We had a very positive experience overall and would absolutely hire Ava again. Once the pet-sitting began, she was dependable and consistent, took initiative without needing much hand-holding, and kept us updated throughout. We especially appreciated that she let us know when supplies were running low and that she cleaned up after herself - those thoughtful details made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. She clearly cared for our pets and our home, and we felt they were in good hands. The one piece of constructive feedback would be around communication before the job started. We had some difficulty reaching her in the days leading up to the visit and again the morning of, which created a little stress on our end. That said, once everything was underway, communication improved significantly, and Ava was reliable and proactive throughout. Overall, she did a very good job, and we’d feel comfortable recommending her to others looking for a caring and capable pet sitter.

As always, Ava takes great care of my Tallulah & Dennis. Always prompt and arrives when she says. I’m so appreciative of the great care she gives my 2. Especially my Dennis who doesn’t really like anyone but me. She provides regular updates and communicates often. I’m so appreciative and grateful. She is a blessing.

Minnie and Ringo were happy as clams! Ava took great care of them.
