About: I’m currently dog sitting 2 greyhounds weekly and we connected via another site (BMD) and it’s been going so well, I’ve done this weekly for nearly a year. I grew up with 2 boxers and have walked up to 4 dogs at one time from the age of 10 onwards. Dogs are my life! I work from home 3 days a week, we have a large flat with garden access and we are 5 min walk from Sefton park. I’m happy to have dogs in my home while I wfh, and to take them out at lunch times and feed them/give fuss throughout the day. Most WFH afternoons are spent with a dog on my lap or by my side! I currently do a mix of going to other peoples homes or having dogs in my home, depending on my schedule and how easily I can get to the other persons home. Please note our flat is up one flight of stairs, and there are stairs at the back of the house to get into the secure garden.
“My dog is quite anxious and this was his first time being away from me in Liverpool but he had a great time! Emily asked all the right questions and sent me lots of updates and photos which was very reassuring when I was away Pickle is also very cute and made friends with my dog over the weekend Highly recommend if you are worried about leaving your dog with someone 🙂”

“It was our time using Rover and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Freddy absolutely loved staying with Sue and Ian. They were very professional, caring, and kept us updated throughout his stay with plenty of messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that Freddy was happy, well looked after, and treated like part of the family. We would highly recommend Sue and Ian and would definitely book with them again.”

About: Experienced with dogs and cats. Looked after them for family for years. Helped to train my friends dog. Also got a lot of experience of child care (in humans). Love getting out and being active Work full time - available evenings on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm. Free both days on weeks all day. Can be flexible with more notice I live in a flat but I’m right in the front by the water so often out on the promenade walking. Also love to run and just generally be out in nature. Fun person with a lot of energy I’ll keep them entertained

About: I have a dog of my own and he’s genuinely my baby! I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable and confident with the person looking after your pet, and I would always treat someone else’s dog exactly how I’d expect my own to be treated. I’m caring, attentive and reliable, and I’m more than happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles or just keeping them company. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, so I’ll always take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel happy and comfortable with me. I’d also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, because I know I’d want exactly the same if somebody was looking after mine! 🐾 I work full time during the week but I work from home a couple of days, so I can be really flexible around this. I’m also available most weekends and happy to work around your dog’s usual routine. I’ll always make sure they get plenty of walks, attention, playtime and of course lots of cuddles! 🐾 I have a dog of my own so I completely understand how important it is to trust the person looking after them! I’ll always treat your dog exactly how I’d want mine to be treated and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved. I’m happy to follow any routines or instructions you have and I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos too! 🐾
“Thank you Claire for being a great host to my Odie. You looked after him brilliantly, thank you for making him feel at home ❤️ Claire was great at communication and made time for us to meet twice before Odie's stay. Once to meet her dog and the second time to see the space Odie was going to be living in. I really appreciate Claire accommodating our drop off and pick up times too. Just great overall experience 👌”

“Jodie and her partner were both lovely. They looked after our greyhound Hugo for 1 night. She sent us updates of how Hugo was getting on, he seemed to have a lovely time with them! Thank you!!”

“Couldn’t recommend Heather enough! We were a-bit nervous as we have never left Ozzy with a pet sitter before but the whole experience from start to finish has been professional and easy with Heather reassuring us every step of the way with photos and pupdates. She even had a meet and greet with Ozzy prior to the stay which really put our minds at ease. Ozzy seemed to love his stay and was really settled, will definitely be using Heather again. Thanks again x”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, and since then have had a jackpoo of my own. Can administer medication. Regularly look after my mums dogs, both big and small. I work from home 4 days a week, and take care of my own dog so I have lots of availability and your dog will have plenty of company. I have a fenced garden, and a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company. Every dog is different so happy to cater to their needs.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Christina. She looked after Peppa for three nights and kept us completely at ease the whole time with regular updates, including plenty of photos and videos. It was so reassuring to see how happy and well cared for Peppa was. Christina was also incredibly thoughtful and responsible—she always checked with us first before giving Peppa anything, which we really appreciated. It showed how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Peppa came home happy, relaxed, and completely worn out from all the adventures they had together—which says it all! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christina to anyone and will definitely be booking with her again.”

“We were very happy to leave our dog , Bailey with Graziella-first of all asking for a meet & greet prior to his stay filled us with confidence- we could tell straight away that Bailey was going to be on good hands! The regular pictures supplied during his stay and updates also helped us realise that he was in good hands. He was very happy when we picked him up and will now use Graziella as our first choice ! Many thanks Graziella and we will contact you through Rover when we need you again ! # P.S Bailey said hello!”

“Lea was brilliant. At really short notice I had to leave our 13 year old mini dachshund for three nights. First time he's been away from the family for a few years. Lea took the time to understand what Snoop is like and what he's capable of in terms of activity and comforts and sent loads of updates during his stay. He came back totally happy and well and would certainly be happy for him to stay with Lea again.”

About: I’ve had pets over the last 10 years unfortunately I recently lost both my bulldogs oinn the past year and it’s left a huge hole in my heart they was babies. I miss the company , cuddles & walks . I’d like to give back and help others owners know there pet is in safe hands :) I work from home & have a flexible job so have plenty of time to look after your pet whether it be playing in the garden , snuggles on the couch or daily walks I have a fenced off garden, gated Front , built in big crate (if needed) Spacisj downstairs for your pup to walk about , clean & dog friendly

“Odie was so well looked after, Lisa even stayed on the couch with him so he was comfortable overnight. He can be anxious so we are always a bit worried leaving him with others, but we felt totally comfortable with Lisa as she clearly has loads of experience and cared for Odie so well. Highly recommended!”

