“Kristen was wonderful! I was a little hesitant to use Rover, but I am so glad that I listened to some fellow dog moms about using it. I came across Kristen’s profile and noticed someone I knew who left a review which made me feel better. I did a meet and greet with Kristen prior to our booking and it was very reassuring. She is kind and very welcoming. We have boarded Peaches in the past at a kennel, but our experience with boarding facilities have not been great. I am so glad we tried something new because when we picked Peaches up it was like night and day in comparison to previous stays at the kennel for boarding. She looked like the happiest girl with Kristen. Also, Kristen sent us some photos while we were away and that made us so happy. I couldn’t be more pleased. “Denita and her husband took care of my bullboxer and my granddaughter’s beagle while the family went on holiday for the long weekend. They were quick to reply if we sent a message, sent pics of our dogs enjoying their stay, and gave us a great overview of their stay when we picked them up. My girl went from shy and insecure to acting like she lived there. Before we booked, we met them and visited for about an hour while our pups got acquainted with them and their pups. I got pictures and videos of my dog enjoying her days playing, relaxing on the couch, and having a lazy day sunning. Ginger was just as comfortable and happy with her as she is at home. We came home a little earlier than expected and made her late for an appointment which we felt so bad about.
