Pet care experience
Our family love dogs!
Tony, my husband has over 30 years experience of growing up with and looking after dogs but since having our own children we have not had capacity to have our own dog. I have not looked after a dog since I was a child and looked after a relative's dog. We all love dogs, we have friends who have dogs and we enjoy going out for walks with them. We are all active therefore we would take the dog for a walk at least twice a day and would ensure we meet their specific needs. We live in a quiet and relaxed family household near to several parks with one being at the end of our road. We have a small enclosed yard at the rear of our property.

Nic and her lovely family cared for Charlie superbly for just under a week when I went on holidays with family. Charlie has separation anxiety and he came back to me happy, healthy, and delightfully exhausted from many walks, pictures of which Nic shared and I could obviously see not only how much they cared for Charlie, but also how happy he was. Nic was also extremely flexible to last minute plan changes and was very communicative throughout the whole week.
Nicola and her family were amazing with Nova and she was well looked after. Lots of updates and photos without having to ask and changed times at short notice, which really helped me out. Would definitely recommend and use Nicola again. Thank you xx
Nicola and her family looked after our large labradoodle pup Rudy so beautifully when we had our daughter’s wedding. Rudy clearly had a great time and Nicola kept us updated throughout with pictures and texts so I knew we had no worries. Olive loves staying with Nicola and her family and she’s very well looked after. When she went for the second time she was waiting on the doorstep with her tail wagging! Nicola always sends photos and updates and Olive is always happy 🩷

Schedule
Tony works full time and I work part time. The kids are in school Mon-Fri therefore our availability focusses on weekends from a Friday evening to Sunday evening and holiday periods.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a terraced property. We have a small enclosed yard to the rear of our property but we live adjacent to a park at the end of our road and several other parks are in walking distance to our house.
A typical day
We would love to care for your dog, keeping them occupied physically and mentally. if they have a favourite toy please let them bring it so we can play with it with your dog too. We are an active family and enjoy walking. We would encourage the dog to explore our local green areas with us safely.
