“Julie and Buster were the absolute best doggy sitters for our recent trip. Our little man so well taken care of and Julie was great about sending updates and pictures. Thanks again Julie! Would highly recommend her care service to anyone.”

“Kristen takes the best care of our boy!! He always comes home happy, sleepy, and well cared for. I love that we don’t have to worry about him at all while he’s staying here.”

“Nancy & Stan not only took my booking very last minute, but were so kind and gracious throughout the entire experience. They truly exude such warmth and my pup loved them so quickly for being strangers and I think that says a lot! Great communication and feedback the entire trip and they gave our girl lots of love and walks. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for her.”

“I would recommend Carrie. She was great at communicating and sharing updates about our dog,Winnie’s, visit. Carie made Winnie feel right at home from the first moment of meeting her. Winnie had a great week with Carrie!”

“Never a worry leaving Pepper with Jaime!! I know that she is always well cared for…and spoiled. Jamie and her family are very attentive. Pepper loves the horses and the other dogs at Jaime’s. Thanks again, Jamie!! Joe L.”

“I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

“Beth was fantastic! Great at communicating and very kind and accommodating. Our Maggie was provided with lots of great play space and love and care! Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“We love using Brandi. She sends picture updates daily and lets us know how our pup is doing. Sadie loves going to stay with Brandi’s family, playing and snuggling with her dog and her kids.”

“If there was a way to leave 10 STARS I would. Kaylyn was great with my toy poodle. I got pictures and videos of my dog enjoying her days playing, relaxing on the couch, and having a lazy day sunning. Ginger was just as comfortable and happy with her as she is at home. I had no worries or concerns and was able to enjoy my vacation. I will be using Kaylyn again, it’s home away from home. Thank you!”

“Caroline kept me updated about Buster's. Stay sent me pictures and seemed to really enjoy him visiting her house and family. Buster seemed to take to one of her daughters and was almost reluctant to go home with me.”

“Will & Jillian were great with Rosie and were great about sending pictures and communicating with us while we were away! We will definitely use them again in the future!”

“I have used rover off and on over the years and have had plenty of experiences with different sitters, good and bad, Crista is definitely one of the best! She always sends photos and you can tell both her and her husband are true dog lovers. I know our dog is in good hands when she is with her.”

“This was an absolute great experience! Lauren, a long with her husband and precious little girls gave my pups the best care possible! Definitely recommend Lauren!”
“This was my first time using Rover. I was nervous. Pam was perfect for my pup Jack. She was kind and compassionate, sent me multiple pics of Jack while he was there and he was a happy camper when I picked him up. Will definitely reach out again for Pam. 💛”

“This is my first time using Stephanie for my 1 year old pup. I chose her because she was closer to home. Great reviews that are absolutely well deserved! We were sent pictures and updates many times a day which I loved. My pup is very skiddish of other dogs so I have to be very picky who I leave her with. Stephanie did great introducing my pup to other dogs she was keeping and they ended up being big friends! I will definitely use Stephanie again!”

“Malia was great! She sent photos of Maddie everyday we were gone. Maddie and her dog Whisky got along great! Maddie had a great time and we will definitely be using her again!”
“Angela is a supersitter! She was so kind and caring with our dogs and really went the extra mile, throwing frisbee to our Aussie and loving on our cavapoo! She is a genuine animal liver who treats your pets like her own! We will definitely rebook. Thanks, Angela!”

“We dropped our dogs off for boarding while my partner and I raced in IM Chattanooga and are so thankful that Jaxen was able to watch them! They got to play a bunch and tired themselves out — and got a bath before being picked up. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind while we raced.”

“Stephanie was so accommodating with my last minute booking. It was a lifesaver. I got frequent updates and pics that made me feel so reassured. Even my reactive dog was very happy and relaxed during her stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
