Before booking her I did a home visit with my dogs since one of my dogs is a little nervous around big dogs and the other requires more attention (he can’t see good and has renal disease). They both did great there and I didn’t worry about them at all while I was on vacation. I appreciated that Kristen sent pictures and little updates periodically, but didn’t overdo it either. I will definitely book with her again in the future.”
