About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I live with my husband Matthew. I have been looking after peoples pets since I was a child I've always loved animals. We are an animal loving family ( the kind that throw their dogs birthday party's!). I am very trustworthy and love having dogs around the house. We have a detached house and a secure grassy garden for them to play in. We believe that a dog in our care will be treated as a family pet and have the run of the house and garden. My dogs mean the world to me and I pride myself on giving dogs the best care and a little home from home holiday themselves. We only take small to medium dogs due to having a little chihuahua myself who finds large dogs a bit overwhelming so you don't have to worry about your dog being afraid by larger breeds. We therefor specialist in caring for little guys and gals only. ( However we may consider a slightly larger dog if they are very calm / older /slower dog). I work part time and my husband works from home so the pooches are never on their own. We like to take them a good 2 to 3 walks a day in different locations, parks, Forests and river paddling if they like that. We would make sure they are really happy in our care and I would send regular updates about your pooch because I know how nerve wracking it can be leaving them. If you would like us to solely look after your pet and take no other bookings this can be agreed. I am happy to give any medication and I have done doggy first aid. We are insured. I will send regular updates and pictures to you. Let me know your dogs routine and likes and dislikes and we will do our very best. Can provide references. Any questions please ask, we are looking forward to meeting you and your dog! I work part time my husband works from home so dogs are never left alone We walk them 2 to 3 times in a day in a range of locations to keep it fun! We have a detached 4 bedroom house with fenced and gated grassed garden. Dogs will have free run of the whole house,we can keep them on leads for walk or let them off in safe areas if they are used to this the choice is yours. We will make sure they only eat the food you provide and anything that they are allowed only.

“After a welcoming "meet and greet" with Brian and his wife we booked Chester for his first day care stay with them. Chester is a typical cockapoo, but rather anxious and it takes him a while to gain people's trust so we were somewhat worried about leaving him. Brian and his wife are such kind, considerate, and patient carers so our concerns were addressed and we were reassured by Brian's feedback and photos as Chester enjoyed his long walk with them. We have no hesitation in recommending Brian a will definately ask him to care for Chester again in the near future.”

About: Ive taken care and been around dogs my whole life. I have two miniature dachshund’s called Bonnie and Clyde. I am very specific with where I would let my dogs stay/be looked after, so totally understand how much of a big decision finding the right person to look after your dog is. Please feel free to message me any questions :) I currently work from home, so I will be at home all day everyday if you chose to leave your dog/puppy with me. I also walk my dogs every lunch time around the park. Our garden is fenced, enclosed and large- so plenty of safe space for your dog/puppy to run around, they will also be walked at least once a day.

“Superb time with Lasma and family! Daisy was so well looked after, photos, filtered water, toys, fresh chicken! Perfect in every way! Thanks Lasma 🙏”

About: Highly Experienced in large breeds inc German Shel & Siberian Breeds. First aid trained Access to large garden with toys Two loving huskies to play/socialise with I work from home so have plenty of time to socialise and walk any dog in my care. Will always have access to the garden and forest walks around my area. I have a 7ft secure fenced garden protecting any dog from escaping. Crates if a dog needs any time to themselves for peace away from other dogs here.