About: I've had a dog since I was 8. I have a genuine love for them. I understand that they are more than pets they are loving members of our families that we care about like children. I understand their traits, what they are trying to tell just by paying attention. I have a wonderful dog myself and he loves playing with other dogs. I think it would lovely for him to have a playmate. I would take care of your dog like they were my own, it would be what I want for my own dog when he is being minded. Your dog would be walked two to three times a day, they would have full access to the house and every effort will be made for their comfort physically and emotionally. Also as a side note I used to foster dogs when they were looking for a forever home, these dogs had different emotional needs and sometimes had suffered some past trauma. I work from home, I have flexible hours so we can go on walks in the 6 different parks that we have locally. I like to walk in nature and enjoy the park visits each day. Also there a big enough garden for a good zoomie and ball play. There is only me in the house so they would get my undivided attention. I have a dog who has the best temperament, he's super friendly and great with other dogs. Your dog would feel right at home, I would be keeping an eye on your dog at all times and keep them safe and happy. Its rewarding for me to have their company, so I get as much enjoyment as they do. If your dog is anxious or nervous in certain environments that's not a problem, I can adapt to their needs. Your dog will be treated like a loved one.

“Amelie was a dream come true! It was the first time leaving our two babies with anybody like this but a change of circumstances left us in a pickle. Amelie was so supportive throughout the process and made us feel immediately at ease. It was lovely to receive daily updates on our trip and it was obvious she had already made a loving connection with Teddy & Sonny from the first day. The real review is from the pups though, they were so happy there, we could see that from the pictures but also from the way they acted at her home. If they could talk I'm sure they would say "we had a lovely holiday, we were well looked after and well cared for". Amelie will be our first choice in future. Thank you Amelie, you made what was a worrying time into something wonderful and Ted & Sonny look forward to staying with you again in the future (they told me 😊).”

“Trisha, Shane & Juliet - thank you so much for looking after Socks this week after i needed to travel away for work. Socks had a fantastic time staying with you & had lots of play with Juliet, snuggles and walks with you both. You did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on how Socks was & what she had been up doing. Have no hesitation in recommending you to others to look after their furry friends. Socks is already looking forward to visiting you all again in August. Thank you again.”

“Sofia was great, very reassuring and clearly a skilled dog person. Pablo had a great time and has been looking for Stanley since he got home! Would definitely recommend Sofia and her boarding service, and I will 100% request again. Thank you! X”

Lottie stayed with Elizabeth for three nights while I was at my niece's wedding, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. We met beforehand to make sure we were both comfortable, and Elizabeth was so friendly and reassuring from the start. The biggest sign that Lottie was happy was when we arrived for her stay - she remembered exactly where she was and pulled me straight to the front door! As a dog owner, that told me everything I needed to know. I loved getting regular updates and photos while I was away, and it was clear that Lottie was having a wonderful time. She was treated like one of the family and completely spoiled, she even got sausages for breakfast! I would happily recommend Elizabeth to anyone, and I know Lottie can't wait for her next stay.

I cannot thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of our dog while we were away! You treated him like family, and it gave us total peace of mind during our holiday. You are incredibly kind, caring, and professional. We will definitely bring him back next time. Highly recommended to anyone who wants the absolute best for their pet!"
Thank you so much Kate for looking after Alvin when we were let down at the last minute. Kate sent regular updates and pictures throughout Alvin's stay and we could tell how comfortable and happy he looked (which put us at ease while we were away). Alvin loved spending time with Ulla, the pup, and got comfy in the pub (his favourite place!). Thank you so much Kate. We would definitely book again x

Jennifer looked after Milo for a few hours so he gets used to staying there before we go on holiday. Milo had a great time and I could tell he enjoyed his stay as he was not botheted when I collected him. Jennifer kept us updated during the day with messages and photos so really pleased with this stay. Milo is now looking forward to his next stay which will be overnight in a few weels time, excellent service and happy to leave him with Jennifer.

Melissa was excellent from drop off to pick up, my dog Bruno was with Melissa for 15 nights while we went on a family holiday, while we were away Melissa sent us lots of photos and updates on Bruno’s stay with her. Before our holiday Melissa took the time to visit us to meet Bruno before drop off. I myself would really recommend Melissa as a dog sitter as she gave us 100% assurance Bruno would be happy staying with her. My overall rating 10/10

My dog is quite anxious and this was his first time being away from me in Liverpool but he had a great time! Emily asked all the right questions and sent me lots of updates and photos which was very reassuring when I was away Pickle is also very cute and made friends with my dog over the weekend Highly recommend if you are worried about leaving your dog with someone 🙂

Milo absolutely loved his week with James and his wife, they looked after him like he was their own. He had an upset stomach for a couple of days while we were away so they swapped his food out for chicken and rice for us and kept us updated. We’ll definitely be booking Milo back in to stay again, he loved them and vice versa.

Just collected our Marlo from Neuza’s after he stayed for 9 nights, this is the longest we’ve left our Marlo as he is only a 1yr old pup… we were nervous to leave him for such a long time, but we didn’t need to worry at all. Neuza looked after Marlo so well, you can tell how much she cares and loves dogs. Neuza kept me up to date throughout my whole holiday with photos and videos putting my mind at rest. She even gave him a lovely bath whilst he stayed so he looked very handsome when I picked him up. He eat well and had plenty of walks. Thank you so much Neuza, will see you soon xx
