About: I have grown up with rescue cats all my life and love them more than life itself! I couldn’t imagine living without a fluffy companion by my side. My dad was allergic to dogs so despite years of begging, a dog wasn’t allowed, so instead I would go out and walk other people’s dogs around the neighbourhood just to spend some time with mans best friend. As an animal lover and a holiday lover I know how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your furry friends whilst you get some R&R. I am lucky to be able to work remote with my ‘9-5’ (flexible hours) so am able to meet most of your pets needs :) I am lucky enough to be able to work remote with my ‘9-5’ (flexible hours) so I am able to attend to most of your pets needs, whether that be long or multiple walks, toilet breaks, or special requests. I am able to drive (clean license) so can commute to wherever you live. I also live local to woods & fields so would love to take your curious pets to new locations. I am clean & well-mannered, and will always clean up after your pet whilst they are in my care.

About: Because of my passion for animals, I studied veterinary technician in Turkey. I've had dogs since I was 14 years old. I took care of them as long as they lived, and sometimes I healed and adopted the sick ones. I was with them during their fun times and when they were sick. I have experience in taking care of dogs from puppyhood to old age. I'm not working right now, so I can give them the time they need. I have plenty of time to spare for them in situations that need attention. I live in a coach house. I have 1 extra free room where I can create a safe environment for them. There are parks in the vicinity where they can walk and play.

About: My family have had dogs my entire life so I am very much a dog lover and fanatic! I love knowing about all the different breeds, different personalities and getting to know dogs characters. I have a small terrier myself who is now 6. I am a very confident person when it comes to handling dogs and walking them. I regularly have friends dogs over to stay for play dates with my dog and I genuinely love spending time with them so being on Rover makes total sense. I work from home 3 days a week so can be rather flexible with sitting and walks and general dog companionship :) In my day job I come across a lot of dogs and I have actually rehomed 14 so far in to loving homes. One of them even now lives in Lisbon! I can honestly find a connection with any dog, I cannot see how some people arent dog people! I work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 out 4 weekends a month at home. I take my own dog out for 2 walks a day everyday without fail. I have a good sized garden which is safe and fenced off. I also have lots of lovely walks local to me across fields and forests which I know my dog loves also. My dog has a bed downstairs but often sleeps upstairs in my bedroom but I would be happy for a dog staying overnight to be anywhere that he/she is comfortable in the home, there are no off limits areas.

I have always loved dogs and walking, so I started Rover after my dog Monty passed away so I would still get to meet dogs, get outside, and go for walks in memory of him as it would be a highlight of my day. I am happy to either walk and/or be company for your dog, I have a car, and am home for summer from uni so have availability both week days and weekends. I don’t have any pets currently and I have a secure garden with fences and plenty of fields for walking surrounding my house. My house is a calm environment for your dog!

About: We're a family of 4 (including a 8 and 13 year old) plus our own dachshund Dusty who likes Lots of cuddles, sleeping and barking at everything! We walk regularly at Hatfield Forest National Trust (only 1 minute away) and go for many adventures in the beautiful countryside in our area. All the dogs enjoy wondering deep into the forest till there's not a road in sight! We have a garden big enough for running and playing which we spend alot of time in. We provide great companionship and love to get out and about or just play in the garden. We offer the perfect break or weekend getaway for your furry friend with lots of love, games, and new sights and sounds. We're also perfectly situated if you're flying out from Stansted (10 minute drive) but don't worry we're not under any flight paths so your dog won't be bothered by any loud noises. A typical day at our home starts at around 7am straight out to the garden then breakfast all round. We'll either have a morning and evening walk or 1 long trip to the forest everyday followed by relaxing and playing in the garden. You'll be sure to get plenty of updates, pictures and videos! I love capturing beautiful pictures of our guests and there's always a cupboard filled with treats. We have some apple trees at the back of the garden, plus plenty of sticks and balls. - Today we enjoyed a dog friendly swim and dig at Mersea beach! Our home would best suit guests comfortable around other dogs as we will pass plenty of other owners in the forest however I'm happy to schedule walks during quieter times if they have a more nervous temperment. See all the fun we're having on my Facebook page- Bonny's Boarding I'm currently working part time Tuesday Thursday and Friday so I am home most days to care for your dog. I'll provide a walk in the morning and evening depending on energy levels. I've been awarded the highest grading of 5 stars for animal welfare in my recent inspection. I ensure that I fully understand the needs of all the dogs who stay with us before hand and review thier owner notes to make sure I'm confident with what to expect.

