I have my own lovely dog, Lenny, who is incredibly friendly and gets on brilliantly with other dogs, so your pup will have a built-in best friend during their stay. We have a beautiful, secure garden with plenty of space to play and enjoy some fresh air, and we’re also right next to the Common, so we have gorgeous open spaces and fantastic walking routes literally on our doorstep. It’s perfect for dogs who love a good walk and a chance to explore! Dogs are very much treated as part of the family here. I’m attentive, caring and will make sure your dog gets plenty of fuss, company and attention throughout their stay. I’ll also stick to their usual routine as much as possible, including feeding, walks and any little quirks or requirements they have. I know leaving your dog with someone else can feel daunting, so I’m happy to keep you updated with photos and messages so you can see how they’re getting on and have complete peace of mind while you’re away. Lenny is very sociable and loves having other dogs around, so we’re ideally suited to dogs who enjoy company and would benefit from a relaxed, loving home-from-home environment. I have my own dog, Lenny, so I’m already used to getting out for a good walk every day. We’re lucky enough to live right by the Common, which is perfect for lovely walks and plenty of fresh air. In the evenings, we always have another little garden outing before bed, followed by plenty of sofa cuddles and downtime. I’m happy to build my routine around the needs of the dogs in my care and make sure they get lots of attention, exercise and company. Lenny is a big part of our family, so I would treat every dog in my care exactly the same way — with lots of love, patience and attention. Safety would always be my top priority. We met before the visit so Gus could see where he was staying, meet Julie and make sure he was comfortable with her. Unfortunately shortly after Gus went to stay he became ill due to circumstances out of everyone’s control and Julie was amazing at keeping us up to date throughout everything and took him to the vets when needed on multiple occasions. About: My parents and grandparents had cats while I grew up but I only got into looking after them when my parents got an older Tabby after I had finished University. They went on holiday while I was living at home and working locally. I would get up, feed the cat and walk the dog before work and then again when I got home. The cat, Tilly bonded with me. Despite my parents being home or my job changing, Tilly would come to my door 7am every morning and meow at the door till the day she died. I feel fortunate to work every day with dogs and I look forward to meetings yours! I currently work as a dog walker during the week, so I have plenty of hands-on experience with dogs and their individual needs. I’m available for additional dog-sitting work from Thursday evening through to Tuesday morning. I also have flexible hours over the weekend, as I work on dog portrait commissions. I have four years of experience walking groups of dogs and dog sitting in my home. I hold a Level 2 Canine First Aid certificate and only care for one dog at a time, allowing me to give them my full attention. I don’t have any pets of my own, so there are no other animals in the home. I’m also close to Clissold Park and Finsbury Park, providing plenty of opportunities for walks and exercise. I always aim to provide a safe, caring environment while following each owner’s instructions and their dog’s usual routine.

About: I’m Blu! I have been studying animal care since collage and study animal behaviour and welfare at uni! Iv had many pets through my life and always love meeting new fuzzy friends. I have worked in dog kennels and groomers along with reptile shops. I’m happy to work with any breed and behaviours and try and work on some training if wanted! Unfortunately due to student housing I am not able to take in any pets but can visit and play for a while! I am currently unemployed and have nothing to do!! At home I have a pet snake and use to have a dog who I lost to diabetes but had a verity of pets over the years. I use to spend a lot of time exploring with my pup, seeing new wooded places but also getting him use to loud areas. We worked on recall so when I saw him sniffing something to eat or roll in he would instead focus on me. Iv worked with many animals over the years including cat and dog behaviour training. What’s important to me is learning who I’m with and what personality they have, whether they prefer a chill cuddle or an excited play I’m down for whatever makes them happy!
About: Hi! Me and my husband are both passionate about pets, and we own two maine coon cats! My whole childhood I grew up with 5 dogs, of different ages and breeds, and my parents are licensed breeders so I have a lot of experience with young pets too. I also have a pet psychology and nutrition certificate, as well as a pet first aid certificate! We can work anytime, can do morning and after noon walks and check ins, or whatever is required for your situation! We can usually find time to work around your pets usual routine to make them more comfrotable. About: A former veterinarian now clinical animal behaviour student at the University of Lincoln with 10+ years of pet care experience across multiple species. Experience with petsitting and providing medical care to animals before the start of my veterinary career then moved to a dedicated veterinary practice for the last 8 years. I can provide overnight stays on all days. Drop in visits through the day, all days of the week. Walks included in visits usually but would require a trial walk before the visit. I cannot bring pets in my accomodation. At a pet owner's home I can follow any practices the pet is used to whether it is being left in a crate or a specific area of the house before I leave. I can also provide medical care and follow routine and specific medical instructions if needed. I also accommodate requests for watering plants and any other specific house care instructions if within my capacity. I am adaptable and resourceful with my methods and would make any experience for the pet a positive one with keeping comfort and happiness as a priority. I also find it very important that the pet's routine should be as similar to what the owner's would normally do if they were home making it minimally stressful for the pet.

