She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. We had an amazing experience leaving our 2 dogs with Nicole. We got regular updates and photos/videos. Our dogs looked very happy and comfortable in them. It seemed the whole family made our pups a part of their life and routine while we were away. We were super relaxed on our trip knowing the fur babies are doing good.
I instantly felt that Pepper was in good hands with Taylor and Toby. Very professional, yet it still felt like I was leaving Pepper with family. Such a great environment and area of town to leave your pet. Taylor graciously and warmly accommodated my trip on short notice. I am very grateful. Definitely recommend.
