“Nico stayed with Carina and her family for 4 days, and I must say, I was so at ease leaving my baby with them! I have received multiple pictures and updates each day, he was cared for and loved, and almost didn't want to leave when I came round to pick him up! Communication was absolutely perfect throughout the whole process as well! Definitely will be back for our next trips 😊”

“Charlie was amazing with George. He was a little nervous when we first left him and Charlie kept me informed of his progress every step of the way. By the end I was worried he wouldn’t want to leave he was so happy. It was like I had left George with a family member. I was really put at ease with Charlie and will most defiantly use her again. This was the First time we have come back from holiday to a very content dog. Thank you xx”

“Chip had an awesome time with Dan! We got lots of updates from him and we could tell that our dog was really happy and well looked after. We highly recommend Dan as a dog sitter and would book him again any time.”

“Hayley and her family were just perfect for our pup. We have a 3month old English bull terrier who stayed for 7 days. Thoughout the whole process we received many daily pupdates in the form of messages, pictures and videos which made it so much easier. Being a pup he had some learning to do, which Hayley listened carefully to our wants, as well as did her own research to help him have the best stay. As he was teething he did have an upset tummy which they sorted out respectfully and she even did research on the best things to support and let us choose so he got better quick. We have now collected a pup who was cared for so lovingly and has come back more social and calm! He was even given some good bye presents which really was the cherry on top of the perfect week. I cannot express how much we recommend Hayley and her loving family!”

About: We have had family dogs for the last 11 years, we currently have 2 bearded collies, Merlin (11yrs) and Griffon (5yrs) and they are regular visitors to our new home we recently purchased! There is plenty of room for fun in the fenced garden and other very friendly dogs in the neighbourhood we may bump into on walks. I work from home so there will always be someone around for your furry friend. I work remotely full time, however I have a very active lifestyle and go for walks in the morning, lunch times and evenings. I also have a flexible work schedule and with enough notice can make day time walks work if required Our family dogs do not live with us, they are with my in-laws, however as retired parents should be, they are very keen travellers and we are very happy dog sitters! As mentioned, we have a fenced in garden and lots of surrounding areas for dog walks. I work from home so am around to monitor and keep fluffy friends company.
“Nicola and her husband were fantastic with our dog Katsu. He was clearly very well cared for and came back happy and relaxed. They sent regular photo updates and took him on lovely long walks, which we really appreciated. Katsu had a fantastic time during his stay, and it’s obvious he enjoyed every moment with them. We’re incredibly thankful for their care and attention, and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommended!”

“Whether it’s a day visit or an overnight stay, Clare consistently delivers exceptional care. Our spaniel puppy Teddy absolutely adored the 10 days spent with Clare. She goes above and beyond to ensure every pup feels at home, and the frequent updates and photos are a wonderful touch that gives us peace of mind. She’s now our go-to for dog care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Clare, for the incredible love and attention you give to our much-loved puppy. We’ll definitely be booking with you again!”

“Anna is a responsive, reliable and effective dog sitter - we had complete confidence in her over the 10 days we were away. She provided regular updates and attentive care for our dog, that suffers from some separation anxiety. Recommended.”

“My dog had a great time with Bea. I received regular updates and the communication was great. Lovely family environment, nice house & garden and their dog Luna is super friendly too. Thanks again Bea & family!”

“We have never left Oskar with anyone other than family before so we were a bit apprehensive but Angela was great with him. It was so nice that she gave us daily updates and we could see by the videos/pictures that he was happy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Angela and will definitely be our first choice in future.”

“Lottie had a fabulous time at Kara. She was pleased to see me , but I think she would have been quite happy to stay with Kara. Sent me lots of photos which was reassuring as it was lottie first time away from us. Would definitely recommend. Thanks”

“We recently left our two cockapoos, Teddy and Lottie, with Lynn and her husband Cliff for a week, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our very first visit, they were warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. It was clear straight away that they genuinely care about the dogs they look after, which made such a difference to us. Both Teddy and Lottie are quite anxious and nervous by nature, so leaving them is never easy. But Lynn and Cliff handled them with such patience and understanding (even with our spoilt dog requests) that the dogs settled beautifully. In fact, they were so relaxed and happy that Lottie didn’t even seem to want to come home! Seeing how comfortable and content they were is a real credit to Lynn and Cliff. It gave us complete peace of mind while we were away, and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dogs with them again. Highly recommended.”

“Lucy was absolutely wonderful with Amba. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Amba looked happy and settled, and it was lovely to see how well she got on with Lucy’s dog, Babs. It was clear she was well looked after and had a great time. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Amba with Lucy again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter. Thank you so much!”