About: I had a cocker spaniel when I was growing up and I also often take care of family and friends dogs on weekends or evenings. I work a full time job, super flexible tho so could even pop and do visits whilst working! Weekends off so even more time for the animals. I live in a flat and my partner lives in a house with a fenced garden. Typically take pets to the house. Often a cat that pops by to say hello, however this is not our own cat.
About: I have taken care of animals both in my own home, and in family and friends houses. Most notably I have looked after Guide Dogs who are in training. About: I always used to look after my aunties dogs whenever I went to her house as a child, I would walk them every morning, feed them, and just look after them in general. I also occasionally look after my girlfriend's dogs and would take them on walks aswell. I love working with animals and love seeing a happy animal. I just finished sixth form so I now have a lot of free time, I am free most days of the week, but if youre unsure, just message me to see if I will be free. I've had dogs in the house before and they showed no signs of distress so I know it is a safe environment for them. I also have a large garden but unfortunately the fence isnt enough to contain most dogs. I have no animals in the house so if your pet doesnt enjoy being with other dogs, they will be happy. There are great paths and areas around my house where I can walk your dogs.

About: I have plenty of experience caring for dogs through looking after my own dog, Max, back home, who I have taken full responsibility for. My university commitments are generally manageable, which means I can fit pet care around my studies. I’m able to be flexible with timings and can dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, feeding and giving pets the attention they need. I always make sure dogs feel safe, comfortable and cared for, whether they are staying in my home or I am looking after them in their own home. My previous dog was a Whippet, so I understand that they can be very affectionate and often love plenty of attention, cuddles and companionship. About: I’m a true dog lover, if there is a party I’m the first to sit with a dog and have a comfortable chat, and pat. I was very fortunate to have 17 years with my first baby, a miniature schnauzer, who I adored. The last 5 years of his life required a lot of extra care due to heart problems, and extreme sensitivity to most food. That being said, I’m good at giving medication, and have the extra patience and perseverance to make sure the dog has his proper medication in a calm, loving way. Before my dog was poorly, he was a high energetic gentleman, who loved his 3-4 walks a day. I through enjoy a pets company and like them to feel comfortable, and pampered when in my care. I am the first to volunteer to furbaby sit if any of my friends are going away, and have asked friends if I could borrow their dogs for a nice walk. I currently work remotely (at home during the day) and have two young children in their first years of school. Working from home lets me be a companion with your pet, with breaks for play, breaks in the outdoor garden area, and a nice walk (or two). I have a small high stoned wall garden with a patch of grass, and I always walk with a lead when on public pathways, usually in quiet neighbourhoods, or public parks.
About: I’ve had dogs almost constantly since I was 7, of all sizes and temperaments, with a particularly fondness for greyhounds/lurchers. Have looked after friends’ dogs over the last few years too. Currently in between jobs, when I do work it will be part time. Husband currently works from home so almost always someone in the house. About: I have grown up around dogs and regularly have my mum’s dog to stay for up to 2 weeks at a time. I trained my family dog when she was a puppy and continue to recap her commands with her. I also have looked after my friends cats when she goes away by checking in a few times a day to feed and play with the cats and ensure they get time to go outside. About: I have recently lost my 11 year old labradoodle who was my shadow. The house is very empty now and would love to help someone else out to give their dog the best life it can have. I am very flexible with dates and can adapt my part time work as required. I generally work from home and am able to have a dog with me. I also like to take the dog out for a coffee or beer when I am not working but will have a walk out at lunchtime in any case if working. No problem to sleep on the sofa or the bed if that’s preferred 😀 Our garden looks out onto our allotment where my dog used to sit and watch the wildlife go by.

About: I've grown up with dogs and have been around them my whole life. I've looked after friends, family and colleagues' dogs and have also fostered for a local rescue. My experience spans a variety of breeds and ages, from very young puppies to seniors, and dogs from unknown backgrounds/rescues. I work full-time Monday to Friday and I'm able to work from home most of the week.
