“I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

I'm glad to have found Jake & Caroline; they took excellent care of our dogs. Communication with them was always quick and no fuss. Photo updates were sent everyday. Their kids were sweet with our dogs; and our dogs enjoyed their company too. When our return was delayed due to severe weather, and the stay had to be extended, Jake & Caroline were very kind and accommodating about it. I would not hesitate to leave our dogs with them again.
I cannot say enough good things about our dog sitter. From the very beginning, she treated my dogs as if they were her own—with patience, love, and incredible attentiveness. I was able to be fully present with my family knowing my dogs were safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. She provided regular updates, paid attention to each dog’s individual needs, and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and calm. Coming home to relaxed, happy dogs told me everything I needed to know. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust with your pets—someone dependable, kind, and professional—I highly recommend her without hesitation.