“Reached out to Julian last minute, he gladly accepted and was very accommodating to my request to have a meet and greet beforehand. He looked after my dog for an over night stay, took him out for lovely long walks and gave him lots of fuss and attention. Also sent plenty of updates so I knew all was going well. I have already booked Julian in again!”

“Oana took such an amazing care of my puppy! Banana had great time. Excellent communication and flexible booking time. Highly recommend and will definitely ask Oana to take care of my dog again :)”

“Winona and Charlie looked after my dog for just over a week and I couldn’t be more happy with the stay. I got pictures and videos daily as well as updates on how my dog’s day has been. I was able to take my dog round for a first meet where I was able to ask any questions and discuss the dogs routing, which was followed for the duration of the stay. My dog was welcomed into their family and I could not be happier or recommend Winona and Charlie more.”

“Lisa and her family are amazing. Our girls had the best time. They loved their little holiday and it was so nice leaving them and knowing they were happy. Thank you Lisa!”

“Georgia was fantastic and what an idyllic setting. Patch enjoyed his first time on a barge, but it won’t be his last as he’s going back for a couple of weeks in August. Thank you!”

“I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Mia to Andy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From our initial forest meeting, his calm and reassuring presence immediately put Mia at ease. Despite Mia's usual nervousness around new people, she took to him instantly—something that has never happened before. Unlike previous experiences where first nights away were a deal-breaker, Mia was brilliant throughout her stay. I enjoyed a completely interruption-free holiday, with daily updates and coming home to such a relaxed and happy dog was a delightful bonus. Thank you, Andy—it’s clear Mia had an exceptional stay under your care!”

“Emily cared for our kitten, Bella, for 5 days. While we were away, we were confident that Bella was being treated well, which put our minds at ease and helped us relax. Each visit, Emily sent an update, photos and videos of Bella. Bella clearly loved her! We will definitely look to book Emily again next time we go away.”

“Jordan took great care of my cat Pinu whilst I was on a short break. I was sent video clips and messages and kept up to date. Pinu was well looked after and I have no hesitation in recommending Jordan!”

“Our fussy cat is slowly falling in love with Marta. We are very happy with her, she calms us down all the time when we are away, we always receive photos and videos. We highly recommend her and appreciate all the care she takes of our cat.”

“I definitely recommend Yasmin! Yasmin was an excellent cat sitter. It was lovely to meet her to explain everything before I went away. She was kind and reassuring. My cat was happy with her visiting while I was away. Yasmin did everything as I asked, playing with, brushing and giving treats to my cat as well as feeding, watering and litter tray-ing. She also sent me lovely photos to show my cat was okay. Yasmin reassured me when I was worried while away and wasnt judgemental about the home not being pristine. She gave me updates after each visit which was lovely. I felt that the service was definitely worth the price and I feel my cat was looked after better than if I had had a friend or relative to ask to look in on her. Thanks so much Yasmin!”

“Veronica is the perfect sitter. We received regular photos and updates with each visit, and all instructions were followed perfectly. She also respected our nervous cat’s space and gave her the time she needed to build trust, which was hugely appreciated.”

About: My family have always had pets! I have been brought up with cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs. Animal care is my passion! My close family have cats and dogs, so if they’re busy or at work I do tend to help them out by taking them on walks. I have one cat, and I’m currently in the process of convincing my partner to rescue a dog with me! We both love animals so this is certainly the first step! I do work full time in a school, so I get all of the holidays off the same time as the students. However on the days that work, early morning walks/check ins or evening walks/check ins would be no issue at all. And of course there’s weekends that I’m free as well. My cat is super super loving and calm, my garden is fairly big and there’s a fence all the way around so there would be no safety issues

About: Hi, my name is Noreen and I have a white&ginger cat named Archie 🐈 I love cat cuddles but Archie is too independent and doesn't like to be showered with affection, just treats 🤣😅 I moved to Harlow in 2021 and work in healthcare for which I am DBS checked. I am a reliable person and will look after your cat as I do mine! 💖

“Another great sit by Paige, she really does the best job at putting my mind at ease while I’m away. Paige goes above and beyond when it comes to looking after Cash, making sure he is safe, fed and happy - even when he’s being naughty! I couldn’t ask for more out of a pet sitter and trust her completely! Can’t wait to use her services again. ”