About: Hi! I’m Philly, a huge animal lover with experience caring for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and other small animals. I currently care for 7 pets at home with my partner, so animals are a very big part of my everyday life! 🐾❤️ I have a qualification in dog walking and dog behaviour, as well as hands-on experience with animal rescue and rehabilitation. I rescued and rehabilitated 2 stray cats from Cyprus, who are now happy, settled members of my family alongside my other 4 cats. 🐱❤️ This experience taught me a lot about building trust with nervous animals, giving them the time and space they need, recognising their boundaries and helping them gradually feel safe and secure in a home environment. I also have extensive hands-on experience with dogs of different ages, personalities and needs. I have raised 3 puppies from around 8 weeks old, so I’m very familiar with the puppy stage and the patience and consistency it requires. I have experience with toilet training, establishing routines, basic commands, lead and walking practice, socialisation, play and all the usual puppy mischief! 🐶 Since I was 18, I have also cared for a very anxious dog at my family home who is both lead-reactive and dog-reactive. Because her reactivity stems from significant anxiety, I’ve gained a lot of practical experience understanding and safely managing reactive behaviour. I’m confident recognising potential triggers and early signs of stress, creating appropriate distance from other dogs, crossing roads or changing routes when necessary, using distraction and positive reinforcement, and remaining calm if a dog does react. I understand that reactive dogs aren’t “bad dogs” — they often need someone who understands their individual triggers, boundaries and what helps them feel safe. I’m therefore very happy to discuss walks and care for nervous, anxious or reactive dogs and follow the management techniques that work best for your individual dog. 🐕❤️ I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and individual needs, and I’ll never assume that what works for one animal will work for another. I’m always happy to follow your usual routine and take the time to get to know your pet so they can feel as comfortable and settled with me as possible. I offer dog walking, pet sitting, home drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, companionship and general care for both dogs and cats, as well as other pets where suitable. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk, your cat needs some company while you’re away, or you simply need someone reliable to pop in for feeding, cuddles and attention, I’m happy to help. 🐾 I’m confident following individual feeding, walking and care routines and will always take the time to understand your pet’s behaviour, temperament and specific needs. I’m also happy to follow any particular instructions you have, whether that’s sticking to certain walking routes, avoiding particular triggers, feeding at specific times or adapting my approach for pets who are nervous or need a little extra patience and reassurance. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If I ever notice anything unusual or have any concerns while they’re in my care, I’ll contact you straight away, keep you fully informed and follow any instructions or emergency arrangements we’ve agreed beforehand. I know how important it is to feel reassured when somebody else is looking after your pet, so I always send photos and updates when I visit. 📸❤️ That way, you can see how they’re getting on and know they’re happy, safe and being well looked after. I have flexible availability across weekdays and weekends and can often accommodate different times and routines, subject to other bookings. Most importantly, I’ll always care for your pets with the same patience, kindness and attention I’d want for my own. 🐾❤️ I have very flexible availability throughout the week, including weekdays, weekends, mornings and evenings, subject to other bookings. 🐾 I’m happy to work around you and your pet’s usual routine as much as possible, whether you need regular weekly dog walks, occasional walks, drop-in visits, feeding visits, pet sitting or care while you’re away. I understand how important routine can be for animals, particularly puppies, older pets and those who are nervous or anxious, so I’ll always do my best to keep visits, walks and feeding times consistent with what your pet is used to. I’m also happy to discuss more specific or unusual requirements — just send me a message and I’ll always try my best to accommodate you and your pet. ❤️ Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my priority. ❤️ I’m happy to care for dogs, cats and other pets in their own home, where they can stay in familiar surroundings and maintain their normal routine. I’ll follow your instructions as closely as possible, including feeding and fresh water, walks, toilet breaks, playtime, enrichment, companionship and any individual care requirements we’ve discussed. Before caring for your pet, I’ll take the time to understand their personality, routine, boundaries and any behaviours or triggers I need to be aware of. For nervous, anxious or reactive pets, I’ll never force interaction and will allow them to become comfortable with me at their own pace. 🐾 On dog walks, I’ll always prioritise safety and remain aware of our surroundings. I’ll follow any instructions regarding routes, other dogs, lead use and known triggers, and adapt the walk if necessary to keep your dog comfortable and safe. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, making sure doors, gates and other access points are secure when arriving and leaving. You’ll also receive photos and updates from me so you know your pet is safe, happy and being properly cared for while they’re with me. 📸❤️ If I ever notice anything unusual or have any concerns, I’ll contact you straight away.

About: My family and friends often rely on me to care for their pets whilst they’re away. I have my own dog and cat at home, and have always lived with both. I would love to care for and hang out with everyone’s pets aswell! I currently work in a shop, where I often have days off, and I would like something to keep me busy. I am available on most Fridays after 3pm, and Tuesdays and Saturdays before 2pm! If the dates on my calendar don’t quite match, I could still be available as I have very flexible hours every week, just message me :) I have an elderly cat at home, who I have had in my life since a kitten. She suffers from kidney disease, so I am often cleaning up her messes and understand how strict her diet should be. My dog is only young but very energetic, and has a 1-2 hour everyday by me.

About: I’ve spent many years caring for my grandparents’ dogs and have always enjoyed being around dogs of all sizes and personalities. Through regular walks, feeding, playtime and looking after them while family were away, I’ve learned how important it is to keep pets happy, comfortable and following their normal routine. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, plenty of play or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve.
