I'll start by saying, Izabella is very personable and seems like a very nice person. However, she arrived to my house about 9 hours past the scheduled time, resulting in my dogs being left in their kennel nearly 20 hours, since we left on vacation at 9pm the previous night, which was discussed. When I got home, none of our birds had any water- their bowls were bone dry. This is something I had specifically requested her to check, and she raised the prices due to it. There was also dog poo in several spots in there house, which is not typical for our dogs to have accidents like that. She agreed to do a partial refund, but she keeps pushing back when she will be able to do it, so im just going through rover support now. I definitely had high hopes for her since she seemed very sweet and like she knew what she was doing, but this interaction has caused a lot of stress. She would probably be fine for shorter drop ins or walks, but I wouldn't recommend for house sitting.

Iza is such a kind and responsive person! My pup who needs constant love and affection was all smiles and relaxed when I came back home. I will be booking with her again!
