“Caroline kept me updated about Buster's. Stay sent me pictures and seemed to really enjoy him visiting her house and family. Buster seemed to take to one of her daughters and was almost reluctant to go home with me.”

“Jamie was amazing while taking care of Luna! From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming and made Luna feel completely at home. She sent me daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jamie was also super responsive, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed the entire time. Luna looked so happy and comfortable—almost like she was on her own little vacation! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a caring and attentive caregiver for their pet.”

“Our Sophia stayed with Nancy and Stan this weekend. They sent lots of updates and sweet pictures. They loved our maltipoo as if she were their own. You can tell they genuinely love and have a heart for animals. Overall we had a very great experience with them. 10/10 Definitely recommend :)”

“We had a family emergency come up close to the weekend and Sonia was very responsive and able to accommodate a late booking. I was nervous about leaving our pup for the first time but her reviews and experience made us feel at ease. Would definitely reach out again!”

“I would recommend Carrie. She was great at communicating and sharing updates about our dog,Winnie’s, visit. Carie made Winnie feel right at home from the first moment of meeting her. Winnie had a great week with Carrie!”

“Monika was amazing with Buddy. Will definitely use again. She was very helpful, sent videos, very quick to respond , and truly cared about Buddy. I was nervous at first because Bud has only stayed with family. She put me at ease as soon as we met her and her precious dogs.”

“We wish we could leave 100 stars! Kristen was amazing! Our two dogs have nervous issues one is a pomsky and she is neurotic and the other is a rescue who was abused. They are not used to being left with anyone other than family! They walked right into her house and completely forgot we existed! Normally the pomsky goes on hunger strikes nope she didn’t this time!! The rescue is afraid of everyone, everything or any new location nope he was having so much fun!! Them being with Kristen made our vacation so much more enjoyable. We knew our babies were in good hands!! We really think they are depressed being back home lol!! We HIGHLY recommend Kristen!!!!”

“Will & Jillian were great with Rosie and were great about sending pictures and communicating with us while we were away! We will definitely use them again in the future!”

“First overnight visit with Malia for my 2 boys. They seem to have had a great time. Malia was very responsive to my messages and it is obvious she is knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. She was sweet and took the time to listen to all my information and feeding instructions regarding my 2 picky eaters. When I picked them up, they were both happy and content. It was obvious they were well cared for.”

“Took great care of my boxer Dolly! Very communicative and clear with instructions. Sent daily photos and videos which put me at ease, as it was the first time being away from Dolly. She really took to their dogs in the best way. Highly recommend, and will be a return customer if needed in the future!”

“Crista and her family took excellent care of our Butters! They were extremely accommodating to me with my delayed flights and I am so grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!”

“We had an excellent experience boarding with Jaxen! She was extremely flexible with us on drop off due to unforeseen circumstances. She has a very nice kennel house that was clean and spacious for the dogs and a large yard for them to run around in throughout the day! She sent us pictures of Ranger playing and he had a big smile on his face, so I’m sure he enjoyed his stay. Thank you!!”

“Tish took incredible care of our pup, Duck, and was so caring and communicative with us when he had a tough time feeling anxious while we were away. She cares for your pets like they are her own, and we know Duck is in the best hands he could be while we can’t be with him!”

“We love using Brandi. She sends picture updates daily and lets us know how our pup is doing. Sadie loves going to stay with Brandi’s family, playing and snuggling with her dog and her kids.”

“Justin is as good as they get. Trusted him 100% the entire time we were abroad on vacation to do what’s best for Sango. Sango loves his time with Justin and his dogs, and we appreciate having such reliable and quality care.”

“If there was a way to leave 10 STARS I would. Kaylyn was great with my toy poodle. I got pictures and videos of my dog enjoying her days playing, relaxing on the couch, and having a lazy day sunning. Ginger was just as comfortable and happy with her as she is at home. I had no worries or concerns and was able to enjoy my vacation. I will be using Kaylyn again, it’s home away from home. Thank you!”

“Bethani was great and it seemed my dog really enjoyed being with her. She accommodated our every need and even helped extend my dog’s stay without me having to do a thing. I will definitely send my dog back to her.”

“Emily took such good care of our fur baby. We could see how happy he was in the daily photos she sent us. Great communication before and during our trip. When we had a last minute change in travel plans, Emily was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely be asking her to care for Bear again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Tunnel Hill
I'm glad to have found Jake & Caroline; they took excellent care of our dogs. Communication with them was always quick and no fuss. Photo updates were sent everyday. Their kids were sweet with our dogs; and our dogs enjoyed their company too. When our return was delayed due to severe weather, and the stay had to be extended, Jake & Caroline were very kind and accommodating about it. I would not hesitate to leave our dogs with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about our dog sitter. From the very beginning, she treated my dogs as if they were her own—with patience, love, and incredible attentiveness. I was able to be fully present with my family knowing my dogs were safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. She provided regular updates, paid attention to each dog’s individual needs, and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and calm. Coming home to relaxed, happy dogs told me everything I needed to know. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust with your pets—someone dependable, kind, and professional—I highly recommend her without hesitation. We are so grateful to have found her and will absolutely use Nancy again.

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
