Hello there! I've recently moved back to Liverpool after spending the last 3 years pet sitting around the country via Trusted Housesitters, caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens from anywhere between a weekend to 3 months at one time! This included maintaining daily routines of the pets (such as daily walks, washing, feeding and playtime!) as well as keeping up with any ongoing training for puppies and younger dogs. I grew up on a small farm around lots of different animals in Cheshire. I have always lived with dogs and cats, and have had also had the privilege of caring for a whole range of different farm animals from chickens to cows and sheep. I'm a musician, largely working from home with the odd gig so I'm very flexible to be able to accommodate any time during the week/weekend I am very attentive to the needs of your pet, and will always be keeping a close eye on them when caring for them. I've had the pleasure of caring for pets with all kinds of different personalities and needs growing up as well as while house sitting. These have ranged from energetic puppies bouncing off the walls to more nervous rescue dogs requiring some extra tlc!

The focus is always on pets! I’ll take direction from the owners as to their specific needs and wants, including anything special requirements. But all in all I aim to be the animals best friend while their owners away. Whether that’s watching TV together or giving them treats when they’ve been good.

Matt was great, reliable and trustworthy, house sat dogs for the week at my home. Updated us while away, both dogs walked daily and happy. House was clean and tidy on return. Would recommend and book again.

I’m currently working remotely from home part time and so use pet care to supplement my earnings. My day usually starts around 8am, although my remote work schedule is flexible to suit.
