I loved how attentive to detail she was - taking notes during our meet and greet, asking great questions to make sure she continues my same routine, and telling me stories about their day and evening when I picked them up. “We were nervous about introducing our elderly pup, Bear, to a new boarding situation but with his mobility issues, taking him on trips just isn’t feasible any more, Jaxen assuaged those fears quickly, and took such fantastic care of him! Apparently, the specialized in elderly dog care. Bear was a happy, relaxed boy when we came back. We will definitely be utilizing Jaxen again.”

“I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

“Angie is the absolute best! I brought my two dogs for a meet and greet before their stay and she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She has a lovely home and yard and you can tell how much she cares about dogs. I was nervous as I've never boarded before. One of my dogs is very nervous in new situations. Angie sent daily updates and pics text ands assured me he was doing great. And he was! Both my babies were comfortable, loved, exercised, and treated as part of the family. Angie is professional, kind, accommodating, and gentle. When I picked them up they were happy and worn out! Lots of play! We drove almost an hour out of the way to leave them with her. We will do it again! Look no further! ”
