About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Now that I’m retired, I have more time to give pets attention, company and care. I love walking my own dogs in the woods, throwing toys for my cat to chase, and I regularly help my kids with their pets when they're away. I regularly look after both cats and dogs and understand that every animal has their own personality, routines and needs. I also have experience of caring for pets who need a little extra attention. I’ve administered medication and have cared for my son’s cat, who has thyroid problems, so I understand the importance of following routines carefully and making sure medication is given as instructed. Having lived with pets for so many years, I know how important it is to leave them with someone you can trust. I’ll treat your pets like I would if they were my own and I'll make sure they are safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to fit pet visits around my day. I’m generally available during the week and can arrange visits around the routine that works best for you and your cat. I’m happy to pop in for feeding, fresh water, litter trays and some company, as well as giving medication if needed. I’ll always make sure I understand your cat’s usual routine before you go so I can keep things as normal as possible for them. I know it can be a big thing trusting someone to look after your cat and have access to your home, so I take that responsibility seriously. When I’m visiting your home, I’ll make sure doors and windows are secure, follow your instructions carefully and keep to your cat’s usual routine as much as possible. I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter tray and plenty of attention if they want it. I have experience with cats who need medication, and I’m happy to follow clear instructions and give medication as part of their normal routine. I’ll also keep you updated while you’re away, including letting you know how your cat is doing and flagging anything unusual. Most importantly, I’ll treat your home and your cat with the same care and respect I’d want someone to show my own.

“It's ok they do make mess at times, Teddy had a few markies this morning as I did try and feed them . But, Donald nicked his food, we have been to the vets about his behaviour again and waiting for a specialist. He has gone back to bulling and nicking teddy's food, so we are concerned. And, have been told to separate them when feeding but Ted won't eat when we do that, so we are in a no win situation. Just give him treats if he doesn't eat, if it persists we may have to consider rehousing Donald. Great job,thanks for doing your best.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 14. It first started with my pets, my babies, Kitu, Gulu and Thupi. Ever since then, I have volunteered at rescue centres, taken care of puppies and adult dogs with parvo and distemper, administered IV drips on them under vet’s supervision. I recently lost two of my rescues to a horrid incident, after which, I welcomed to my life my daughter, my angel, Whisky. About: My family has had multiple dogs ever since I was born which I have helped to take care of and walked everyday for the last 7 years. I have taken care of neighbours dogs too, this has included bigger breed like Dobermans and German shepherds meaning I don’t frighten easily around any kind of dog During the summer I am available Monday-Sunday from 1pm to 7pm. I am awaiting my university schedule to confirm dates for the next year but will still be available mornings and late evenings I have a fenced back garden and have plenty of space to crate dogs if needed. I am only a short 15 minute walk from Sefton park for stimulating walks for your dogs.

Rest assured, I know exactly how important they are to you, as mine are to me. If I am likely to be caring for your animal in your home overnight, access to the internet would be greatly appreciated, if possible. If there are any musical instruments available in your home, I find that playing music for animals can be a really strong bonding tool. I can play anything with keys or strings. As well as a regular grooming routine; Morning and evening brushing for no less than 30 mins per animal, per session. About: i worked and studied at the animal myerscough college for 3 years, I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals cats and dogs included. It fits my daily/weekly routine perfectly, preferably I can do boardings past 2-3pm, or anytime depending on the day and situation, I’m free most of the time I have an open flat with plenty of room for your pet, i also have a cat myself that can keep your animal company unless they don’t get along of course 🤣
