I came across Kristen’s profile and noticed someone I knew who left a review which made me feel better. I did a meet and greet with Kristen prior to our booking and it was very reassuring. She is kind and very welcoming. We have boarded Peaches in the past at a kennel, but our experience with boarding facilities have not been great. I am so glad we tried something new because when we picked Peaches up it was like night and day in comparison to previous stays at the kennel for boarding. She looked like the happiest girl with Kristen. Also, Kristen sent us some photos while we were away and that made us so happy. I couldn’t be more pleased. I got pictures and videos of my dog enjoying her days playing, relaxing on the couch, and having a lazy day sunning. Ginger was just as comfortable and happy with her as she is at home. I was nervous leaving her for 8 nights while on vacation, but they spoiled her rotten. Christina is great about sending pictures and updates.
