pets. We don’t have a garden but Sefton Park is a 3 minute walk from our door. We are one floor up with no lift so your pet would need to have the ability to take themselves up the stairs or have preference on if they can be carried. We have 2 neighbours who both love animals too. They are both women living on their own and also wfh. Our upstairs neighbour occassionally looks after her mum’s spaniel but we have notice for when this happens. She is a calm and friendly dog from what we know!

About: I’ve had pets since 8yrs old so I’ve grown up with them and learnt to understand their behaviour! I have 1 cat and 1 dog who are very much spoilt! I have experience walking lively dogs like my family friends dog marlin ! He’s not a fan of his lead but I’m always patient with him, I also have experience with pet sitting cats and dog but for the moment I’m offering visits and walks :) I’m free most days from 9am onwards, please let me know if you require walks earlier then this and I’ll see what u can do :) Ensuring my dog is on leash at all times especially when near any roads or when passing other dogs and cats she’s unfamiliar with. And of course in the house fences are up to ensure their safety!

About: My love for animals developed from owning my own dogs continuously since a child and being around/looking after family and friends pets my whole life. At the moment I currently don’t own my own pet which after always having pets is why I feel the need to still care for animals and spend time with them. Whether it’s walking or sitting, I love meeting new furry friends and helping them feel safe and secure around unfamiliar environments/people, as well as giving them the love and care they need to feel comfortable. I have been doing Rover for nearly 3 years now! I work from home as a graphic designer, so I am free during the week to look after your pet at your needs, being able to sit and walk them whenever. I live within 1 minute walking distance to Princes Park and Sefton Park so toilet breaks and nice walks can be available whenever! There are no other pets in my own home, which might make your pet feel more at ease. I offer walks, boarding and home visits!