About: I’ve grown up with Dogs in my family since I was little girl! And now currently own a 2 year old King Charles Cavalier who is super friendly and loves playing with other dogs. Before him I owned a gorgeous Staffy. I’ve taken care of dogs part time for the last 15 years! Experienced with small and medium size dogs. Available full time for dog walking, sitting & boarding. Also available for holiday care if given plenty of notice. I have plenty of time for playing, long walks and cuddles on the sofa. I live in a house with a medium sized fenced garden. I live near plenty of fields and the forest for those long dog walks. My house is a home from home where your dog will be treated as part of the family and allowed to sit on the furniture.
About: We’re long-term dog owners and have two resident dogs at home: Oli (18) & Monty (11). Plus we also have three cats. There are also two teenage girls roaming around. Whilst it is not sensible for us to add any more fur-babies to our current pack, we love having a houseful of dogs of all shapes and sizes, and would like to offer a home from home for those who's parents are out of town but hate the thought of leaving their babies in kennels (we hear ya!) We don't have strict rules with our dogs; they're just as much as part of the family as our kids are, or us. They have free run of the house and are allowed on furniture and beds. We can provide food or dietary needs as required and always have a stock of treats in our cupboard. I work shifts and my husband is self-employed so there is generally always someone at home, and our own dogs are very rarely left home alone. We have a fenced off garden for security, and there is usually always someone home. Our children are teenagers so are grown up and responsible, and dog-savvy having grown up with them since birth.
“Beatriz, Matt, Sofi & Lupa were so welcoming - Ember felt right at home. As a new puppy owner I instantly felt relaxed and knew she was in safe hands. Couldn’t have asked for better”

My dog has a bed downstairs but often sleeps upstairs in my bedroom but I would be happy for a dog staying overnight to be anywhere that he/she is comfortable in the home, there are no off limits areas.
About: Because of my passion for animals, I studied veterinary technician in Turkey. I've had dogs since I was 14 years old. I took care of them as long as they lived, and sometimes I healed and adopted the sick ones. I was with them during their fun times and when they were sick. I have experience in taking care of dogs from puppyhood to old age. I'm not working right now, so I can give them the time they need. I have plenty of time to spare for them in situations that need attention. I live in a coach house. I have 1 extra free room where I can create a safe environment for them. There are parks in the vicinity where they can walk and play.

“Katie is an excellent dog walker, flexible, punctual and attentive. A very experienced dog carer with a wide range of breeds. We had multiple walks over 2 months from which Katie provided details of the walks with pictures. Bertie loved his walks and also the odd run. Can't recommend Katie highly enough.”

“We have never left Oskar with anyone other than family before so we were a bit apprehensive but Angela was great with him. It was so nice that she gave us daily updates and we could see by the videos/pictures that he was happy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Angela and will definitely be our first choice in future.”

“Holly has been poorly lately so I was a bit nervous about leaving her however Melody was amazing! She was incredibly kind and understanding of Holly’s condition and gave her lots of extra attention and reassurance for me. I would highly recommend Melody”

“I was lucky enough to come across Rebecca when my summer holiday boarder due to an emergency had to cancel 48hours before we were due to go away! Rebecca agreed for us to come around on short notice and having told her, that my dog is nervous when meeting other dogs at first, she was super professional when meeting us with her lovely dog Archie. That prevented any potential issues further down the line and I had no hesitations dropping my dog off, she settled in immediately. There is no doubt Rebecca took excellent care of her - she shared pics and comments and went far beyond what could be expected of a boarder plus her updates were quite funny too. Archie was super patient with having another dog in his territory, I could not have wished for more. I will very happily use Rebecca again!”

“Barney (14 years) and Bella (10 years, a rescue Lab) experienced their first stay away from home and we were more anxious than they, I think. But after the first night they settled in and Cely told us that they were happy and (we hope) well-behaved. Cely's house is well suited to look after dogs, and she clearly has a lot of empathy for them. We are really pleased with our experience dealing with Cely, who was friendly, flexible and accommodating. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who might be anxious like we were about their dog's welfare.”

About: My family have had dogs my entire life so I am very much a dog lover and fanatic! I love knowing about all the different breeds, different personalities and getting to know dogs characters. I have a small terrier myself who is now 6. I am a very confident person when it comes to handling dogs and walking them. I regularly have friends dogs over to stay for play dates with my dog and I genuinely love spending time with them so being on Rover makes total sense. I work from home 3 days a week so can be rather flexible with sitting and walks and general dog companionship :) In my day job I come across a lot of dogs and I have actually rehomed 14 so far in to loving homes. One of them even now lives in Lisbon! I can honestly find a connection with any dog, I cannot see how some people arent dog people! I work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 out 4 weekends a month at home. I take my own dog out for 2 walks a day everyday without fail. I have a good sized garden which is safe and fenced off. “Lauren was great, really put in a lot of effort and making teddy feel at home and gave him lots of attention and love. And kept us updated with great pictures and videos making us feel very at ease while away on holiday! Would highly recommend and will be using again x”
