I pay attention to appetite, bathroom habits, energy, body language, stress, heat, and the little changes that can matter with older pets or pets who don’t feel great. I can give oral medication and I’m happy to follow detailed feeding, walking, brushing, crate, litter, and bedtime instructions. I’d rather ask a careful question than guess. I’m also very respectful of your home. When I house sit, I treat it like a responsibility, not a crash pad.
