About: I've been an animal lover my entire life, and caring for both cats and dogs have always brought me a lot of joy. Growing up I always had both cats and dogs in the house at all times. Caring for them through every stage of life has taught me a lot about patience, trust and the eclectic personalities that make pets so wonderful. I love learning about animal behavior and body language so I can help animals feel safe, understood and comfortable. About: When I adopted my first dog he was a very scared dog. He is now very friendly and loves scenting challenges. I’ve used my skills to help others improve their relationship with their animals and created a trusting relationship to care for pets when their families are out of town. I have a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to meet your needs. I do prefer to include some time for an animal introduction for all new families. I have a strong history of animal care that meet the needs of my clients. Every pet is different and I am able to adapt and accommodate to different attitudes, schedules for feeding, medical care, walking and entertaining. My home is a canine paradise! It's quiet and serene with plenty of shade, a fully fenced yard, and a private dirt road that meanders through the countryside right out our back door, - perfect for walks for the dogs. There ia a resident Labrador retrievers named "Heart" and a Bernese Mountaing Dog named "Stormy" They are great ambassadors and love to host furry friends. I can also offer training, baths/grooming just ask if you think you would like this. We look forward to your dogs vacay with us. Why I love dog sitting I know when I leave for vacation, knowing my animals are in good hands allows for me to relax and enjoy my time away worry free. Animal owners are some of the best people I have known and I love meeting new friends, human and furry alike. About: I have been around pets since a baby, I love all animals and am patient and loving. I recently took care of two litters of puppies in Mexico and have been assisting my local town there with vaccinating and spaying pups I am currently unemployed and would love the chance to take care of a furry friend! I have a car and am happy to take care of and hangout with a new friend I can bring a crate if necessary, I have experience walking pups on leashes and feel comfortable with that. About: My partner has been on Rover for the past 4 years, finally made my own account I've cared for mans best friend for 5 years I currently work part time as a nanny close to home and am available most of the day for attentive and hands on pet care I live in an apartment complex by lots of trails and fenced in play areas for open play. And places for pets to find just the right spot I'm totally the cool dog lady, I work part time close to home . Its important to me that your family member receives the best care. Most recently, I spent the past year doing a work-stay on a farm, where I was responsible for the vegetable garden, 12 fruit trees, and the daily care of a variety of animals, including two sheep, nine chickens, three cats, and a dog. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning, monitoring health and behavior, and maintaining safe, comfortable environments for all animals. I’m very familiar with sticking to routines, which I know is especially important for pets while their owners are away. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine. I am currently doing a farm stay in Sebastopol, where I follow a consistent schedule of daily animal care. While these responsibilities do not take up my entire day, they do require me to stay in the area, so I am only able to take on pet care within Sebastopol. I have a flexible schedule and am available any day of the week in the Sebastopol area. I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, and evening visits, as long as it is within the area. I follow your instructions closely and stick to your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. I have a small home but a big yard, so while I can’t accommodate boarding, I have a large outdoor space and my own pup that is eager for play dates during the day. As for house sitting, I provide attentive, personalized care in my client’s home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely. About: Currently being a stay at home mother, my hours are very flexible! Growing up with cats and dogs, my kiddos and I are currently lacking the fun presence of furry friends! Although my apartment is not the biggest, allowing only one dog at a time allows all of my attention to be focused. If pets are to stay overnight you can expect daily walks, trips to dog parks and most likely a bath if we get too ambitious. I am an adventurous person that believes dogs have individual personalities and unique characteristics that should be embraced and loved. Allowing pets to cuddle up on the couch MAY be negotiated because I am a sucker for puppy eyes. I am currently a stay at home with my three kiddos. I home school, so including a dog in the mix is so much fun for us! We often go on walks and trips to the park. I have a fenced yard, doggie door for easy outside access and loving, gentle kids to keep your animals company with lots of love and play.
