About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. While in college, I’ve continued growing my experience by volunteering with a local shelter’s Doggy Day Out program, taking dogs on walks, hikes, and special outings to give them enrichment and a break from the shelter environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for pets with patience, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm. I am currently a student at UNM and working part time, so my evenings are relatively free during the week. Friday afternoons - Sunday mornings are the best time for me to hangout with your pet and care for them full time. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, affection, and attention—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just lots of love and cuddles. If you choose house sitting, your pet won’t just be cared for—they’ll have a constant companion who keeps their routine consistent and stress-free. I also love taking pets on little adventures, like trips to nearby parks, to keep them engaged and happy. About: I have had dogs for many years and loved them all. Whippets and rescues, poodles, and mixed breeds have all found love in my home. I have cared for dogs of others, both in my home and as a house sitter. (I will housesit for cats but cannot have them in my home due to family member allergy). I have cared for puppies and all ages, including senior dogs. Medication, feeding, walks, playing, loving...all can be done. I am retired from working as an art therapist. We have a young pup at home who loves other dogs. I am home throughout the day and will work with needed schedules. When I am out on errands, etc, my pup currently is free to roam the house. We have a fenced yard, a dog door, and easy care home. I will work with whatever requirements are needed to make sure your fur baby is safe and sound.

About: Ive always preferred animals to people. As a dog groomer of 4 1/2 years, I’ve seen dogs so small they can nearly fit in the palm of your hand, and dogs so big we need 3 people to lift them into the tub. I’ve dogsat for my coworkers as well as clients of the shop. I’ve dogsat as many as 8 dogs for my coworker, and as few as one:) As of right now I’m not working, so for the most part I have an almost free schedule:) Because of my partners job I have to come back to my apartment to feed and check on our cats. I also have certain appointments that may fall on days I’m dogsitting, but those often don’t exceed 2 hours:) When able, I prefer the people I pet sit for to write down any specific instructions like how much food and when, any medications, any extra house care like watering plants etc. I can crate your dog if needed and take them on walks. My care is personalized to you and your pets needs:)

On top of looking after two finicky pups (one is elderly and requires medication, one is shy and stubborn, and they are both bratty), they took great care of our home and made sure to send us updates, even going out of their way to hand feed our little girl her kibbles when she went on hunger strike because of our absence.
