About: I’m a true dog lover, if there is a party I’m the first to sit with a dog and have a comfortable chat, and pat. I was very fortunate to have 17 years with my first baby, a miniature schnauzer, who I adored. The last 5 years of his life required a lot of extra care due to heart problems, and extreme sensitivity to most food. That being said, I’m good at giving medication, and have the extra patience and perseverance to make sure the dog has his proper medication in a calm, loving way. Before my dog was poorly, he was a high energetic gentleman, who loved his 3-4 walks a day. I through enjoy a pets company and like them to feel comfortable, and pampered when in my care. I am the first to volunteer to furbaby sit if any of my friends are going away, and have asked friends if I could borrow their dogs for a nice walk. I currently work remotely (at home during the day) and have two young children in their first years of school. Working from home lets me be a companion with your pet, with breaks for play, breaks in the outdoor garden area, and a nice walk (or two). I have a small high stoned wall garden with a patch of grass, and I always walk with a lead when on public pathways, usually in quiet neighbourhoods, or public parks.

About: A former veterinarian now clinical animal behaviour student at the University of Lincoln with 10+ years of pet care experience across multiple species. Experience with petsitting and providing medical care to animals before the start of my veterinary career then moved to a dedicated veterinary practice for the last 8 years. I love being around animals and just watching and caring for them brings me so much joy! Through my recent education, have developed a better understanding of pet and this aids my motivation to be a pet sitter as I feel like with my experience and knowledge, I would make the experience for the pet wholesome and pleasurable and this in turn would help pet owners to be at easy that their pet is in good hands. I consider myself friendly, open and honest when it comes to my interactions with the pet owners and believe it is important to keep clear communication between us while also making sure they get timely updates and pictures of their pets. I understand this even more as I myself have had pets all through my life and even seeing a photo of them can bring me so much joy. Currently, I own 2 senior dogs, 1 rabbit and a newt back home but in the past I have also owned cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fishes and birds. I currently live on rent in a house with a dog so I cannot keep animals in my accomodation so would be looking to exclusively pet sit through overnight stays or drop-in visits. I can provide overnight stays on all days. Drop in visits through the day, all days of the week. Walks included in visits usually but would require a trial walk before the visit. I cannot bring pets in my accomodation. At a pet owner's home I can follow any practices the pet is used to whether it is being left in a crate or a specific area of the house before I leave. I can also provide medical care and follow routine and specific medical instructions if needed. I also accommodate requests for watering plants and any other specific house care instructions if within my capacity. I am adaptable and resourceful with my methods and would make any experience for the pet a positive one with keeping comfort and happiness as a priority. I also find it very important that the pet's routine should be as similar to what the owner's would normally do if they were home making it minimally stressful for the pet.

About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals, but dogs are my absolute favourite. I have taken care of my own dogs, but friends and neighbours also rely on me to take care of their pets. I always make sure to account for the needs of the pets in my care, whether they need a walk, a bathroom break, or a tummy rub. I also have a supportive family that also loves dogs. The dogs in my care have a totally supportive environment. Pets in my care always have priority. I will only agree to take care of dogs if I know that I can put them first. I have a fenced garden and a supportive family. Dogs will have access to most of the house - wherever they feel most comfortable. It is a non-smoking house. The stairs can be dog-proofed if required.

About: I’ve had dogs almost constantly since I was 7, of all sizes and temperaments, with a particularly fondness for greyhounds/lurchers. Have looked after friends’ dogs over the last few years too. Currently in between jobs, when I do work it will be part time. Husband currently works from home so almost always someone in the house. Like to travel and be active at weekends so weekdays work better currently. We have a small secure fenced garden with a large park and other field areas nearby for plenty of sniffs and longer walks. Teenage daughter at home who has always been around dogs. Currently have our own beagle who is fairly chilled; happy to not leave any visiting dogs on their own with her if preferred. We do live in a 3 storey house with the living room on the first floor so dogs need to be OK with stairs.

Both my dogs love being with other dogs… they’re fully used to other dogs in the house as all of my family has a dog so the house often has up to 5 dogs in it. I can cater to any requirements. Having raised a Shih Tzu and a high-energy working Cocker Spaniel from puppies (now 11 and 2), and also had cats, horses, fish and chameleons. I am very active and used to meeting different needs — my Cocker Spaniel enjoys daily long countryside walks/ runs i take him on, often up to 7 miles, while my Shih Tzu follows a calmer routine due to being older and gets up to 30mins of walking in the evening. About: So far I have had 20yrs of pet care experience with both my own pets and other people’s. I have looked after a range of animals such as dogs, cats, small animals etc. I aim to make animals feel comfortable in my care and, when boarding, my home is their home. I’m always happy to give pet owners regular updates and pictures to give them piece of mind while their pet is with me and I enjoy building a good rapport with both pet and owner. Age isn’t a factor when looking after any animals, I have previously fostered new born kittens and I’ve also looked after senior dogs and cats so I’m comfortable with all ages. About: Hi :) I’m Nicole. Im 35 years old and I work in a full time professional role within the civil service. I live with my partner who is also an animal lover, and we have two beautiful and friendly cats called Zeus and Hades. My experience with pets has stemmed from when I was younger, I have had a range of animals including guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish and cats. I have had experiences with dogs, me and my ex-partner used to have a Staffordshire bull terroir together called Tyrone! He was a fun loving dog and we enjoyed getting out as much as possible to take him on adventures. When I was younger within the family home we regularly looked after a lurcher called molly. We used to take her on adventures to wales to visit family there and make use of the valleys, beaches and mountains to take her on walks. Once me and my partner are in our new home, we are getting our own loveable pup and we are looking to do home boarding also. I’m a naturalist at heart, I love to go on days out to the seaside, country parks, walking around parks in Lincolnshire and making the most of being outdoors. I have always enjoyed walking, but it is always better being in the company of a four legged friend. I thought I would give this service ago as I love animals and see this as a hobby. If I’m on house sits, it’s also a nice getaway for me too. I also see it as supporting owners by looking after their pets and it is something I enjoy doing. I love all kinds of pets from all breeds, shapes and sizes. Currently I make the most of walking and looking after my sisters dog, a gorgeous greyhound cross saluki. Very loving and lively!! Just to make people aware, I have a vehicle and I am insured fully comprehensive with a full drivers licence. I work flexible hours and I am home working the majority of the time. So I can be quite mobile and work at different places if needed for a dog/cat play and stay. I will always follow the owners regime of pet and safety care when I am looking after their beloved pets and being within their properties. About: I have grown up around dogs and regularly have my mum’s dog to stay for up to 2 weeks at a time. I trained my family dog when she was a puppy and continue to recap her commands with her. I also have looked after my friends cats when she goes away by checking in a few times a day to feed and play with the cats and ensure they get time to go outside. I am a hybrid worker so have the flexibility to wfh. My hours are flexible so I can ensure I take dogs on long walks during my lunch break and that they are fed and played with at periods throughout the day. I have a fenced garden with plenty of grass and space to go to the toilet and run around. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac so very safe area with no cars passing by and a main road is a bit of a walk away. I allow pets on the sofa and have a plenty of blankets to cover furniture with so don’t mind them jumping up.