About: Dogs in my care really are a part of our family. I've cared for dogs for the past 11 years and absolutely love expanding our family unit to include additional four legged friends. Well equipped for both puppies and seniors, I ensure that our household reflects a calm and safe environment for our visitors so that they can enjoy their dog-cation stress free and in the utmost comfort. Our home is open to doggy visitors 24/7! I am generally home throughout the day all day and ensure that my doggy visitors enjoy lots of cuddles, play, mental stimulation and fresh air. I love exploring the abundance of open fields and forest walks nearby with my four legged friends to accompany me, or cosying up for some well deserved chill time! I offer Boarding across the year with my rates being based on a 24 hour period (overnight) and between Monday-Friday I offer doggy day-care, walking and house drop-ins. Your furry friends will share our home as if it was their own. The ground floor is open plan and they're free to roam and choose their favourite space. However, we can also apply careful segregation as and where it might be needed, in accordance with our licence. Each dog has their own sole sleeping space, ensuring they have an area to themselves for quiet relaxation and sleep. This area is inaccessible by our own dog. We don't allow the dogs upstairs (which includes our own!), or on the furniture - but every dog gets lots of time with us joining them on the floor and snuggling up when they want it. My license allows me to board 2 dogs, plus have our own in the home. However, I try to keep to one dog only (plus our Jess), unless it's two dogs from the same household. Our toddler attends nursery Mon-Fri and he looks forward to coming home to see which doggy friends are with us. However, it's very important that both your dogs and our toddler are safe, so we always supervise any interaction and our son understands the need to let the dogs rest.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, starting with family pets and eventually expanding to help others through trusted platforms. I’ve looked after a wide range of breeds and personalities — from strong, independent Malamutes to energetic Dalmatians and everything in between. My partner and I currently share our home with two beautiful Malamutes, Violet and Floyd, who we've raised since they were puppies. Living with them has given me daily, hands-on experience managing high-energy, intelligent dogs that need structure, patience, and a lot of love. I’ve also cared for pets through TrustedHousesitters, including an older Rhodesian Ridgeback with specific needs and a 3-month-old Jack Russell puppy who kept me on my toes! I received great feedback for both sits, and I always aim to provide not just care, but genuine companionship and attention. What sets me apart is my calm, confident approach and my experience with dogs of all ages — from bouncy puppies needing routine and training, to senior dogs requiring gentle, attentive support. I treat every dog like family, because to me, that’s exactly what they are. I work from home full-time, which means I have the flexibility to give your furry family member plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I can easily work pet care into my routine without it ever feeling rushed. I’m always nearby to make sure they’re happy, safe, and well looked after. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their familiar environment. I stick closely to their usual routine — whether that means specific feeding times, daily walks, or favorite spots to nap — so they experience as little disruption as possible while you’re away. I’m respectful of your home and aim to leave it just as I found it. I keep things clean, organized, and always ensure doors, gates, and routines are followed carefully for your pet’s safety. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, so you can travel with peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and well looked after. Building trust with both pets and their people is at the heart of my care — I treat every dog like family and every home with the respect it deserves.

“Thank you for having Mars for the day; I'm always confident that Mars will be well cared for by you (and that he comes home happy and tired!) X”

“Fantastic care given”

About: Growing up in a dog loving family and have always had a loyal companion by my side, beginning with springer spaniels who have endless amounts of energy and love to give. I work from home four out of five days in the week giving me plenty of time to look after and care for my four legged partner in crime, Ava the sproodle. I have a fully turfed back garden for play and potty time with Harlow wood around the corner for long walks through the woods. Also trained and nurtured puppies from 8+ weeks of age to include obedience and potty training I'm currently working from home 4 days a week and take my dog, Ava, for walks first thing in the morning and a longer walk at lunch usually to one of the local woods. I'm used to fitting in their furry needs into my working day and they will always have access to fresh drinking water with regular breaks in the garden. I have a high fenced back garden with a secure gate leading to a private driveway and clean drinking water bowls throughout the house. If you prefer to have your fur babies crated please bring one with you.

“First time leaving my little fur baby! Jayne made me feel so comfortable about leaving him knowing he was in good hands. We received messages and photos through the day to let us know how he was. When we went to pick him up he was so relaxed :) Thanks again!”

“Callum stayed in our home for a week while we were abroad on holiday. The communication was good before we left and, given Callum lives close to us, he was very willing to come and meet us in person to make introductions. While we were away, he kept us up to date with how everything was going with our 2 dogs and home. In addition to looking after our 2 dogs, he let in our cleaners, put out our bins and took our deliveries. On our return the house was very tidy, as we had left it. We will hopefully book them again when we next head away.”
